I’ve been trying to write this for a couple of days now. Trying to figure out the right words to say to express the emotions that I’m feeling right now. I’d like to start off by saying, BLACK LIVES MATTER!!!! What is being done right now is unspeakable and horrific. This has been happening time and time again and something needs to be done. Cops need to be held accountable for their actions! Cops have shown repeatedly that they do not care about black people. And I know some of you may say “well there’s good cops, not all of them are bad” and yeah that is true. Not all cops are bad, I can admit that but here’s the thing. The entire police system is corrupt. That’s just plain facts. Whether there are good cops or not, if the good cops aren’t holding the bad ones accountable and doing what’s RIGHT,,,, then they’re not good cops. Period. Point. Blank. If a cop doesn’t stop what is happening and is a bystander to the horrific actions of other cops they they are 100% just as bad as the other cops.

Now let’s talk about All Lives Matter. If you believe in that then you seriously need to check yourself. All Lives Matter originates from Black Lives Matter. It was directly used to silence the Black Lives Matter movement. No one is saying only Black Lives Matter or that no one else matters. The reason Black Lives Matter came about was because black people are oppressed and are being killed. All lives obviously don’t matter right now because black lives are the ones that are being harassed and murdered. Until black people stop being murdered by cops or stop being abused by the authorities, ALL LIVES DONT MATTER!

Systematic racism is still very prominent in the United States. While it may not always be upfront, America is Racist. America isn’t the greatest country in the world and it never was. America is stolen land. Stolen from my people. White people say “go back to your country” or “go back to where you came from”,,,,,, this isn’t even your country. White people aren’t anything but colonizers. White privilege is a thing and if you don’t think so, that just proves it. It doesn’t matter about class, wealth or hardships, if you are white,,,,, YOU HAVE white privilege. Use it! Use your privilege to help POC people to help black people.

To my black brothers, sisters and non-binary people out there, I am so fucking sorry. Your life matters! You are worth it! You are resilient and YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! No matter how hard things get, I got your back. You have EVERY right to be angry and be upset. I know saying sorry means nothing in the scope of things but please know, I stand with you and I love you!! Always and Forever!
