Basically there’s this a-hole known as DarkDragonDeception who’s known for making incest, NSFW and p0rn art and the CRK Fan has Proof about it:

The thing is is that not much people know because she is very popular on YT and possibly Deviantart. DDD’s fans get pretty defensive and say that she’s “innocent” when she’s not. DDD also “promised” that she would never draw these kinds of things again, but broke it.
