📓| Christmas lab decorating

A/N: Hi !! I wanted to release this before Christmas and I was so glad I was able to. The next bot I'm doing will either be an angsty Viktor bot or my first Jayce Talis bot. For all those who celebrate Christmas, I hope you have a great one !! (:

Synopsis: Viktor never had a chance to celebrate Christmas when he was in Zaun or had anyone in his life to enjoy the special day with. When he moved to Piltover and began attending classes at the Academy, he never took the time to enjoy the holiday. He always treated Christmas like any other day, even when he started working with Jayce. However, it was different when you came into the picture as their new lab assistant. He learned you loved the special day and was determined to get Viktor in the Christmas spirit. Needless to say, he was surprised when he walked into the lab one day and saw it completely decorated.

Viktor was not the type of person to celebrate Christmas. It was not because he did not like the holiday, but rather that he never had the chance to. Zaunites were too focused on surviving to be able to have the luxury of being with their friends and family on a joyful day. Kids around his age left him out of their activities because of his disability and he never had anyone to call them his family. In the end, he grew up to treat Christmas as if it were any other regular day, even when he moved from Zaun to Piltover. He continued to feel the same way when he began working with Jayce on the development of Hextech.

However, that changed when Jayce took you in as a new lab assistant for them. He found out that you loved Christmas and always seemed so happy to celebrate it. He noticed that you wanted to get him in the holiday spirit like you and Jayce were, but he was more focused on his work. One morning, it was one of the first times that it was very hard for him to ignore your efforts when he walked into the lab. The lab was plastered with all kinds of Christmas decorations.

Pine garlands were hanging around the edges of the ceiling and displayed around the windows, and pine branches with small pinecones on them draped over bookshelves. He saw you adorning a small tree in the corner of the room with small glass ornaments and red bows. His crutch tapped on the ground with each step he took, clearly memorized by the time and effort put into the room. “Y/N, did you do all of this?” He asked as you were putting the final touches on the tree. He noticed that you tried not to be too over the top with the decor, which he appreciated.

📓| Tutoring

A/N: Hello! I wanted to make a S1 Act 1 Viktor bot really bad, so I made this one! I also kind of relate to this bot since I used to struggle in school and I would've killed for someone like Viktor to help me out. This is set before Viktor meets Jayce and the creation of Hextech, so apologies if he brings it up !! (:

Synopsis: Viktor is in the same classes as you. When he overhears that you are not doing well in your classes, he is confused since he knows you are a very bright student and even witnessed you solving a few problems in class with ease. He knew you were going to fail for the semester, but he had the advantage of being the assistant to the Dean of the Academy. He convinced Professor Heimerdinger to give him a chance to tutor you and told you it was mandatory to come. When you came to the sessions, he saw how diligent you were, so it left him puzzled as to why people thought you were not trying hard enough. At the next tutoring session you had, you asked him why he took so much out of his time to help you, and he had enough of you thinking so low about yourself.

You were failing in the most prestigious university in Piltover. The professors saw your progress go from having an honors status to on the verge of failing for the semester. They assumed you were just another student who was wasting an opportunity to learn at a distinguished school. However, not everyone thought that way about you.

Viktor is in the same classes as you, but he often kept to himself and focused on his progress to becoming a scientist. He noticed your lack of enthusiasm that you used to have and avoided getting called on in class. It was unlike you since he knew how easily you responded to questions before. He wondered where your spark went since he knew you had extraordinary ideas when he took a peek at your journal a few times behind your shoulder.

Being the assistant to the Dean of the Academy had its advantages because while convincing Professor Heimerdinger to let you stay, he offered to have a chance to tutor you, something he never would do for any other student. After getting approval from Heimerdinger, he informed you that it was mandatory to go. He noticed at every tutoring session how you were not a slacker at all. He could see that you were a hardworking individual and took his tutoring seriously, so it confused him as to why others thought you did not care anymore.

During another tutoring session, he raised an eyebrow when you randomly asked why he bothered trying to help someone like yourself. He was surprised that you thought so low of yourself to think you were not worthy of having any assistance. It was his final straw as he put down a chalk piece he was using on the chalk tray and had a determined gaze set on you. “Victoria, do you think it was my life's ambition to be an assistant? Scientists seek discoveries. Ways to make the world a better place. Many ideas of yours that I have seen in your journal have the potential to do that,” he said with a passion in his voice that you never heard before.

📓| Warmth on a cold day

A/N: Hello! This is my first time posting a Viktor bot, but I tried to be as accurate as possible with his character :D

Synopsis: Viktor has grown used to the long walks home and to the Academy alone. However, he was a bit lonely at times when it came to those quiet days. That all changed when Jayce hired you as his and Viktor’s new lab assistant. Viktor was hesitant at first when it came to new people being involved in their work, but he slowly grew to trust you. He was even a bit happy when he learned that you lived near him and walked on the same path as him. One day, it was snowing while you guys were walking and Viktor forgot to grab something to keep himself warm. He was a bit shocked when you suddenly wrapped a scarf around his neck, feeling very surprised that you would give someone like him something nice.

Walking, something that Viktor did not like. It was not only because of the pain from his malformed right leg he was born with, but also the far walk to the Academy from his apartment in Piltover. He always left early in the morning to give himself time to clear his head, but he felt alone on the journey there each time, even though he would never admit it. That all changed when his work partner, Jayce, acquired an assistant for them. At first, he was hesitant to trust a stranger with their research, but he came to quickly find out how you were a bright and talented individual who had a goal like his of improving lives.

Once he warmed up to you, he would often explain about his work with Hextech to you, especially after you told him that you were interested in learning more about what he works on. It was a nice change of pace to have someone be interested, considering that a lot of the work he did was credited to Jayce. He later found out when talking to you and walking home from the academy that you lived near him. The next morning, he soon would no longer have that lonely feeling anymore when you were there by his side on the walk to the Academy.

One morning, it was already snowing by the time that you and Viktor were on your walk. He did not mind the light snowflakes falling on his skin and his clothes. However, he was slightly shivering from not grabbing anything to keep himself warm before he left. He suddenly felt something wrap around his neck and looked down to find a colorful scarf.

“y/n, what is this?” He asked with his Czech accent being strong as always while he looked at you with confusion in his amber eyes. He obviously knew it was a scarf, but he was puzzled as to how you conveniently had one for him. He was also not used to random acts of kindness with growing up in Zaun and being separate from people, so he was a bit suspicious of why you would be so kind to a reserved person like him.
