(i have no idea what im doing, this is my first time writing so it aint gonna be good or long😭😭)

it was a cold winter night, and y/n was sitting in her living room cuddling up with a cozy blanket. her eyes averting to a picture on the table of her and her boyfriend thanos. they were going through a rough patch in their relationship.

y/n's thoughts trailed off when the tea kettle let out a loud whistle. she stood up and walked to the kitchen, attending to the kettle. y/n grabbed a mug and poured hot water into it. she went to grab the packet of coco powder when her phone began to ring. "who is calling this late, its almost midnight" she thought to herself. y/n walked to her living room and picked her phone up from the coffee table. 'thanos' in bright bold letter flashed on her screen. she let out a loud huff before tapping the green button. "hello?" she said.

"hey babyyy" thanos said replying to her with a slur in his words.

"why are you calling this late? its almost midnight thanos." y/n replied in an annoyed tone.

"i just wanted to talk to my beautifullll girlfrienddd" he said.

she stayed slient for a second before asking, "whyd you call me when you're high?"

thanos paused before saying, "what do you mean baby?"

"you only call me when you're high thanos, it doesn't even feel like i have a boyfriend anymore. you barely acknowledge me now." y/n replied

"im sorry y/n" he said slurring.

she let out a loud sigh and replied with, "talk to me when you're sober."

y/n waited a few seconds for a response but it was just silence. she hung up the phone, slamming it on the coffee table. her chest felt heavy as she sat on the couch and curled up into a ball, her mind racing with thoughts. tears stared falling, crying herself to sleep.

y/n woke up to a amazing smell. she was confused and then she realized it was coming from the kitchen. she walked into the kitchen to see the back of thanos and his vibrant purple hair, he was cooking something. y/n waited a second before saying, "thanos, what are you doing?"

he turned around with a pan of scrambled eggs and a spatula. he smiled before replying with, "well i wanted to apologize for how ive been treating you and i know you like scrambled eggs, so i figured we could talk about it over breakfast."

y/n felt a spark in her heart before giving him a big smile and nodding saying, "that actually sounds nice."

thanos sat the pan and spatula down before walking over, wrapping his arms around her saying, "im so sorry, i know theres nothing i can do to make up for everything, but i want you to know im really sorry, and ill try to make it up to you as best as i can."

y/n leaned her head up and gave his a peck on the lips before replying saying, "its okay baby i forgive you as long you promise me not to do it again and stop doing drugs, please thanos." looking at his with pleading eyes.

thanos smiled at her, and replied with, "i already took care of all that and flushed everything down the toilet."

she gave him a surprised look before giving him another kiss. thanos kissed her back and said, "let's eat before the eggs get cold."

they both let out a chuckle and began plating their food. after they finished eating they cuddled up on the couch and put on a movie. y/n picked her head up off thanos's chest and gave him a peck and said, "i love you thanos, promise me you won't do that again."

thanos replied with, "i love you y/n, i promise you baby, it won't happen again." before tightening his grip on her.
