Hello stranger, I hope you are well.

Our suggestion would be making a pinned post of general information you are comfortable giving out. Age, pronouns, system type, etc. whatever you wish to include.

Create tags for specific members (ex: tagging a post as fronting:X or posting:X), and signing off on personal posts (ex: -X or X posting or something like sincerely, X).

If comfortable you can create headmate introduction posts, we do this then tag it as headmates intros. You can also post about places in your headspace, we plan on doing this and will likely take it as Hells Headspace (you could tag it with your system name then headspace for example).

Finding other system blogs you enjoy will also help find more to do in the community. Like making friends and mutuals, participating in/submitting to culture-is blogs, sourcemate finding blogs, other community based blogs, etc.

Find tags you feel most comfortable in posting in as well. We mainly post in tags friendly to all system types as we are accepting of all of them (even if we ourselves are traumagenic)

In all, do what feels right to you. There’s no wrong or right way to participate in system tumblr! Truly, we are just winging it, and I think everyone else is too.

To clarify again as the last ask I got was not so kind. This blog is friendly to all system types and origins. Spiritual systems, systems connected to other mental health conditions, those with xeno-origins, those who are plural from past life or since birth, and all other systems.

I may not understand or relate to your experience but I will support you because plurality comes in many shapes and sizes. You are not delusional for having a system not caused or directly caused by trauma.

About your RAMCOA introjects post…

(TW brief mention of abuse, torture, human trafficking, RAMCOA survival)

We’d like to add that sometimes abusers can purposefully intend for a system to have introjects.

We are a RAMCOA survivor. We were trafficked as a child and a cult survivor. We have a Jesus Christ introject and a few Star Trek introjects - all of which were purposefully formed by our abusers (sorry if we’re not using the correct terminology). Like our abusers fully intended for our system to have these introjects.

In our experience, our introjects go hand in hand with the torture we went through. Yes, RAMCOA survivor systems can have interests and introjects who formed from said interests. But they can also have introjects who formed purposefully as a direct result of organized abuse.

We’re really sorry if this sort of ask is unwelcome here. Please delete this if it makes you uncomfortable. We hope you’re staying well and taking care of yourself!

I know there are some guides out there, but I have some friends that go about it in these steps: create a pk bot/Pinterest board/etc of the new headmate, layout a few basic things they’d enjoy (like first thought on your mind so it’s natural), then present as the headmate for a while.

My friends have said it sort of manifests them into existence that way, and hopefully this helps as we’ve never partook in purposeful headmate creation.

I find it extremely odd that I’ve seen more than a handful of takes about how people can “tell when a Ramcoa system hasn’t gone through Ramcoa if they have fictives/factives/introjects of anyone/anything other than abusers”.

While plenty may not have introjects like that, there are also plenty that do. We are still people with interests, we are not only our trauma. To put Ramcoa systems in that box doesn’t help anyone. I also find it odd to say this, but Ramcoa systems can also be autistic and have special interests contrary to what I’ve seen some people think.

Ramcoa systems can have introjects. We can have fictives of people from shows or books and games, we can have factives of friends, celebrities, of people other than their abusers.

It’s not a sign of faking for other systems, so why would it be a sign of faking for systems who have experienced Ramcoa? The answer is it’s not.

It’s hard for things like this to come up naturally sometimes, so my best suggestion is to simply write out a message detailing you are a system and then sending it to them. Or if you wish you can state you have something to tell them, wait for them to respond, then send the message.

I know the nerves can be difficult but you will be okay, even if it does not go well there are many people that will support you. The system community welcomes you here.

Their opinion on your system does not make you any less valid. You are a system regardless of how many introjects you have or being supportive of all system types. Do not hide who you are, they could possibly be very accepting.

If they do not accept you, others will. People in this community will accept you.
