When Dazai and you officially get into a relationship, it's a good possibility that the agency doesn't believe him when he says he has a girlfriend. Not because he hasn't had girlfriends before but because he's saying that he's been with you for a lot longer than he's been with anyone else so they don't really know whether to believe he's actually with someone for that long or he's just messing around again. Kunikida especially doubts he's able to stay with someone for that long (that long being a few weeks let's be honest).

So when they meet you, like let's say they all meet you when Dazai isn't there, maybe they meet you in the cafe downstairs, you looking all pretty as always and you're here to meet your boyfriend of a few months, they don't suspect it's Dazai until they hear a gasp and "BELLA," as he runs over to hold you as he always does excitedly when he sees you. Dazai obviously looks at them smugly when they stare in shock, he knows they didn't believe him but didn't say anything because sooner or later they'd find out and he was eagerly awaiting the look on their faces. Of course Ranpo knows. I feel like during that time he dates you, some behaviors change that they don't even realize fully but they definitely remember the specific things that change about him.

Suddenly he's no longer calling any woman any nicknames, he's not asking any woman to do double su**ides with him anyone, Atsushi sees a change in his behavior when it comes to the way he looks at things, he seems more hopeful brighter, isn't as a menace to women as Kunikida says he is. Naomi I feel like she'd sense he has a girlfriend for long term but wouldn't be completely sure, she senses a change in his eyes, a look of comfort, like your love for him is like a blanket or hug that's always around him keeping him warm and you can see it in his eyes. Tanizaki sees the difference in some way but is still a little clueless but pays more attention when Naomi says something, he then remembers all the interesting moments that Dazai missed opportunities to flirt with women or people in general. Dazai looks more healthy and put together when Kunikida starts noticing him not sleeping on the job as much or actually eating enough food rather stand skipping lunch.
