Ever since the verdict I’ve been seeing pathetic headlines like this!!

The media does not care that Johnny Depp is a Domestic Violence and Abuse Victim, they never have. They’re using this verdict to push the narrative that a man getting the justice he’s owed is an attack on women. It’s not.

This is NOT an attack on women. Womens rights haven’t been affected by this. The Me Too movement isn’t dead. Feminism hasn’t been set back a decade like some ignorant anon told me. Johnny didn’t win just because he’s a man.

What this actually is is a wake up call to the world about the sexist and misogynistic views on Domestic Violence and Abuse.

1 in 3 Domestic Violence and Abuse victims are men, and that’s just the REPORTED cases

How many male victims don’t report??

How many male victims are laughed out of police stations when they do try to report??

How many male victims are serving time in prison for the actions of their abusers??

How many male victims have lost everything??

People scream about wanting equality but conveniently forget what that actually means when someone other than a woman is the victim.

People are angry about the verdict because of x, y or z. They’re angry at Johnny because how dare he prove to the world that he didn’t do what this vile woman told the world he did.

If you want to be angry at someone, be angry at Amber.

She’s the reason all this happened.

She used her gender to destroy a man’s life.

She used the Me Too movement and sympathy of victims to her advantage.

She used the trauma every single victim has gone through for her own personal gain.

And this is what happens when you don’t stay true to the source material like you promised you would. Your lead makes good on his word to leave as soon as you start fucking with it. You have to recast the role and give it to, in my opinion mediocre actor who’s trying to be like his phenomenal brother. You piss off millions of fans worldwide because of your incompetence and definitely tank your viewings numbers past season three. Not to mention it makes the man who made your show the success it is out to be the bad guy because days before this he announced he’s repressing a role he probably wouldn’t have even considered if he wasn’t unhappy in his current role. And all because Netflix decided to do what it does best, fuck around and ruin everything 😒

Law & Order Special Victims Unit Season 23 Ep. 5 "Fast Times @The Wheel House"

The SVU squad becomes involved in the world of social media when the victim is assaulted by two popular influencers. When the victim's friend cannot come forward, the protagonist takes all the necessary actions to rectify the situation.

This episode is part of a crossover event that concludes on "Law & Order: Organized Crime" Season 2, Episode 5.

A girl is watching a Tik Tok video while her friend helps her with her makeup. She is excited to meet some guys at the party. Her friend insists on accompanying her to provide protection.

Upn arriving at the Wheelers, they are greeted by a luxurious setting and a rooftop party. The girl joins in on some Tik Tok dance videos with the group. The videos receive a high number of views in a short amount of time. In the videos, the individuals consume drinks and despite the girl claiming to be a lightweight, she still takes a shot. Subsequently, she becomes heavily intoxicated and one of the male individuals recommends that she lie down. The male individual who is assisting her receives a call from the manager, and two other male individuals escort her downstairs. Willa's friend finds her crying in the basement later that evening.

Later, Noah wants to show Benson something on Tik Tok, but Benson insists on no phones at the table.

Meanwhile, Willa is struggling with the decision of whether or not to report her rape to SVU. Benson says she can retrieve the video even though it disappeared. Once something is posted on the internet, it remains there forever. Benson receives the video and shares it with Carisi and Rollins. Jet interrupts to discuss the missing Albanian girls. Benson agrees to investigate. Jet identifies Willa, whom Benson is apparently unfimiliar with.

Willa alleges that she was raped, which does not surprise Jet given her impression of the Wheelhouse. The Wheelhouse is a place where people can become superstars.

Rollins and Benson speak with Willa, who took down the video due to fans doxxing and cyberbullying her. Benson suggests they have a conversation. Willa explains that at first, it was amazing, but then she got dizzy and they took her to Tate's bedroom, where they locked the door. Both boys raped her. She passed out and woke up naked, wanting to leave. Rollins wonders if any of it as recorded. Willa says the boys claimed that without a video, it didn't happen. Her friend Kevin found her and suggested calling the police, but she wanted to be asked to join the house.

Kevin alleges that Tate and Liam raped Willa and demands their arrest. He left the house two months ago and claims he was trying to protect Willa. Willa is confused as to why the police cannot arrest the accused based on Kevin's statement alone. Carisi suggests that she call the boys while they listen in. However, she reveals that only Diggy is willing to speak with her.

SVU contacted Bell and informed her that they were unable to obtain any information, but they will keep her updated. They requested to borrow Jet.

Diggy expressed regret that Willa was upset and stated that they claimed it was consensual. Tate and Liam arrived and alleged that she falsely accused them of rape because they did not choose her. They repeatedly urged her to stop being upset and retract her statement to her fans. During the livestream, the boys are arrested by Jet and other police officers, despite Willa's compliance.

Carisi questions Willa's credibility after viewing the new video. The boys' lawyer insists that the police have no evidence against them, but they still talk to the cops against his advice. Diggy speaks to the police and admits that he tried to do the right thing but ended up getting burned. No one in the house is speaking. Jet receives a text message that Liam and Tate have made another video, laughing about their actions and portraying the police as enemies of the people. Carisi orders their arrest.

The judge instructs everyone to put their phones away. Additionally, he sets bail at $1 million and advises the boys not to discuss the case on social media.

However, they ignore his advice and create a Tik Tok video proclaiming their innocence. As Carisi and Rollins walk by, someone throws a drink at Carisi. Diggy apologizes, but Carisi remains upset. Later, Carisi appears before another judge. Their lawyer argues that they have a First Amendment right to post on Tik Tok. The judge has not issued a gag order but warns that the individuals are approaching incitement of a riot.

Diggy posts a video stating that he will be offline for a while. He attempts to apologiez to Willa and maintains that he is only supporting the individuals because they claim nothing happened.

Benson testifies about the time it takes for a victim to come forward. The defense attempted to argue that Willa's motive was revenge due to rejection. The boys smirked as Kovan took the stand. Kovan testified that the defense's claim that he had issues with Tate and Liam was unfounded, and that they were in fact homophobic and misogynistic. The defense attorney attempted to suggest that Kovan was fabricating his testimony.

After a pause long enough to make us think she has backed out, Willa testifies next. The defense attorney suggests that Willa just wanted more followers and brings up another influencer who wanted her to take down the boys. he implies that she was setting them up because of what Blaire wanted her to do. Willa confronts Diggy and accuses him of inviting her to rape her.

Carisi is cooking when Rollins shows him a video of Diggy admitting his mistake and apologizing to Willa. Carisi realizes that this could result in a mistrial and prevent Willa from testifying again.

During the trial, the defense requests a mistrial, but Carisi wants to call Diggy as a witness. The defense objects, but the judge ultimately sides with Carisi. Carisi calls Diggy. Diggy confirms that Willa was genuinely upset after her cross-examination. He reveals that Tate and Liam had a motive to get rid of her and silence her. The defense attempts to insinuate that the women favor Tate and Liam over Diggy. Carisi objected when he saw that he had DMs from Diggy to Willa. The judge told them to move on. Diggy claimed that Willa should not have gone into anyone's room. The defense suggested that Diggy was jealous. The boys started laughing. Diggy began yelling about how he keeps covering for them assaulting girls. As a result, Diggy was held in contempt. The defense claimed that there was no case and requested a motion to dismiss, but the judge denied it. The defense rested without calling any witnesses, and the case is now going to the jury.

Benson stated that since the case has been publicized, it is unlikely that anyone else wil come forward. The jury has already reached a verdict. A man approached Benson and expressed his desire to be at the forefront of catching the traffickers. The defendants been found not guilty by the jury. The crowd is applauding and cheering. Carisi appears upset. Rollins apologizes to Willa, who responds by saying that nobody wants to see her real life anyway.

Carisi speaks with Diggy. Diggy made a strange comment about the jury forewoman possibly having had a relationship with Tate and Liam. Carisi discussed this with Rollins. It is possible that the forewoman will be joining the Wheelhouse. The defendants were reported to have sent direkt messages to jurors during the trial, offering them the Wheelhouse in exchange for an acquittal. The judge was informed of the situation and the lawyer promised to investigate. Liam and Tate claimed that this was a coincidence. Eventually, the defendants made a deal and were sentenced to 7 years in prison. Willa says that Diggy invited her and Kevin to join the Wheelhouse. They plan to rebrand as a Survivor Squad. Willa also mentions that Carisi has a crush on Rollins.

Benson shares the information from the informant that there will be a new shipment arriving at 12. Bell expresses gratitude for Benson's assistance.

I should probably do a proper introduction to Tales From Under the Bay huh. Well instead of that I'm writing this from my phone at 2 am

I should clarify the genre I think it's SUPERNATURAL HORROR

Book 1: Tales From Under the Bay: Creiltiaa

After the death of Celia's mother, Andie, a fan of Andie's book series A Guide For the Soon-To-Be Survivors approached Celia with sinister fascination, seemingly knowing of her condition that causes her to blip in and out of alternate, but nearly identical, realities at random. What's odd to Celia is that her mother never had a book series by that name; it seemingly came into existence after her death, and as she finds pages of it, she not only learns about her mother's past, but dives into a supernatural rabbit hole. Ideally she would love to explore the supernatural world with her childhood best friend Adelaide, but she gets fucken killed like 2 chapters in because she tried to summon what she thought was a demon and was stopped by some loser guy, oopsies sorry girlie. Also also there's a ton of other short stories intermingled within this book detailing other supernatural events that Celia is not directly a part of, showing the past, present, and distant future, such as the birth of the god Phthisis V AKA Hope, the death of the Internet as if it were a manmade deity, and the apocalyptic event known as the Great Wind. We also get to see chapters that are entirely just journal entries of celia rambling about her theories about the multiverse and notes on everything they've encountered, poor girl is a mess

Book 2: Tales From Under the Bay: Dusty Grove Road

After the disappearance of her twin brother Artie, Alice Kelley goes to the neighborhood he lived in and where he was last seen. This is a prequel to Creiltiaa, where Alice is a character very similar to Celia in that they are both researchers of the supernatural. This story, however, explores a much smaller area ((especially because Alice isn't running from the police)) known as Dusty Grove Road, which is mentioned multiple times in Creiltiaa as something of a Hotspot for supernatural events. The street itself is paved with living flesh, and every house and building has a story to tell. Spoiler alert this is the one time a character ever has something close to a good ending

Book 3: Tales From Under the Bay: The Pin

Long after the Great Wind, humankind moved entirely underground, with no memory left of there ever being a sky. Everyone (according to the main characters) lives in a singular, unfathomably and impossibly large structure they call The Pin, made up of an unknown number of layers that at the current time serve as independent states of sorts. This story follows the main four characters Bauble, Folly, Cassette, and Stairwell, with honorable mentions of Vehicle, Choir, Ambience, and Infrared, among others, as they enter the reality-bending corridors of The Pin known as The Arteries, where they encounter a shit ton of spooky things and like they might die they might survive who knows, they sure as hell are probably not finding the sky though (and good thing, too, because they're all adamantly opposed to the very idea of it, so seeing it would probably fry their brains)
