If Jevil, Seam, Asgore, and Frisk met this little lamb, would they trust them?

If said little lamb offered a hospitable helping hand to the group, would they take it/say yes? For context, maybe that lamb had saved/defended the group from danger just moments before while they were out on their own in the wilderness.

If the lamb were to offer take the group to their home and provide them a roof over their heads when they're in need of rest, would Jevil, Seam, Asgore, Frisk, and the others accept? Maybe extending it further by also providing them hot meals and other friendly gestures like inviting the group to sermons they regularly hold and introducing them to their spouse? Or even with all that, would the group instead try to tell the lamb 'no' in the politest way they can?

What would Jevil and Seam personally think of the lamb? Would they both feel comfortable and safe enough to let their guard down around them? Could Jevil see a bit of himself in them in a physical and ability sense? Could Seam see them as harmless enough, considering their opposing differences in species?
What would Frisk conclude about the lamb, from one little super tot to another? Could she see where they're coming from, maybe view them as a fellow being of power? Or would the lamb's abilities be seen by her as more like warning signs instead, considering her own history of using exceptional power for dubious purposes and others who do likewise? (like Chara)
What impression would Asgore have toward the lamb? Given that like him, the lamb is also a caprine leader and protector of a hidden community who wears a crown, could he identify and empathize with them based on those traits and circumstances they share - like looking into a mirror and seeing a natural parallel? Or would he need more than just similarities to consider them as a friend or ally?
I think if the Lamb rescued the group from something, they would probably accept the helping hand. :0 Although a bit reluctantly because that black crown with the glowing red eye would be a little.. unnerving, to say the least.
They would be willing to stay the night in a hut of some kind if the lamb offered. But that crown... its a bit spooky. It might be enough to keep Jevil and Asgore awake on shifts, juuuust to be sure there isn't any funny business going on. And that way the rest of the group can sleep peacefully.
If the group stayed with the Lamb long enough, attending sermons and whatnot, I feel like they'd catch on to the fact that this is a cult. Its not too hard to tell-
Once Jevil's group all understood/believe that these people are probably cult members, they would get spooked enough to thank the lamb for his kindness and hospitality, but then they would politely leave as quickly as possible-

Hello, I hope I'm not bothering you with this message, but I wanted to ask you something.
I recently started playing Love and DeepSpace a few weeks ago. I actually downloaded it because of Sylus—his edits kept appearing on my feed, and I was instantly drawn to him. However, after downloading the game and going through his chapters, I found his behavior toward the MC quite problematic.
One of my friends told me that Sylus isn’t like the typical dark romance characters from today’s BookTok trends, which honestly made me even more excited to explore his story. But when I watched Long-Awaited Revelry, I was honestly shocked by how he was handling the MC. I couldn’t help but wonder—is this really the same man who once sacrificed himself for her?
I tried my best to dig deeper into his lore, and I genuinely found his character to be selfless and sacrificial. But I’m struggling to understand how someone so selfless could hurt the MC in the main storyline. I can overlook many things, but one scene in particular really gave me a huge ick—when he takes her to Philip's shop. If I remember correctly, he uses his evol on her body, and she even says, “It hurts.” Then he replies with, “You will hurt even more.” That scene truly unsettled me. How could he say that when she clearly expressed she was in pain? Isn't that physical abuse?
Please correct me if I’m misunderstanding or wrongly labeling it as abuse. I just can't seem to make sense of that moment, especially after immersing myself in his backstory. It feels like the writers did him dirty in Long-Awaited Revelry. I mean, if someone could sacrifice their life for the person they love, how could they ever intentionally hurt them—even to remind them of the past?
It’s really hard for me to connect the version of Sylus we see in that scene with the one from his 5-star memories, where he seems like a completely different, much softer person. I genuinely love him a lot, and that’s what makes it even more upsetting. I usually adore dark characters—the kind who would burn the world for their beloved but would never hurt their beloved. Sylus doing this in the main story was unexpected and, honestly, kind of icky for me. 🥲
How do I come to terms with his redemption arc after knowing what he did in Long-Awaited Revelry (especially that physical hurt while taking her to the shop)? Is there a deeper context I might be missing—something that justifies his behavior? I really don’t want to dislike him, but it’s hard to reconcile such a hurtful scene with the selfless man his backstory shows. And again im saying i do not hate him but its just hard to overlook that scene especially knowing that he loves her so much and is willing to do anything for her. It seems like the Sylus who is shown in the long awaited reverly is not the same Sylus who is shown as so selfless in his myth and in his recent soft memory cards.
So I've already gone into this a bit in two previous asks that you can find here and here. But I can delve into it again, though my answer will be the same just more in depth I guess lol ^^
Ok so here are my main points
I don't at all think that this is a case of bad or inconsistent writing by Sylus' creative team. Sylus is a carefully – meticulously, even – crafted character who'd been in development for at least 5 years before he was introduced in the main story. I guarantee that his team know what they are doing with him and that they'd never do him dirty. They love him as much as if not more than we the fanbase do.
It's important to remember that we lack a lot of lore and context. We don't have all the puzzle pieces yet when it comes to Sylus or his relationship with MC. We're missing a huge chunk of backstory starting from their escape from the nebula up to Sylus' Anecdote. It is very possible that something happened in that time (or perhaps in another myth?) that can provide further explanations for Sylus' behavior in LAR. We'll just have to be patient and see.
For now though the simplest and most logical explanation to me is that Sylus is acting out of character in early LAR because he is in emotional distress. He is hurt, distraught, frustrated, desperate, possibly even fearful. He did not at all expect for things to happen the way they did, for the love of his life to not recall him at all even after coming face to face, for her to hate him, nor for her powers to be weak. I think it's pretty clear that he worries something was done to weaken her during the time that he wasn't observing her from afar – hence why he takes her to Philip and why he asks him if "someone put in a suppressor". Her suddenly deteriorated power makes him anxious for MC's future safety, and his fear has good reason – he is aware of the dangers posed to her by EVER.
He is also just simply desperate for her to regain her memories, which is also understandable. His pain and grief and frustration over his literal soulmate being unable to remember a single thing about him makes even more sense now after Death and Rebirth and the Timelock Key event. I'm ngl I wouldn't handle the same scenario well at all either, but would probably have a major crashout, especially if I'd done and been through all that Sylus has. In early LAR Sylus is basically a person who is desperately trying to remind a loved one (a literal chosen soulmate at that) with amnesia of their past and of themself. (An example of his trying to jog her memories is this part right here where he is recreating an environment mimicking the arena they fought in as kids).
To put it simply, Sylus isn't calm or rational or gentle because the situation he is in is deeply emotionally distressing and unexpected, and in his distraught state he is willing to cross lines he would not in normal situations. He loses himself, going as far as to override his core principle re: MC (her autonomy and consent). In this instance of raw hurt and desperation he thinks that the ends justify the means. This alone shows that he is not in a good or normal state of mind (and again why would he be?)
Now, that being said, does Sylus' emotional distress excuse his actions or make them justifiable? No. Because what he did in LAR simply isn't justifiable and isn't meant to be.
Like I've said before, you'll never catch me defending his actions or making excuses for them regardless of Sylus' reasonings. His behavior was wrong, and is portrayed as such by the narrative. We are meant to be uncomfortable and upset by those scenes. And we are meant to take MC's side and empathise with her as the victim of harsh and fucked up treatment, (while we can also with the context we now have also empathise with Sylus' emotional pain and anxiety – but we shouldn't excuse or justify him). Sylus himself realizes that he went way too far and obviously deeply regrets it – that's why his behavior changes notably afterwards. He is never again forceful or coercive with MC, but on the contrary always walks at her pace, and is twice shown to be prepared to let go of her. And I think his character is all the more beautiful for the fact that he is capable of learning from his mistakes and of bettering himself.
So in summary; Sylus behaving out of character in those early chapters makes perfect sense considering the circumstances and is imo an instance of good and realistic writing rather than bad or thoughtless. The writers were not in any way doing Sylus dirty, but were showing us a character that is flawed and emotionally hurting and capable of fucking up royally in certain situations, but who is also capable of real self reflection and of learning from his mistakes. The early chapters in LAR are integral to his character development, adding layers and depth and vulnerability to him and thus, ironically enough, make him more "human".
This is my perspective anyway, and I hope that it provided some food for thought ♡. I do want to say though that if you still feel the same re: Sylus' behavior, or if you have a completely different perspective from mine, that's ok and understandable. As always I am simply stating my own personal thoughts and interpretations, nothing more nothing less. Not trying to influence or change the way anyone thinks or feels or stating that my interpretation is the "correct" one. I am just working with the material we currently have and trying to piece the pieces together in the way that makes most sense to me, but which inevitably might not to others.

Ugh seriously, can people please stfu? Stop tagging them/their teams/their family members in posts with thoughts that need to be staying in private spaces right now. Why is it so hard for them to understand?? The whole crocs thing and the fact they're not pushing for them to be picked up by big outlets is definitely because they were intended for the fandom. (Specifically the people still questioning L/A and N/J in public spaces.) I really do think that most things hinge on the A agreement and that J was only brought into the fold after A made her conditions known and certain things were agreed to. And the more people question her, the longer this whole thing will go. We can clearly see what J is getting out of the 'relationship' with Nicola - the movie screenings, the networking with celebs, the broadway show, (maybe SNL?), being casted in the play, having Nic's stans fill up the seats in the playhouse after all those bad reviews, being casted in this new show, getting to attend BAFTA nominee party & Cannes, having his name connected to Nicola in big outlets, having her PR team/management/grooming team/stylist helping to curate his image over the last year, etc.. The 'relationship' could end today and his career would be in a much, much better place than he was prior to when this all started. But when it comes to A... we are not seeing nearly as much. Not only is her follow count still super low (<15k) and her career in a similar place to where it was before the public connection to Luke, but their 'relationship' is constantly questioned. (The many PR fumbles this spring haven't helped unfortunately but even the ones that checked all the boxes felt so performative. Not to mention, there isn't a full on stalker discord dedicated to their relationship either.) In order for the fizzle out/public split to serve as a jumping off point for her career and satisfy certain conditions, they need to think that people (the fandom and GA) believe their relationship is genuine. Getting the loudest voices (the usual suspects 🥴) to accept L/A means getting everyone on board with N/J. The timing of J's show definitely plays a role and I think they'll have a more obvious pap session or even a pic together on socials to confirm she's there in the coming days. But these photos (Heathrow/crocs/croc walk) provide context and further evidence for anyone questioning things. And I fully believe the bike pics were meant to be released around this time. I'm sure we'll see pap pics come out shortly from L/A's walk in the park in Chiswick people were talking about last week. And/or some photos confirming A was in Rome. And/or some other pap pics. Less likely but still on the table - some event attendance or photo dump on socials from prior events that were never posted (Boss/various Bafta events). Anyway, thank you for this space. I hope people in more public places (ig/tiktok/twitter) STOP saying things that prolong this whole thing.
The one thing I don’t agree on with this is the idea that they’re they’re trying to get people to believe L/A are a legit couple.
I feel like small things, like her not posting him on her grid or the fact that he hasn’t tagged on her the cheek kiss pic, things like that, leaves it in this gray area where the people who notice can clock that this is all fake/PR and whatnot, and the people who don’t notice just think it’s a pic of his gf woo woo.
I think if there’s a stipulation that Antonia has to reach a certain milestone in her career, then they’re gonna be at this for a long time and I don’t think they’re dumb enough to have agreed to that knowing people don’t like her and some never will.
I think there’s a hard end date on all this.
This isn’t free advice btw, you gotta do something for me if you want to know what would make me flip 😘

people who are like "oh no they ruined Caitlyn she is on the bad side now" am I the only one glad that Caitlyn's character took this turn? She was the face of the enforcers to the viewers for such a long time. She was kind, compassionate and diligent, the perfect "good cop".
But that's not a fair representation of the enforcers now, is it.
Vi and Powder were orphaned by enforcers. Kind? No.
When in order to survive, they snuck into Piltover to steal goods to sell them, it was enforcers's job to catch and punish these kids, no questions about what kinda life drove these children to do that asked. Compassionate? No.
When Vi got kidnapped arrested. She was put in prison for 6+ years, I doubt there was ever a due court process to determine whether this child was really guilty and deserved imprisonment or not. Diligent? No.
#when vi's mom was killed the system did not seek to provide justice for her.#when kirramman a woman of wealth and power is killed a war is started.#i thought it was very tone deaf of cait to invote vi to join the enforcers but it was actually a sign.#her further development into an authoritarian military leader is quite organic if you consider that.#thank you arcane for proving that good cops existing within the system are still part of that system. good people don't continue to be cops#p.s.#like yeah yeah i know that caitvi is canon and that both of them being enforcers is still canon too.#but to me it shouldn't be. not with the context we have now. so much of this feels like arcane writers just having to worm themselves aroun#a decade old poorly throughout narrative about a crazy terrorist bitch and her policewoman sister who wants to put her behind the bars#without blatantly promoting copaganda and without angering the average viewer#arcane#arcane spoilers

⸻ 𝒂 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒏𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒔
The day is December 26th, 2016. In these moments that lead into the interrogation, the rook finds himself at odds with everything and everyone. It is a pivotal moment that will change him more than he will ever know.
When Jin Yohan was young, his father sat him down and gave him a talking to. It wasn't something he did this time, but a lesson given for posterity. "Never talk to the cops", he said. "even if you think it's right to tell the truth." As a child, he never quite understood. After all, his parents would not tell him of any of the potential shady backend dealings and insider trading that his undeveloped mind could not yet comprehend. It was an entirely preventative measure — a lesson.
It is strange how muddled his head gets as he waits his turn. He battles against morals that suddenly want to appear, knowing giving into them would betray everything he fought to be a part of. How annoying, he muses internally, leaning back in the stiff chair. He keeps his arms folded, a guard.
The grief has finally caught up to him and now he can hardly manage to breathe or speak straight. Lack of sleep and food shows clearly on his face. The rings around his eyes are red and inflamed, deep with signs of mourning and regret.
The young man had been holding back the waterworks for the entirety of Hyungseo's missing period, and it only culminates when he is told that he is dead. Just as he feared. He has barely been able to function properly since then. Everyone knows it, too. How could they not after the way he shouted and shed an embarrassing amount of tears in front of everyone?
"All of you! All of you are responsible for what happened!" he howled, his rage only spurred on by a spat between other members shortly before. Something inside of Jin Yohan snapped. The mask of sanity slips and he releases every bit of vitriolic spit they all knew he had in him. He does what he can before he's led away — before he can raise his fists and turn the tragedy into a disaster. "Mark my words," he adds as he's pulled, a sentence ( among other words ) he soon forgets when everything goes dark. "My blood will be on your hands next."
His father reminds him again of what to do the evening before the interrogation, hand firm and unwavering. It had been frequent ever since Yohan's little show at Hyungseo's funeral; despite his mother's shocking pleads to take it easy on him this time. ( And even though he thrashed with all his might, that man always ended up beating him back into submission. It never mattered how good of a fighter Yohan was. He always let him because he deserved it. It is ultimately that bastard of a father that forces leads him to give into the whims of what others want him to do. )
As he shifts in the chair, the wooden joints squeak. He rubs his cheek, then his arm, the space above his heart. Everything hurts.
However, there are some things that must be done. Withholding information isn't necessarily lying, and giving snippets of the truth isn't necessarily ratting the entire club out. Even so, Yohan needed quite the convincing to not spill every secret, every piece of information in great detail. He sits here overwhelmed, exhausted, demoralized. No amount of standing like a zombie before Hyungseo's memorial would bring him back.
The detectives finally file their way into the room one by one, gently shutting the door behind them. It is not the first nor last time Yohan would be questioned in this way. His eyes follow them until they take their place across from him.
"Jin Yohan," the man speaks first, flipping through the file he has on him. He turns the page over and shoots him a smile. It is quite obvious both of them are making their attempts to soothe his nerves. They must have heard about his little series of outbursts. "How are you doing today?"
Yohan glances at the window behind them before making eye contact. He isn't so sure of himself — his mind in ruin. "As fine as I can be," he clears his throat midway to keep his voice from shaking. If only they all could see him now. "I'm tired."
"Did you have a good Christmas, Yohan? Get any nice gifts?" The ice breaking is too obvious now.
"No... Not really." The answer is firm and cold. His eyes avert so he doesn't begin to tremble like a leaf thinking about the night before. This is an interrogation, not a therapy session. "So... what do you want to know? It's about... H-hyu...—"
"Hyungseo. That's correct. We won't keep you too long. Don't worry. It must be hard for you. We only need you to answer a few questions."
