Mega Man's Soccer is. Uh. It's soccer what can I say. It was first released with the name... Rockman's Soccer, I guess, which means it's not even a localization choice to name it Soccer instead of Football.

Well, moving on...

Mega Man's Soccer is an adaptation of the sport where you kick a black-and-white patterned ball around a field and try to score goals while another team tries to do the same thing.

It's set after the events of Mega Man 4 and while it has a plot, that plot is summed up as "Doctor Wily and some Robot Masters drop in on soccer matches and ruin them, so Mega Man stops him!!"

Perhaps surprisingly, there are still a variety of stages accessed in an order you please. It also has a Wily Castle in the story mode and... a league-play mode!

The gist of the gameplay is that It's Soccer and that Mega Man can split in to 8 guys now. One of the ways to play has a team of various Robot Masters joining Mega Man's team so that he doesn't have to duplicate himself.

this sideblog is purely for me to indulge in fandom-based hyperfixations, post my art, and ramble on about headcanons. i am just here for a good time. and as is the nature with adhd and hyperfixations, my interest in things can change in a heartbeat and ive been known to go afk for months on end and then suddenly spring back like nothing happened.

youre not likely to find much of anything involving male characters here. this is a space that focuses primarily on women and nonbinary individuals and that is something that is extremely important to me*. that being said, this blog is 1000% trans safe and terfs and other such transphobes are not at all welcome and are invited to block me.

i am always very open to discussing headcanons, its one of my very very favorite things to do but ive not had the opportunity to discuss headcanons in depth with anyone in a very, very long time. so please, feel free to drop me a line if you wanna jam, so long as its about a character or ship i care about im game : ) fwiw, pokemon is by far the franchise that is easiest for me to talk about.

please do take note that the more i love a character, the more likely i am to foist the most ridiculous headcanons on them lmao. i delight in ideas that buck expectations and putting my own weird spin on things, but do rest assured it is all out of a very deep love and appreciation for the character and is purely my take on trying to push them to the boundaries of their canon.

Just as an fyi I'm sorry to my mutuals whose posts I don't really interact with, it's a rule for me to not scroll through my dash on here because it gets me sucked into things that are Not good for me to deal with and just avoiding my dash altogether is just better for me. my interests/who i am:

i'm turtle, and i'm in various ways some form of amateur artist. i think i'm best at my writing, but i'm (slowly) trying to learn how to draw and make music! i'd also consider myself to be a decent singer, albeit an untrained one. my current biggest artistic project is the game i'm working on, it's essentially a digital novel set in my fantasy setting. i have Worldbuilder's Disease so feel free to ask me about my setting! please.

i use he/they/it pronouns, and my gender is essentially a man when it's convenient and genderless otherwise. man+, if you will. i like certain aspects of masculinity but have no problems not adhering to norms. in regards to sexuality the simplest way i can put it is that i'm bisexual, but my biggest preference is towards women and feminine presenting people of other genders. i'm also extremely horny on main, and am unashamed of it. as such, if you don't wanna see that, block my horny tag

some of my interests include but are not limited to: video games, anime, TTRPGs, of course the things i mentioned that i'm trying to become good at e.g. writing and music, guns and other varieties of weapon, linguistics, tech, mythology, history, politics, vulgarity and misanthropy. in no particular order, here's me going in depth on the ones i have something to say about!

in terms of music taste, i like a pretty wide variety of music. not gonna list Literally Every Artist i like, but in terms of genre i tend towards prog rock and adjacent areas. some of my favorite artists include but are not limited to: king crimson, yes, death grips, ars nova (the japanese band), bi kyo ran, dio, lemon demon, tally hall, NWA, tyler the creator, and aphex twin (and of course, the splitoffs and side projects of all these guys).

i have Gun Autism. if you don't wanna see that, blacklist my gun tag! and don't worry, i'm not one of Those gun people, y'know

i like anime but i sometimes have a hard time actually sitting down and paying attention to a show so i haven't watched a whole lot. at time of writing this i'm most of the way through original dragon ball and fist of the north star, and i like both a lot so far! i believe the last anime i actually finished was fullmetal alchemist brotherhood (which is very good, would recommend), and i've spent significant parts of my life being into jjba now. also? i need to pick up cowboy bebop again, i've loved what i've watched but it's not the kind of show i can just sit down and binge y'know. also, the yugioh manga is good, go read it

i like a pretty wide variety of video games, but tend towards PC games and nintendo stuff. lifelong zelda fan, have a soft spot for pre-gen 5 pokemon, love f-zero even though i'm bad at it, above average at tetris DS, love punch out enough that i'm the world record holder for NES glass joe, love advance wars, DKC is my shit, and of course what nintendo pervert doesn't like mario. in terms of PC games, i love the vast majority of what valve puts out, have a love/hate relationship with bethesda RPGs, just genuinely love classic shit like thief, deus ex, VTMB, and the KOTOR games (especially 2), grew up with the pre-reboot tomb raider games, love the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games, and i've been abnormal about undertale since middle school. some honorable mentions for games i've started but haven't played enough of but still really like include secret of mana, metroid, pathologic, and disco elysium.

hi! im an nblw who ISNT sapphic in the slightest, could you please not tag sapphic posts that dont even mention nonbinary people as nblw etc? theres sapphic nonbinary people of course, but the nblw tag is already filled to the brim with lesbian posts that have nothing to do with being nonbinary and just assumes nblw are aligned with womanhood and its really invalidating and misgendering to me... sorry and thank you!

I'm aware that NBLW ≠ sapphic nonbinary people. I AM a NBLW. However, this is a sapphic blog. I make posts for sapphics. And I say 'sapphic' because it's an all-encompassing term unlike WLW.

Anyway, some sapphics are NBLW, and those people are gonna look for posts for them in the sapphic tag and the NBLW tag. Therefore, if I make a post about sapphics, it get tagged as both NBLW and WLW as some sapphics are WLW as well. I don't use 'NB WLW' because not every nonbinary sapphic identifies as a WLW (ex. It makes me personally VERY dysphoric), and because I don't wanna use anything with a standalone 'nb' because for Black activists, that means non-Black, so it gets confusing. Plus, it makes me, as a Black enby, horribly uncomfortable to see people use 'nb' to mean 'nonbinary.'

Also, sapphic DOES NOT mean lesbian. Like, holy shit, not every word involving loving girls means 'lesbian.' The sapphic community does not revolve around lesbians. I'm not a lesbian; I would never call myself sapphic if it meant 'lesbian.'

If you don't wanna see my posts or posts about sapphics, blacklist the term 'sapphic.' But I'm not about to start tagging my stuff differently after ONE YEAR with NO PROBLEMS UNTIL NOW just because someone doesn't like that NBLW also includes sapphic NBLW. I'm not wrong or bad or whatever for tagging it that way. The term can literally be used that way. And I've made a point to say on this blog that anytime I talk about NBLW (save for this month because I've made posts for EVERYONE this month), it's about SAPPHIC NBLW.

Please stop sending me asks like this. I'm sorry your feelings are hurt. And I'm sorry it's misgendering to you. But the only solution I have for you is to blacklist me and the tag 'sapphic' so you don't see posts about sapphic nblw.
