I appreciate those of y'all who helped us pay for my cat Pip's last vet visit. We ended up getting $200 from donations, which was very helpful and put a big dent in the total cost! Thank y'all SO much for that 💛

Unfortunately, though, Pip needs more testing done. The ultrasound showed that he has wall thickening in his colon and ileum, so now they want to do something called a GI panel as well as testing to check his thyroid. I don't have an estimate on that yet because I can't afford to pay ANY of it right now due to paying so much Pip's last 2 vet appointments and due to the fact that my wife and I's roommate has lost his job AGAIN 🥲 Additionally, I'm limited on how much money I'm allowed to make every month, and my wife's hours at work get cut every other week. They're trying to pick up extra shifts when they can, but they are one person, are killing their body doing that, and aren't getting any rest because of this.

SO, if anyone is willing to donate, even if it's just a dollar, I would greatly, greatly appreciate that and be so thankful for it. Also, PLEASE reblog this post whenever you see it and share it on other platforms if you want as well. Thank you in advance; I hope y'all have a great day 💚🩷

Hi, yeah, so if you go to a Pride event this month/this year, KEEP YOUR FUCKING HANDS TO YOURSELF!!!

I've been at this Pride for only 2.5 hours and have been touched ON PURPOSE by random strangers MULTIPLE TIMES. It's legitimately caused me to go into sensory overload and made me shut down. Like, I'm really not even enjoying myself here, and I'm upset because I spent so long getting ready for this event and driving here.

I don't care if you like my outfit. I don't care if you think I look pretty. I don't care if you wanna ask where I got something I'm wearing. I don't care if you wanna take my picture. IF YOU TOUCH ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING YOU'RE SAYING TO ME!!

Even if I weren't neurodivergent with sensory issues involving touch, it's still disrespectful as fuck to touch people without their consent!! Say "Excuse me," ffs!! Again, if you don't have consent, PLEASE JUST KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF; YOU LEARNED THIS IN KINDERGARTEN!!

Stop leaving queer BIPOC, especially trans BIPOC, out of your Pride posts and positivity posts!! QPOC are the reason we have Pride in the first place, and to just forget them like this is simply inexcusable. They are the backbone of our community. They are the reason we have rights. They have carried this community so far and for so long, and that deserves recognition. Show queer and trans BIPOC the respect, love, and support they deserve! They are a beautiful and diverse part of our overall community, and they will not be erased!
