proud member of the hamlin defense squad. people get so mad at him but like... for what. every single decision the freedom fighters make affects new mobotropolis too - if they mess up bad enough, everybody could get instantly nuked and die. frankly i really dont see why they shouldnt have some sort of oversight. like obviously sally needs leeway to make decisions on the fly as a field leader, but that also doesnt mean she should be able to do whatever she wants forever with 0 protocol or questioning or 2nd opinion. i know he was vilified by the text for some reason but come on we can do better than this lets try to tackle a problem from somewhere other than the protagonist's point of view

okay i know i leapt onto the organ harvesting heathers train real quick (what can i say. my favourite musical + my favourite riverdale season) but season 1 ish riverdale au would kind of slap with jason and pollys whole running away shenanigans. wilbur is planning to disappear from riverdale and niki finds one little prelaid step of the plan and so she's the only one who knows he ran away and he's okay...........until they find his body in the river.
