More of my fave Adorable Home moments with Gwen and Miles
Basically, there were moments from the game that I forgot to share, so here it is!
When they got a dog out of nowhere 😅😅😅
Their chicken was going crazy
Miles in the art studio!!! They also have a bird now. Like it stays there.
From yesterday, but Mum, Dad, and Daughter 🫶🫶🫶 of course, we also have from today, Gwen and Charlotte playing!
So now in my head they're canon while waiting for the next movie to arrive in the middle of angst central (i say that but i actually gravitate towards angst)
Something i think about a lot is how Dazai saw Chuuya. And treated him. Like dazai is extremely touch starved as a teen i think? The way he almost immediately latches onto chuuya despite barely even knowing him at that time. He didn't even know chuuya was a vessel of some god of destruction at that time. Chuuya was seriously just some extremely over-confident kid to him at that time. And he's also weirdly possessive of him (considering how the bet happened just a while after they've met and dazai was already sowing seeds of distrust within the sheep). he's also amazed by so much of chuuya (new drinking game: take a shot everytime there's something along the lines of "dazai watches in mute amazement" in 15 and sb) i get chuuya as a character generally makes people want to care for him (the flags, no seriously they love him so much) but dazai was so obsessed in such a short span of time. Like does he even know how to befriend people his age normally? Does he even know anyone his age?
"She just had to trust him. Still, somewhere, she knew the man she married couldn’t always be trusted. She had seen his lies too many times to count, but she had never thought he would one day try to deceive her."
Just a quick gussiri illustration (cuz I miss them every day) to accompany the one shot I posted a few days ago (the text is also an excerpt from that)
It's based on this one sculpture I think is really cool and the people who have followed me long enough might remember I did a gussiri piece mirroring the pose back in 2022 as well!
It's late as shit and I can't sleep so y'all get an older-ish snippet of a Foo Fighters song cuz why not. Sometimes I post shit that isn't Ghost related lol. One of my all time favorite songs.
Being in a cage in the middle of the city, their only source of food were the things that people threw at them. It was embarrassing and thinly spread, but they were still alive.
It was an effective- no, it was their only method. They hated the tomatoes especially; they were rotten and messy and got in their hair and stayed sticky. They usually enjoyed when it was small items that could slip through the bars, but popcorn was the worst, especially on empty. The smell was tantalizingly torturous, and people would eat it in front of them to watch their suffering as people yelled and made their claims and accusations about them. Usually, Skylar would roll their eyes, turn their nose up, but sometimes that just wasn't possible.
They couldn't stand it. They were actually starving; they hadn't eaten in almost a week, and the stars they were seeing felt as if they exploded in their head. And then someone came. With popcorn. They would try to emerge from their withering state to taunt the onlooker to get them to start pelting- but there wasn't any reaction. No amount of accusations or jests was effecting him, he just he stood and ate. Their stomach was eating itself, they were pretty sure. He was absent minded and pretended Skylar wasn't there, looking at the fountain behind their cage as if appreciating the marble carving of the birds in the tree. He even was forceful about it- shoving his hand in the bag and flailed it around, causing popcorn to fall at his feet, out of reach of the prisoner.
Skylar bit back a groan. Crying was not an option, and neither was reacting. He would get mad and give up eventually. But since they put up an uncaring expression and tried to play the part of not caring, (or trying to convince themself to not care) their stomach started to rumble lowly. The thought of the crunch of the kernels sounded really good right now. Their stomach was ignored by them as they continued their apathy, however it made it worse as their energy sapped.
They were about to say something extremely witty to this psychological torturer, in their opinion, when their stomach started to cramp and groan as a warning. Then, suddenly, a loud, very easily heard, growl burst forth. Their whole body clenched, doing everything not to double over.
No crying.
They laughed awkwardly, joking that there was a monster truck rally going on on the east side of the city, but the popcorn eater found the whole ordeal very funny and laughed his ass off. He then proceeded to dump the popcorn in the nearby trashcan. Skylar practically choked.
When he left, after darkness fell, they fought with themself not to let tears fall. Their wings were molting, and it seemed unhealthy- patches of feathers coming off, leaving bald spots. They watched their feathers drift down as some sort of replacement for crying.
Someone threw a tomato from a balcony, and it landed in front of the cage bars. Skylar hated when they threw tomatoes.
