What do you think would happen if people found out about Takemichi's time-leaping ability earlier? Say, after saving Draken in the battle of 8/3?
Well that would depend very heavily on who found out and how they found out/ what they know exactly. At that time Takemichi didn't really know as many people too so the only people who could've really found out would've been Mikey, Draken, Hina, Emma, Mitsuya, Peh and the mizo mid. Other characters like the toman captains and Hanma were also around but Takemichi didn't exactly know them so unless it somehow got blurted out during the fight itself they probably wouldn't have known.
As to how it would've effected things, Kisaki likely wouldn't have been allowed to officially join toman (though there's a chance Mikey wouldn't have listened especially since Takemichi didn't have solid details of the future or exactly what Kisaki was doing at this point). It actually could've even lead to toman being disbanded early too, since I think all of them would've been pretty horrified to find out their gang causes Hina's death. Either that or they continue on as normal but are a lot more aware of their actions / try harder to be a better gang. With them asking for advice from Takemichi occasionally, while they try to support him in changing things. Kisaki meanwhile either tries to use Kazutora again or skips straight ahead to using Izana and tenjiku, though he could slso potentially try joining the black dragons here, with his main goal being to bring toman down/ separate Mikey from the others.

"Poppa two!!"
Hinadori ran to Cyrille's side, bouncing while continuesly glancing back down the hallway.
"Some- something's wrong with Scara! He fainted!"
Cyrille snatches up his cane and staggers to his feet, easily ignoring the fire in his bones as worry and panic surges to the forefront of his mind.
"What? I'm coming, you... How about you stay out here for a bit, while Wanderer and I check on him?"
He's already moving towards the bedroom as he speaks, feeling like a cold hand has clamped around his heart.
"Don't open the door for anybody."

Okay but like... the way in Night Club when Hinata starts opening up to Rinne and Rinne sees who he used to be so so clearly in Hinata. Feeling like the world believes your entire existence is wrong, nothing is going right, you just want to give up but you can't. Hinata comments that it's easy to open up to Rinne and I think part of that is just that Rinne intimately understands what Hinata is going through, trying to find himself in a world that he feels like an alien in. And while Rinne obviously doesn't like to be so upfront about his feelings, you can tell he's watching out for Hinata and encouraging him to act up and act out, to be loud because someone is proud of him and is glad that he's there (and now Rinne is in Hinata's corner and he's less alone than he was before).

Kiyotaka: You're going to check up and see how it's coming! It's common sense! Hahaha!
Aoi: Yeah, it's TOTALLY common sense!
Byakuya, randomly: I'm going to kill myself right now.
