so uh yeah he learned to just bring back little trinkets every now and then. stuff like glaze lilies (wild ones that he sings to), pretty pebbles (yeah that's what those piles of pebbles on display in the teahouse are), little gemstones he 'found' on his walks (i have a suspicion he used his powers to generate some of them but i have no evidence >:/ )

after learning that it's neither of our preferred love languages, al haitham doesn't really give me gifts, but on special occasions, he would give me flowers grown by his vision hehe 🌸
