When my friends send me more Scarameow content

Oh how majestic it must be for two souls to have met each for the first time, again and again, and again.

On their first, they met as Ajax, a new recruit into the Fatui, and Lord Scaramouche, the number sixth of the Fatui Harbingers.

On their second,  they met as Tartaglia, newly ascended as the eleventh member of the Fatui Harbingers, and Scaramouche, a not-so-well-loved harbinger with a temper.

And on their third, they’ll meet as Tartaglia, the Eleventh Harbinger tasked to retrieve the stolen gnosis and track the puppet that stole it, and The Wanderer, an abandoned puppet, a former harbinger, a country destroyer, and a false god, on the path towards enlightenment.

Then maybe, they’ll have a fourth meeting. One where they’ll meet each other again without the names that were cast on to them by their duty and fate; one where Tartaglia reverts to Ajax, a young man from Snezhanaya with love for ice fishing, and one where the Wanderer moves forward, as someone beyond the betrayals, and the fate that the gods set out for him.
