𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐔𝐑𝐋: I've explained it in a very convoluted way before, but the condensed explanation is that I got it from hearing phrase second hand a bunch of times, and looking into it more made it really stick out to me! The meaning behind it--that whatever happens in a higher realm of existence also happens in a lower realm--fits into the sort of mirror/parallel that some of my OCs here have with each other; similar backstories, similar struggles, similar goals and desires...but on very different paths.

𝐅𝐔𝐍 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓: Kairi, my main on this blog, started out as a Dang.an Ro.npa OC back in like, 2016/2017! For those familiar with the series, she was a SHSL Botanist. She's changed a LOT since then, but her design has been mostly consistent!

Comfort food(s): Pizza (like the good Italian peep I am), sushi, spicy things, chocolate and sweets!

Comfort drink(s): Bubble tea and mocaccino on non-alcoholic side, wine otherwise!

Comfort movie(s): Atlantis! I still cry to the beginning and ending scenes and the Crystal Chamber never fails to give me goosebumps. And REC. Calling that "comfort" is a huuuuge stretch, but it's one of the best horror movies I ever watched and nothing ever spooked me as much as that one. Love me some strong emotions!

Comfort show(s): Speaking of strong emotions, Cabinet of Curiosities has been destroying me lately in both a good and bad way, but I'm enjoying in thoroughly and it's probably gonna stay as one of my favourites. On a completely different note, Wander over Yonder and Vox Machina. Something tells me I'll be back to change/add more a thousand times after I post this.

Comfort book(s): I'm very attached to the Emerged World sagas because they're the first big trilogies that ever really got me into fantasy as a child ♡

Comfort game(s): I'm afraid League of Legends is far past me without a group of friends that plays with me because of its awful community, but I'll never forget it's the reason why I started chasing my dream job and today I'm finally starting to see it realized. But! Kingdom Hearts got me into gaming during childhood and I'm still respecting it despite the creators' thirst for money and questionable writing, Hollow Knight is going to stay one of my all-time favourites, Minecraft is also fun with friends, Crypt of the Necrodancer satisfies my love for gaming and music, [[EDIT]] Dead by Daylight is my new happy choice for nights with friends and! Last but not least!! TTRPG games - most of them!! Gift me a good story and let me immerse myself in them with a loved character of mine and you'll have my heart for years to come, as my DMs very well know ♡

Also, just for the record, a few honorable mentions: horror RPG maker games and Undertale got me into story-based games, Among us, Slay the Princess struck my heart lately, Ring of Pain was an amazing go-to to fill the time and Baldur's Gate is the best alternative to real campaigns I tried so far. Probably unpopular opinion: I don't like fighting and mechanics that much - some fights are breathtaking but I'm mostly in for the story and the relationships with characters (absolutely not limited to romantic ones) and I can't take it seriously because of the possibility to reload and my lack of discipline with avoiding it. So yes, but also no. Just a mention.

another lil about me~

NAME?: lumi / lumina PRONOUNS?: she/they MOST ACTIVE MUSES?: definitely amalthea right now, with a rotating interest for my multi (@wxnderers) being ezra and lazarus. i may add another to the multi soon, a mermaid im slowly picking at. EXPERIENCE/HOW MANY YEARS?: 20 years now, i started writing on forums in 04 and then joined a niche online community shortly thereafter. i stayed on that platform, only dabbling a little bit in tumblr rp around 2013/14. however ive recently taken a massive step back from it and have dedicated myself to my tumblr rp blog because i genuinely find it more rewarding as a writer. FLUFF, ANGST OR SMUT?: a mix of all three is ideal. i tend to skew more for fluff and angst, with some flexible guidelines for plots because i enjoy a sense of structure/goal for a story. smut is preferably only applicable for ships that have been discussed oocly and has in-character chemistry. LONG OR SHORT REPLIES?: i consider myself a novella writer, so i tend to write long / multi paragraph replies. however i never expect my partners to be that, or match my length. as long as i have something to respond to / the story moves along, we are vibing. despite having a bit of a tendency to ramble with my words, i still try to at least match my partner's length for posts. TIME TO WRITE?: mid-morning to afternoon, sometimes the evenings after work. it really depends on my energy level / if ive had caffeine xD i work a desk job too, so on slow office days, i work on drafts when i can.

best experiences — Damn, hard to tell. I honestly always had a blast on this blog, met so many creative mutuals. I think the award for the most consistently prolific ones (past and current) should go to @viopolis @fyu-ture and @nappainanotherdimension

pet peeves/dealbreakers — poor engagement/communication/plotting effort. I love writing, but I can't do everything on my own, pals. Let's collaborate on that thread, shall we? Also being only considered as a source of reblog for memes and no other interactions. Thanks but no, there are blogs specifically for that, and I ain't one of those.

muse preference ( fluff, angst, smut ) — No preference really, anything can be engaging when it's about developing a relartionship between characters. Angst is good because it leads to fluff, fluff is good because it makes angst hurt more later on. Love-focusses threads are good, friendship-based ones too, family-oriented ones as well... The only thing I struggle with are fight scenes.

plot or memes — I usually prefer to plot, even just a general idea on how the muses interact for the first times. I find out that just 'winding it' leaves massive plot holes and question marks when interactions get deeper and more personal. It's always good to agree on some kind of common ground.

long or short replies — I usually go for medium-long, unless it's crack stuff.

best time to write — Any time really I like writing a lot ok

are you like your muse?: Not really. Maybe I used to share her brashness when I was younger, but I don't think I've ever been as gutsy as she can be!
