The previous features are very important for my theory of the gravitational waves- for three reasons

Means-the light beam is produced only after the wave reflection because the reflection causes the velocity to be squared

I suppose the new planet orbital distance to be =7000 million km

This new planet velocity will be 4.3 km/s (We can define it by kepler law)

Now we need the complementary planet because of the rule (v1v2 =322)

(322 =4.3 x 75), means, the complementary planet velocity is 75 km/s   

Where can we find a planet its velocity 75 km/s? this planet must be in the distance between the Sun and Mercury –

This planet orbital distance should be 23.2 million km

(57.9/23.2) = (75/47.4)^2  where

(57.9 million km = Mercury Orbital Distance) and (47.4 km/s) Mercury velocity

Shortly –

It's hard to add any planet in the distance between Mercury and the Sun- means- we can't add any new planet to the solar group because of the Sun existence.

But-

How Could The Found Planets Be Added To The Solar System?

The Sun is created after all planets creation and motion- means – after all planets be in their orbits the Sun is created-

In details-The planets were created in their orbits and revolve around a point of space, before the sun creation, and later the sun is created in this point of space around which the planets revolve

The Solar System needs To Create A Stationary Point Its velocity Zero relative to the moving wave its velocity is 300000 km/s

This is the basic information in the solar system design-

The solar system needs to create a stationary point relative to the wave motion- by that – two velocities will be found which are (v1= the wave its velocity 300000 km/s) and (v2= Zero= the stationary point relative to the wave motion)–these two velocities produce a relative motion with different velocity 300000 km/s– this relative motion is the solar system design cornerstone.

Notice– The solar system is carried by the light beam motion, NO stationary point can be found here – it's similar to a ship on this sea water- Nothing can stop- because the motion is done forcedly by the sea water –

The stationary point will be similar to the whirlpool (vortex) on the sea page-

The solar system needs to create this stationary point

Now – let's try to create this stationary point in following

The solar system uses two procedures to do that,

The first procedure

The wave its velocity 300000 km/s revolves around a point in space (any point in space), the revolution motion creates 2 equal velocities on both sides of the revolution- the two velocities are equal in value and opposite in direction- their total be equal Zero-means- the revolution motion creates a stationary point in the center of the revolution. 

The second procedure

The previous idea is correct- but –the velocity 300000 km/s is a huge one and to decrease it to Zero velocity this is a complex process– for that- the wave (300000 km/s) created small waves with low velocities to use them as steps to decrease the velocity to Zero- the small waves are The Planets- (The planet is a small wave moves by low velocity relative to the original wave its velocity 300000 km/s) 

Why Are These Small Waves Required?

Because the velocity 300000 km/s is decreased to Zero by using these small waves and their low velocities- the low velocities are used as steps to decrease the unified wave velocity (300000 km/s) to be (Zero)- this process decreases the velocity gradually from 300000 km/s to Zero depending on these small waves velocities (the planets velocities)  

Means- the planets are created for this process to decrease the wave velocity from 300000 km/s to Zero- and The Planet Is A Small Wave Moves By Low Velocity  

Shortly – the solar system has one complete system of velocities, Starting from Zero to 300000 km/s where the planets velocities are the steps between the two velocities – let's prove that here

300000 km = 7.1 x (205.8)^2 where

7.1 is Lorentz length contraction effect for velocity 297000 km/s (99% of speed of light)

205.8 km/s = the 9 planets velocities total (176 km/s) + the Earth moon velocity

(The moon velocity =29.8 km/s = the Earth velocity because they revolve together)

Why does the data use the squared value (205.8)^2?

We know the answer- but - Let's remember it

The planets are geometrical points on the same light beam and move with its motion- for that- the planets velocities rates creates rates of time– for example-  Mercury velocity = 1.6 the Earth velocity- that means – one hour of Mercury clock = 1.6 hours of the Earth clock- Why??

Because Mercury and the Earth are carried by the same one light beam- the light moves one motion and passes one distance in one period of time- by that Mercury and the Earth have to move this same motion and to pass this same distance in this same period of time- but the two planets velocities are different- for that- the planets use different rates of time based on their velocities rates and by that the planets move equal distances in the same period of time –

Now- the velocity (205.8 km/s) move relative to the stationary point (Zero) and creates a rate of time (1 second = 205.8 seconds) –

(one second of the unified wave clock = 205.8 seconds of the stationary point clock)

But – the energy is reflected in the solar system (I prove that in point no.6),

The energy reflection reflects the players – means

(one second of the stationary point clock = 205.8 seconds of the unified wave clock)

The stationary point will be THE SUN – by that

(one second of the sun clock = 205.8 seconds of the unified wave clock) – means

(one second of the sun clock = 205.8 seconds of any planet clock) –

Now during one second of the sun clock, the wave clock needs 205.8 seconds while the wave moves by a velocity 205.8 km/s- means –

During one second of the sun clock, the wave moves 42253 km = 300000 km /7.1

That creates the different velocity 300000 km/s between the sun motion and the wave motion-

The wave (205.8 km/s) moves during 1461 seconds a distance = 300000 km, and we know the Earth cycle (1461 days = 365 +365 +365 +366)

That tells, the speed of light (300000 km/s) is performed by the rate of time and that causes to create the Earth cycle-

Planet velocity is created by the rate of time- means- if no rate of time can be used – No planet velocity can be created – instead- all motions will be only by speed of light (300000 km/s)- the planet can create a small velocity because it can use rate of time

We realize that clearly because

The planets motions depend on the light motion- by that – the motion is done by One Motor only which moves by speed of light (300000 km/s), the planets can only move by speed of light or create a rate of time for their smaller velocities - No more options are provided.

The idea is a simple but it causes a shock – let's summarize it here

The planets are geometrical points found on the same one light beam- that means- these planets move (The Same One Motion)

The solar group is similar to one train and the planets are this train carriages and the light motion is this train engine – simply- they all move ONE MOTION-

Means- the motion is transported from a planet to another and the reflection of energy proves that –

This fact we have to know before to discover the rates of time use- because –

We need to compare the planets motions data to discover the used rates of time

Only the comparison of the motions data can discover the rates of time

The problem is that, the physicist considers each planet motion is independent from the other motions and depend on this planet mass- 

Here we see the major difficulty-

Imagine there are 9 waterwheels are built on one canal,

This idea tells us how (each waterwheel rotation has effect on the others) and by that the group rotations can create One Motion for the canal water

By that, the comparison between the waterwheel can explain each motion features,

On the other side, the physicist considers each planet motion independent and based on its mass only, for that, the comparison is useless for him

Shortly, The observation can NOT discover the rates of time using and we need to compare each planet motion features and data based on a hypothesis tells (the planets motions are unified into One Unified Motion), this is the method to discover the rates of time using, while the physicist considers each planet motion is independent, that creates impossibility for him to discover this fact.

Але що таке молекула і як вчені вивчають її склад? У цій статті ми дослідимо хімічну основу молекул, включаючи їхню структуру, властивості та поведінку. Ми заглибимось у різні методи, які вчені використовують для аналізу та маніпулювання молекулами, від спектроскопії до хроматографії, і пояснимо важливість розуміння молекулярного складу в таких галузях, як медицина, інженерія та матеріалознавство. Що таке атоми та елементи?

Перш ніж ми зможемо зануритися у світ молекул, нам потрібно зрозуміти основи атомів та елементів. Атоми - це фундаментальні будівельні блоки матерії, і вони є найменшими одиницями елемента, які все ще зберігають властивості цього елемента.

Періодична таблиця елементів містить перелік усіх відомих елементів у порядку зростання атомного номера - кількості протонів у ядрі атома. З чого складається атом: просто про складне Атоми складаються з трьох типів частинок: - протонів, - нейтронів та - електронів. Протони - це позитивно заряджені частинки, які містяться в ядрі атома, тоді як нейтрони - це нейтрально заряджені частинки, які також містяться в ядрі. Електрони, які є негативно зарядженими частинками, обертаються навколо ядра в оболонках. Кількість електронів у зовнішній оболонці атома визначає його хімічну поведінку та реакційну здатність.

З чого складається молекула

Тепер, коли ми зрозуміли основи будови атомів та елементів, ми можемо перейти до вивчення питання з чого складається молекула. Молекула утворюється, коли два або більше атомів з'єднуються між собою хімічним зв'язком. Атоми в молекулі можуть належати до одного елемента, як у випадку двохатомних молекул, таких як кисень (O2) і азот (N2), або до різних елементів, як у випадку води (H2O) і вуглекислого газу (CO2). Структура молекули визначається розташуванням її атомів і типами хімічних зв'язків, які утримують їх разом. Існує два основних типи хімічних зв'язків: - ковалентні та - йонні. Ковалентні зв'язки виникають, коли два атоми поділяють одну або кілька пар електронів, тоді як іонні зв'язки виникають, коли один атом віддає електрон іншому атому, утворюючи позитивно заряджений і негативно заряджений іон. Типи хімічних зв'язків Розглянемо докладніше різні типи хімічних зв'язків та їхні властивості. Ковалентні зв'язки та їхні властивості Ковалентний зв'язок може бути полярним або неполярним, залежно від різниці електронегативності між атомами, що беруть участь у ньому. У полярному ковалентному зв'язку атоми мають різну електронегативність, тому електрони розподіляються між ними нерівномірно. Ковалентні зв'язки дуже міцні і вимагають багато енергії, щоб їх розірвати. Міцність ковалентного зв'язку залежить від кількості електронних пар, які поділяються між атомами. Подвійні та потрійні зв'язки міцніші, ніж одинарні, оскільки вони передбачають спільне використання більшої кількості електронних пар. Чому олія не змішується з водою та чому вода випаровується швидше за олію? Йонний зв'язок та його властивості Йонний зв'язок виникає між атомами з великою різницею електронегативності. Один атом віддає електрон іншому атому, створюючи позитивно заряджений йон і негативно заряджений йон. Ці іони притягуються один до одного електростатичними силами, утворюючи йонний зв'язок. Іонні зв'язки слабші за ковалентні і потребують менше енергії для розриву. Вони також краще розчиняються у воді, оскільки полярні молекули води можуть оточувати і відокремлювати іони. Реальне застосування розуміння з чого складається молекула

Вивчення молекул має численні реальні застосування в різних галузях. У медицині розуміння складу молекул має вирішальне значення для розробки нових ліків і методів лікування захворювань. Розуміючи хімічну структуру молекул, вчені можуть створювати ліки, які взаємодіють з певними молекулами в організмі для досягнення бажаного ефекту. В інженерії розуміння складу матеріалів має вирішальне значення для розробки нових технологій і продуктів. Маніпулюючи молекулярною структурою матеріалів, вчені можуть створювати нові матеріали з унікальними властивостями та застосуваннями. У матеріалознавстві розуміння поведінки молекул має вирішальне значення для розробки нових матеріалів зі специфічними властивостями. Наприклад, властивостями пластмас можна маніпулювати, змінюючи молекулярну структуру полімеру.

Кінець 1 курсу, а я така далека від своєї спеціальності. У мене непогано виходить, я стараюсь розуміти і вчити нове, але чим далі, тим більше розумію, що я просто "вмію добре вчитися" і все. Мені насправді не так вже й цікаво. Та й вчити все 7 місяців дистанційно, тобто займатись так званою "самоосвітою" демотивує. Я просто вчусь, бо треба, бо треба гроші, непогану роботу (а чорт її знає насправді наскільки "непогану").

Досить дивно, але таке враження ніби це все лицемірство з мого боку до самої ж себе, до того ж - я про це знаю, і ще краще - я свідомо на це йду.

Може я просто устала, а може давить на голову невизначеність, а може... багато "а може" останнім часом.

Єдине, що можу сказати точно: моя спеціальність насправді не приносить мені почти ніякого задоволення, і в мені впринципі немає інтересу до того, що я вивчаю.

Деньги перекочевали из кошельков в платежные карточки, но это не остановило воров: они, как и раньше, пытаются украсть чужое. Что следует помнить, чтобы им помешать? (укр)

У травні 2019 року киянка Ганна полетіла відпочивати за кордон. Вночі їй на телефон почали надходити повідомлення. Вранці вона виявила, що хтось «зламав» її телефонну картку, увійшов до пошти та акаунтів у соцмережах і почав знімати гроші з банківських ��ахунків.

За ніч жінка втратила 285 тис грн.

У 2018 році статистика збитків вкладників українських банків від незаконних дій з платіжними картками вперше за три роки погіршилася. У 2017 році було 77,6 тис шахрайських спроб, а у 2018 році — 105,5 тис. Динаміка, відверто кажучи, не радує.

Які ж є основні шахрайські схеми щодо карток і як цим схемам протистояти?

Соціальна інженерія

Основний вид шахрайства з платіжними картками ніяк не пов’язаний з новими технологіями або хакерами, а базується на зловживанні людською довірою та чесністю. Такий вид шахрайства називається соціальною інженерією.

Конкретний приклад наводить голова правління Української асоціації фінтех- та інноваційних компаній Ростислав Дюк: «Зловмисники під виглядом співробітників банку або покупців на OLX намагаються дізнатися повні реквізити картки включно з терміном дії та секретним CVV-номером».

Головна порада — нікому не повідомляти дані карток, навіть працівникам банку. Щоб переказати гроші на картку, людині досить знати її номер — 16 цифр. Також не варто довіряти будь-кому одноразові коди, що приходять у вигляді смс в банківському додатку.

Зазвичай шахраї намагаються за допомогою повідомлень або телефонних дзвінків отримати саме цю інформацію.

«Справжні працівники банку не будуть просити вас надати інформацію про вашу картку. Все логічно — вони можуть бачити майже все і без вас», — пояснює експерт Digital Security School 380 Павло Бєлоусов.

Що у такому разі можна робити?

Перший варіант — встановити мінімальний ліміт для інтернет-оплати.

Другий варіант — завести картку для оплати в інтернеті та переказувати на неї необхідну суму перед оплатою. Навіть якщо шахраї дізнаються дані картки, вони не зможуть вкрасти велику суму.

Третій варіант — деякі банки пропонують функцію динамічного секретного CVV-коду. Йдеться про тризначний код, який зазвичай написаний на звороті картки. Після підключення функції код буде змінюватися щогодини. Побачити його можна буде тільки у банківському додатку на смартфоні. Бєлоусов радить користуватися цією функцією. Loading…

Дублікат телефонної картки

Друга шахрайська схема складніша і базується на тому, що банки прив’язують рахунки своїх клієнтів до телефонних номерів. Перші клієнти онлайн-банкінгу наприкінці 1990 років використовували динамічні паролі на флешках. Без такої флешки керувати своїм рахунком було неможливо.

Пізніше Приватбанк почав відправляти паролі клієнтам на телефон у текстовому повідомленні. Згодом ця зручна, але небезпечна з точки зору захисту інформації система стала поширюватися на інші фінансові установи. Також банки часто використовують для верифікації звичайний дзвінок на телефон.

Зараз смартфон є цифровим гаманцем, а іноді — навіть терміналом з приймання карток. Отже, той, хто встановить контроль над телефонним номером, зможе контролювати і банківські рахунки власника цього номера.

Укравши телефон, можна легко отримати доступ до рахунків. Проте коштами можна заволодіти й віддалено, виготовивши дублікат телефонної картки.

«Сім-картку важко скопіювати, адже потрібен фізичний доступ до неї. Проте можна випустити дублікат, чим і займаються шахраї. Трапляється це тоді, коли основна сім-картка буде поза зоною досяжності. Наприклад, коли абонент за кордоном.

У цей період можна подати заяву на випуск нової картки й отримати доступ до онлайн-сервісів», — каже інженер з кібербезпеки компанії Hacken Сергій Харюк.

Найпростіше зробити копію передплаченої сім-картки, про власника якої оператор зв’язку не має даних. Шахрай якимось чином дізнається про останні номери телефонів, на які були зроблені дзвінки з номера жертви.

Він може ініціювати такі дзвінки сам. Наприклад, подзвонити за оголошенням та попросити людину передзвонити пізніше. Шахрай також може «помилково» поповнити рахунок людини, щоб пізніше назвати оператору зв’язку точну дату та суму останнього поповнення номера.

«Усі ці дані шахраї можуть легко дістати. Не варто забувати про кримінальну співпрацю шахраїв з працівниками магазинів стільникового зв’язку, які мають повноваження випускати «загублені» картки», — застерігає Бєлоусов.

Як убезпечити себе від шахрайства

По-перше — захистити банківські рахунки на випадок фізичної втрати телефона: встановити додаткові паролі, заборонити відображення повідомлень на заблокованому екрані, налаштувати віддалений доступ до пристрою та знати, як швидко заблокувати телефонну картку.

По-друге — захиститися на випадок дублювання сім-картки: використовувати непублічний номер для фінансових операцій, перейти на контракт або прив’язати телефонну картку до своїх паспортних даних — це можна зробити без переходу на абонплату. Така послуга доступна у фірмових салонах зв’язку оператора, а також онлайн з використанням електронного цифрового підпису — ЕЦП.

До речі, саме ЕЦП деякі банки використовують для ідентифікації клієнтів онлайн. Це безпечніше, ніж ідентифікація через повідомлення або дзвінки на телефон.

«Цифровий підпис — надійний інструмент. Його потрібно зберігати в недоступному місці, наприклад, на окремій флешці, встановити пароль, не використовувати на підозрілих сайтах. Поводитися з ним як з паспортом», — радить Бєлоусов.

Окрема тема — паролі для онлайн-банкінгу, електронного цифрового підпису, електронної пошти та акаунтів у соцмережах. Паролі повинні бути різні для кожного ресурсу. Вони також мусять бути надійними — довгими та складними.

«Можливе використання якоїсь фрази, але із заміною деяких букв на цифри та з обов’язковим додаванням спеціальних символів. Для більшої надійності також рекомендую увімкнути двофакторну авторизацію», — радить Харюк.

Бєлоусов додає, що не варто використовувати у паролях персональні дані: дати народження, імена, номер автомобіля. Такі паролі простіше зламати.

Чи можуть шахраї зняти гроші з картки безконтактно

За даними НБУ, кількість активних безконтактних карток становить 4,5 млн, тобто кожна восьма платіжна картка в Україні безконтактна. Нею можна розраховуватися на відстані до 10 см від платіжного терміналу без її передавання в руки продавцю.

Шахраї можуть знімати гроші з таких карток за допомогою переносного терміналу, але робити це для них невигідно, каже Бєлоусов.

«Термінал для оплати оформити можна на юридичну особу, а це додаткові витрати. До того ж, сума безконтактної операції без підтвердження не дуже велика», — розповідає він.

Отже, вкрасти гроші безконтактно з картки за допомогою зареєстрованого терміналу — це як вкрасти звичайний гаманець.

Про списання коштів із смартфонів взагалі не йдеться: такі операції мусить ініціювати користувач і водночас підтверджувати їх паролем, відбитком пальця або сканом обличчя.

«Якщо смартфон підтримує підключення банківської карти, використовуйте цю можливість. Оплата смартфоном — найбільш безпечний спосіб», — каже Харюк.

Ще одним запобіжником безпечного використання безконтактного розрахунку є пауза між списанням коштів і фізичним доступом до них зловмисника, додає Бєлоусов. Списані гроші не одразу доступні власнику термінала, тож якщо списання відбулося помилково або злочинним методом, його можна опротестувати через свою платіжну систему. Тоді гроші не дійдуть до шахрая.

Висновок: технічно безконтактні крадіжки можливі, але на практиці це надто складна і неприбуткова схема.

Накладки на банкомат

Це найдавніший і найскладніший метод незаконного заволодіння чужими коштами.

Бєлоусов радить не використовувати картки тільки з магнітною стрічкою, без чіпів, оскільки такі картки простіше скопіювати. Він також радить користуватися банкоматами безпосередньо у відділеннях банків, де складніше потрапити на нелегально встановлений шахраями пристрій з копіювання карток.

«Банкоматами взагалі слід користуватися якомога рідше, тим більше, що розрахуватися карткою зараз можна скрізь», — підсумовує Дюк.

Хто захищає права споживачів фінансових послуг

До останнього часу жоден державний орган не опікувався правами споживачів фінансових послуг. Поліція у випадках складних фінансових злочинів зазвичай не може надати кваліфікованої допомоги.

Час від часу фахівці дискутують про створення служби фінансового омбудсмена, але далі розмов справа не йде.

Деякі юристи почали спеціалізуватися на захисті прав клієнтів банків та страхових компаній, але юристи не працюють безкоштовно — послуги столичного адвоката за супровід справи у суді коштує понад 10 тис грн.

Більш-менш вдало з шахраями на фінансовому ринку боролися самі його учасники — банки та платіжні системи.

Wall Street Journal недавно повідомляв, що для захисту від шахрайства платіжні системи тестують технології штучного інтелекту. Це дозволяє виявляти підозрілі транзакції серед мільярдів операцій у режимі реального часу.

Зрештою 20 вересня 2019 року з’явилася надія, що права споживачів фінансових послуг будуть захищені краще.

У цей день Верховна Рада підтримала закон, який надає право Нацбанку регулювати дії фінансових компаній щодо клієнтів. НБУ вже створив управління захисту прав споживачів фінансових послуг.

Упродовж трьох місяців після ухвалення закону центробанк повинен почати роботу у цьому напрямку. Зокрема, з’явиться «гаряча лінія» для скарг споживачів. Регулятор і раніше приймав такі скарги, але не мав достатньо повноважень, щоб на них реагувати. Тепер він ці повноваження отримав.
