So, for the love of CHUCK, I DON'T CARE ABOUT LIAM AND HIS LITTLE FRIENDS!

The amount of story I've had to skip in 5 & 6 of this rewatch is unbelievable. Why the hell did it turn into being about Liam and his little friends?! LIAM TRIED TO KILL SCOTT. Almost succeeded. And Theo actually did. Liam actually helped Theo do so, because he'd already weakened Scott so much.

I don’t really like Isaac either, but at least he never tried to kill Scott. There are others I like, but I guess it really is true I'm pretty much just watching this for Sciles.

The funniest thing to me about the evolution of my opinion of Theo Raekin is that it changed so many times.

I went into season 5 knowing he was an antagonist and knowing he would have a redemption arc. I also went into it being told by Faye, "You're going to hate him." So here I am, watching season 5a and I keep waiting for the shoe to drop, and it does, he is unmistakably a bad guy, but I don't hate him. The season continues and he keeps saving members of the pack and I can NOT figure him out. The moment comes where Theo gives Donovan the idea to kill Stiles (my favorite btw) and Faye asks me how much I hate him and... I don't. I'm so wrapped up trying to figure out what is genuine and what is manipulation and what the hell his motivation is that I still don't hate him. And I want to! Its would be so much easier for me to hate him but I just don't yet. And finally, its episode 9 of 5a that does it, when Theo tells Scott that Stiles murdered Donovan and that hatred grew and grew through episode 10 and through all of 5b. And I am a roiling pit of hatred and rage and Faye is instantly like "You'll grow to love him." Which there's absolutely no way in hell. And season 6a happens and i hate him a lot less, to the point where its closer to a seething dislike. And then fucking 6b happens and they show him living out of his truck and that shits not even fair.

So by the end of the show, not only did I no longer hate Theo, but I liked him. Fucking BULLSHIT. And I've come to like him even more now after finishing the show because Faye loves him so much and that has rubbed off on me. It's an outrage really.

Pride and Prejudice AUs are the best. I’ve read several Teen Wolf ones. They are all great.

But. They are all Stiles-as-Elizabeth, Derek-as-Darcy. (I’ve yet to find Peter as Darcy and that’s kinda sad, but the one where he was Mrs Bennet was Good. His natural role is of course Lady Catherine)

Consider instead...Derek as Elizabeth. Laura as his gentle kind elder sister that falls for Mr Bingley (who should be Scott. I know it’s a weird pairing, but he’s a great Bingley. No one else can Bingle like he can.) Derek is just. So Tired of all his ridiculous relatives. Cora and either OC sister Hales or bringing in other Teen Wolf characters. And I mean. Derek is GREAT at judging people harshly I think.

(You would have to come up with a reason he couldn’t inherit the entitlement to their house, but I believe in you. And I mean. You have to do the same thing when Stiles is Elizabeth)

Lydia could be Derek’s friend Charlotte. Jackson could be Mr Collins. KATE could be Lady Catherine and Allison could be the niece/daughter that Darcy is supposedly engaged to.

Stiles as Fitzwilliam Darcy and Scott as Mr Bingley. Stiles, rather than being purposefully rude is just...poor at social graces and tired of gold diggers? And well? Yeah, purposefully rude, Stiles IS good at that, but he has reasons!

Scott is just a puppy and so suits Bingley.

Let’s see who else...Heather could be Caroline Bingley. Or Erica, or Erica could be Louise Hurst.

George Wickham is obviously Theo Raekin.

Georgiana Darcy’s sister could be Kira. Cute baby Kira, plus then she and Derek could be friends! I ship that bromance.

Colonel Fitzwilliam...could be the Sheriff (if we say Stiles parents are dead, as they are, this gives John screentime, and cop~military).

The Aunt and Uncle Gardiner to Derek/Elizabeth? Peter Hale and...Melissa McCall maybe? Chris Argent, no relation to Kate Argent (or perhaps he was disinherited for his poor marriage choice)? I kind of like Peter/Chris, and that gives a bit more same sex pairings to this.

The Bennet parents are Talia and Mr Hale, but if you’d like to reverse the characters so Mr is the flighty gold digger and Talia is the sarcastic one, feel free.

Laura as Jane, Derek as Elizabeth, perhaps Boyd as Mary? (Unless he is Mr Hurst, in which case...Mason maybe?) Isaac as Kitty and Cora as Lydia, or the opposite. I guess. Not married to these characters as these roles.

Honestly though I just want Sterek Pride and Prejudice, but with Stiles as Prideful Darcy and Derek as Prejudiced Elizabeth. Someone write this.
