let's look at stupid little details because I'm EXPLODING

I'm gonna be kinda saying the obvious in this ramble but I need to do this. I need to ramble about obvious details. it brings me joy. SHUSH EVERYONE.

soso okayokay a lot of the video has water illustrations because of the spring where they met and also I like to think Seth has always been a big water enthusiast. #1 water fan. /silly but /srs

The beginning also has some graphs/lists up on the wall! I wonder if they represent anything specifically or not fjdjdjsjd

We also get golden snake Sethy sitting on some kind of wooden chair or structure! He's in the same room with the big water test tube and the graphs on the wall.

He's sitting in that same room in his human form! And he's holding a container full of red liquid. I'm probably definitely looking too deep into this, but I like to think he wasn't in Lunaca Labora since that place is underground iirc, and he is instead inside the research institute somewhere, since there is a window in the background, from which flashes of lightning can be seen. (goodness gracious I'm looking too deep into this SYBAU REXA NOBODY CARES)

Closer look at snake Sethy!!! I'm so happy with the attention to detail, the snake's eyes are different, underlining the fact that he's a "repulsive one-eyed snake" HEHEE

I loveloveLOVE the illustration of his human form It's so HRGHRGEGRHRRGRRGG. THE EYE COVERED BY THE RED LIQUID ISN'T AN EYE. IT'S AN EYE HOLE, AN EYE HOLE OF A MASK. THE EYE HOLE OF A MASK WITH A GLOWING SNAKE PUPIL THAT CAN BE SEEN WITHIN. I especially love this, because Seth was a mask before he was a man, and I've seen many people forget it. I'm glad mask Sethy is finally getting some representation HRGHRGGRHRHRHHR

NOW!!!!! I've been holding off on my two main points.

1.

!!!!!!!!!! BIRB APPEARANCE!!!!!! If this isn't a reference to Lichy, I don't know what it could possibly be. It seems Mario supports the SethLich agenda HEHEHDHHEHEHEH

2. THE USE OF THE NEW KIYOTERU VOICE BANK!!! I have a bit of mixed feelings on it, in all honesty! As I've mentioned in other posts, I'd always been a fan of Seth's somewhat unsettling voice with the old voicebank. It was rougher, more robotic, more distorted. In certain covers, like TCGTE, it was even PURPOSEFULLY EMPHASIZED to make it clear that Seth's nature is evil and isn't even human. It always fit him so well... This new voicebank is clear and distinct and clean, but it loses quite a lot of that effect unfortunately. On the other hand!! I kinda for some reason like to think it sounds like a younger version of Seth. And I'm also really glad we get to hear something sung by Seth with this voicebank! I've heard a lot of people, including me, were excited for it XD

ALSO SUPER HAPPY THAT WE FINALLY HAVE A WHOLE COVER SUNG BY SETH ALONE. FINALLYYYYYY
