Estilo : o príncipe esbanja uma elegância impecável, tudo sempre perfeitamente alinhado. sua paleta de cores é composta majoritariamente branco-perolado e dourado. gosta de usar gola alta e amarrações elaboradas nos trajes, calças bem cortadas, detalhes em ouro e botas de couro.

𝐈. 𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐬 ⸺ Aos 18 anos, Vincent foi escolhido pelo deus dos mortos. Além da magia, ganhou também uma perspectiva mais mórbida do mundo. Através dos sonhos, ele consegue acessar outros planos, recebe premonições de morte e consegue fazer contato com aqueles que já partiram deste mundo. Contudo, o poder veio com um preço — uma maldição que todos os hospedeiros de Anúbis carregam consigo. De tempos em templos, ele precisa prestar o papel de Anúbis no submundo, sendo convocado para assumir a responsabilidade de guiar os mortos. O problema é que o submundo, além de perigoso, é corrosivo para os humanos. Descer até lá e ter que guiar os mortos significa nunca ter certeza se será possível conseguir retornar à própria dimensão, e cria uma necessidade obsessiva de se aprimorar nos feitiços de proteção. O histórico entre os hospedeiros anteriores é complicado, com todos os ambiciosos escolhidos por Anúbis indo à loucura ou tendo uma morte estranha, mas geralmente acobertada para diminuir o horror. Afinal, a magia dos deuses é uma dádiva. Khajols não devem ter medo dela só por causa de algumas exceções.

𝐈𝐈. 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 ⸺ Vincent é um retrato perfeito da realeza. Bebeu do veneno da realeza desde o nascimento, moldado pela arrogância daqueles que o criaram. Um príncipe de uma beleza angelical, impecável em tudo que se propõe a fazer. Mas, tal qual o anjo que caiu do céu, há algo de ardiloso nele. 

O príncipe não tem escrúpulos quando o assunto é obter as coisas que deseja. É conhecido por ser ardiloso e obstinado, pois não suporta ficar para trás. É sabido que não é uma boa ideia pisar no calo de Vincent, pois ele se mostra muito determinado a tornar a vida das pessoas um verdadeiro inferno quando quer.

Ele cresceu rodeado de pessoas que o diziam o quanto os meio-feéricos eram uma mancha no reino, e suas opiniões nunca foram muito diferentes. As opiniões de Vincent nunca foram segredo para ninguém, pois ele nunca teve problemas em expor o que pensa a respeito. Nunca quis se misturar com eles. Seus princípios pareciam inabaláveis, até que se apaixonou por um dos seres que tanto costumava desprezar.

𝐈𝐈𝐈. 𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 ⸺ Um khajol não devia ser capaz de montar um dragão, mas Eldritch o escolheu em meio a centenas de outros. Talvez por sentir que havia algo diferente nele, ou quem sabe — e a possibilidade o assusta um pouco — por ter alguma descendência feérica que desconhecia. Vincent não sabe, mas desde então uma coisa ficou clara: seu destino é muito diferente do que ele imaginava.

had it only been his hair,  keeping it would have been a risk he might have weighed.   there were 𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚎 than enough s̳i̳l̳v̳e̳r̳ ̳h̳e̳a̳d̳e̳d̳ ̳b̳a̳s̳t̳a̳r̳d̳s̳ crawling through the seven kingdoms     (  as evidenced by 𝚛𝚑𝚊𝚎𝚗𝚢𝚛𝚊’𝚜 𝚙𝚊𝚌𝚔 𝚘𝚏 𝚖𝚞𝚝𝚝𝚜  ).

hair alone would not mean his demise.   but alongside the patch,  and what he hid beneath it   ‒‒   any gormless beggar could pick out 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭,  even if they’d never seen him.   the jewel that had insisted on his worth was now his noose.   🇦​​emond touched his eyelid,  tore off his glove and touched it,  𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲     (  cool,  curved around the stone’s cut  ),    and 𝖘𝖜𝖆𝖑𝖑𝖔𝖜𝖊𝖉.   it couldn’t be soon.   eventually,  though,  he’d 𝚙𝚛𝚢 𝚒𝚝 𝚏𝚛𝚘𝚖 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚜𝚘𝚌𝚔𝚎𝚝 and tell thea to sell it.   if either of them lived that long.   

as though sensing the cold stare of his sapphire,  elethea cousland roused against him.   🇦​​emond stilled,  waited.   crossed his arm over her,  hand to her elbow,  so that her head had nowhere to go but the crook of his shoulder.   if she could sleep,  she had to.

in the morning,  he might still decide to strangle her for what she’d done.

𝖔𝖓𝖈𝖊,  betraying him would have been treason.   now,  it was just a thing 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐧 that they had to live or die with.   🇦emond realised,  suddenly,  that 𝚑𝚎 𝚑𝚊𝚍 𝚗𝚘 𝚙𝚛𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚎 𝚒𝚗 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚐𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜.   he was spiteful,  and spoilt,  and c̳o̳l̳d̳-̳h̳e̳a̳r̳t̳e̳d̳,  and maybe he deserved to love a liar.   or maybe,  tomorrow,  by light of day,  the pain of it all would 𝚝𝚊𝚔𝚎 𝚑𝚒𝚖 𝚒𝚗 𝚒𝚝𝚜 𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚜 and end them both.   for now,  it was night.

lost in the green,  hungry forest,  𝐚𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐯𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐫,  queen of dragons.   he covered elethea’s ear and recited,  𝚚𝚞𝚒𝚎𝚝𝚕𝚢,  the list of names   ‒‒   almost two centuries of riders,  and he’d been the last.   his was 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖑𝖆𝖘𝖙 𝖛𝖔𝖎𝖈𝖊 she ever heeded.   his were the reigns that 𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚𝙙 round her body when it dropped,  limp,  into the sea.

𝑦𝑒𝑡 ℎ𝑒 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆,  and making little,  petty plans to stay that way.   he had o̳u̳t̳l̳i̳v̳e̳d̳ ̳a̳ ̳g̳o̳d̳.   he had outlived his only friend.   🇦​​emond’s voice snagged on a memory,  stalling.   at least 𝖛𝖍𝖆𝖌𝖆𝖗,  if she was ever capable of it,  did not have 𝚝𝚘 𝚐𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚟𝚎 the loss of another.   Iaena veIaryon,  dead by dragonfire.   a̳e̳m̳o̳n̳d̳ ̳o̳n̳e̳-̳e̳y̳e̳ ̳t̳a̳r̳g̳a̳r̳y̳e̳n̳,  dead by drowning.

love at first sight — let’s be real, only children believe in “love at first sight.” but you’re a hopeless romantic probably sitting around in coffee shops waiting to meet “the one.” and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. infatuation at first sight is more accurate. you are the moment when two people lock eyes, and the whole world stills. nothing is there but you and them. and there is suddenly a strong sense of longing. you love love, don’t deny it. flowers, chocolates, the whole nine yards. because of this you are loved by many. hopefully you know it too: you are loved.

the almost kiss — you’re unsure about things, always hesitating. why is that? maybe there’s something to lose for you, but maybe (just maybe) the risk is worth it. you’re the moment when the main characters lean in, lips parted and almost touching. but it’s not the actual kiss everyone loves, it’s the anticipation. when they look into each other’s eyes before their lids flutter close. and there’s a lot of frustration when things are interrupted. trust me though, you’re a lot more memorable than the actual kiss. you’re nervous, but at the end of the day all you want is to be loved

/oh./ — the italicized oh. often seen in romance novels and fanfics. when a character looks at someone, wondering why their chest tightens when they’re near, why their heart beats quicken at the slightest touches, why they lose their breathe at the sight of them and suddenly realization dawns on them— oh. they’ve been in love for a long time now. you are soft and quiet, probably the most overlooked. though when you love, you fall deeply. i’m sure you have a lot of anxieties when it comes to love, and you’re more inclined to fall in love with a longtime friend than a stranger. though, your love is pure. and maybe if you have someone in mind, this is your sign to tell them.
