posting this here and then on the relevant blogs, but a headcanon i have surrounding the upper moons is the people they turn into demons resemble them to some degree. for instance:

humans converted to demons by doma carry some form of markings on their skin or hair, like daki and gyutaro. most humans converted by doma have "blob" like markings, such as gyutaro - which mimic the markings in doma's hair, but some markings can diverge from the typical, such as daki's.

humans converted by akaza carry bands of some sort on their skin, mimicking akaza's tattoos as a human. if you watch the series, you will see multiple demons that carry akaza-style bands on their skin - this is akaza's way of marking them as converted by him.

and on that topic, from rewatching the series, there's quite a substantial handful of akaza-like demons. my headcanon from this is akaza will usually offer to convert someone to a demon before they die, which the other upper moons do not do nearly as frequently. this is courtesy of akaza, where they will be devoured (provided they're not a woman) if they say no, or converted if they want to survive post-defeat.

FIGHTING STYLE.

Nami knows how to fight dirty.

Much of it was picking up things by way of experience, in that a scrappy human kid has to learn how to survive among fishmen pirates, but occasionally Arlong’s crew would take pity on her and teach her a move (if only so that she wouldn’t screw up getting berri or supplies by getting herself caught.) She learned how to pull hair (it’s why she kept hers short for so long), gouge eyes, punch windpipes, break bones in the most painful ways, etc.

Before she learned how to fight on a grander scale with her climatact, and even before she learned how to fight with a bo staff in general (which was first a hollow pole she found behind a building), she made use of a pocket knife. She likes to think she never used it unless she had to, but there were some days — many days — she had to cut and run. And it was going to be them.

These days, Nami focuses on use of her melee combat and weather skills, but she’s still not above making use of whatever upperhand she can get. She may have a sense of honor, but she’s still a pirate (and a thief, at heart.)

of course, this man's going to empathize with you. although he wouldn't know exactly what it was like to lose a childhood dog, he sure does know what it's like to lose a dog that meant wonders to him. he's going to be there with you while you grieve, and he'll occasionally stop by with a bouquet of your favorite flowers. you would save all of those flowers for as long as you could. because, when the flowers die, they make you think back to your dog. but, you couldn't let him know that.

he's never really had any kind of dogs in his childhood, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't love them. he's going to be there for you whenever you need him. even after a grueling day working in the force, he will stop by just to visit you. "I understand what it's like to lose someone close to you." he softly whispers to you, keeping his voice a low volume while speaking gently. but, somehow, that naturally deep voice of his would always get you distracted from the grief over your childhood friend, your dog.

let's be honest, he's gonna be a bit of a dick about it. he'll make deadpanned jokes at you for crying so much over one little dog. he doesn't understand grieving, or why people do it. how-ever, he will still listen to you when you need someone to cry to. he loves being there for you, but he can't feel sympathy or empathy, so he never knows how to respond to what you have to say.

he'll always visit you in your home/apartment with a bottle of your favorite alcohol. despite being familiar with grief, he never learned how to cope well with it, leading to him using alcohol as a source of relief; to numb himself. when he is there with you, he'll listen to you until he's really too drunk to coherently understand what you were saying. it will always be random times when he leaves, and he'd always leave the rest of the alcohol bottle with you as a "gift".

usually regresses anywhere between 3 and 8. prefers the older ages.

a quiet regressor. he only speaks when necessary, one telltale sign that he's regressed.

this can be frustrating for his caregivers when he's regressed young, because he struggles to communicate what he needs but is needy.

his most frequent caregivers include rester, gevanni, mello, lidner, and sometimes matt. out of them, rester and mello are best at knowing what he needs, rester and gevanni are best at comfort, and lidner and matt are best for when he wants to play.

likes simple snacks like dry cheerios, banana slices, and those little star puffs.

has a paci but doesn't tend to use it unless he's upset.

really tries to be independent, but everyone knows he appreciates company.

doesn't really use nicknames for his cgs, like he doesn't really call them "dada" or anything like that. just their names. he will, however, often drop the "rester" and just call him "commander."

it's difficult for me to figure out who michael would vibe with in a 2 v 8 but for the most part he really would not fuck with anybody, he's just too goddamn antisocial and hostile and does not follow rules, so sometimes the other killer might find themselves doing all the work esp if they're in haddonfield, since michael will just go to his house and dissociate there LOL. he would greatly dislike being with a killer that is loud and talks a lot, would def prefer being with someone stealthy and quiet like him. also if the other killer kills the survivor he was fixated on, michael will lash out on them and probably kill them, even in front of the other survivors, he does not care

+ ( probably one of the most OBVIOUS headcanons/character things of all time, but Peter is such a goofy, fun dad ? He's stern when he needs to be, of course, but there's so much time and energy he spends just making sure that he's there for his kids . To him, seeing them laughing and smiling is just as much a reward as anything else in his life, and he definitely takes so much pride just being able to call himself a dad .

He definitely had more than a few reservations about it at first, as a few universes in the Great Web show . Growing up with an Aunt and Uncle raising him left him some doubts as to whether or not he knew how to be a father . But from the minute he held his first child in his arms ? There was no-one out there who could claim to be as much of a natural at it as Peter Parker .
