良い言葉だと思いますが問題が二つあります。一つは経験で身に付けた実力は俳優個人の物であること。白人男性とひとくくりにしていますが、一人の白人男性が何十年も君臨しているわけではなく、何人もの俳優がそれぞれ個々の実力を持っていた点は無視してはいけないと思います。でないと意図的にマイノリティを選んだところで���の見方をされるだけです。もう一つは実力で比べられる時が来るのはいつなのかという事。それまで実力不足の俳優を我慢して使わなければならないのか。そして多様性を維持する為には少数・弱者を保護・優遇し続ける必要がありますが、その状態で平等に実力を比べていると言えるのか。なかなか難しいですね。
