OH this is such a fun question! when I'm playing hsr in my room I'm usually lying on my stomach in bed hehe >u< so I think when Ajax wants my company, he'll come in and flop on my bed (and on me haha) and look over my shoulder to see what I'm doing. he starts commenting on my gameplay (sometimes he judges my builds oops >u<) and we probably just start talking about the game together. but eventually he'll get more and more touchy •///• playing with my hair, hands rubbing my back or my arms, until I end up getting distracted by him and just give him my full attention >.<

The light was much too bright.

Still, it was too early.

Too early to deal with being awake.

Where…

I reached around, searching. Dammit. Did I just dream it was one of her too-rare visits?

I swear, these separations from her get harder and harder to take each time. I sighed and fell back into the sheets, feeling cold without her there. And lonely. Maybe…maybe she would be available to talk between clients--once I was awake enough to form complete sentences at least.

I had almost dozed again when I sat up in bed--way too fast, making my head spin. Was that? I layed back down. I could have sworn I heard someone in the kitchen. Then I heard it again. Clanking sounds definitely coming from the kitchen. This time I eased myself up more slowly, despite my excitement, making my way to the edge of the bed. I stood and felt my pajama top pull oddly. Oh…huh… somehow it was half undone. My fingers were usually quite dextrous. But in the morning hours they felt thick and clumsy. I realized I had to straighten my pants too, having twisted in my sleep. Memories of the night before brought a soft smile to my lips--my Scarlett’s softness, pressed against me, her legs tangled with mine, her long hair sometimes tickling my cheek… I’m not quite sure how long I stood there, only the coldness of the floor against my bare feet made me aware my mind had zoned out. Where were my slippers?

Zebra slippers finally found and on my feet, I shuffled into the common area of the apartment. I stopped, having just emerged from the hall when I saw her. Scarlett. MY Scarlett. There. In my home. What I desperately wanted to be OUR home. I think my original intent upon coming out of the bedroom had been to go directly to her but… I somehow found myself sitting sideways in my favorite blue chair, resting my head on my hands on the back of the chair…because I had to sit down. Maybe I had stopped breathing when I saw her. I don’t quite know. I just knew I had to sit down.

Her red head popped up from whatever she had been doing. And then she was coming my direction, her long bare legs striding slowly toward me, my fogged brain hearing music in my head and seeing a dance in her step. She was so graceful. Especially when she danced. As if she was made to be in my arms. My one true partner. On the dancefloor and off.

“Morning, Baby,” her lovely voice purred as I felt the press of her lips on the top of my head. I smiled up at her, wanting to bask in her brightness as if she were the sun. Then got distracted, looking down at my hands that suddenly had a warm coffee mug in them, blinking at the apparition perplexed. “You’re a bit more confused than usual, Sweetie,” and I heard her laughter, like windchimes to my ear.

I blinked again, trying to scrape together some semblance of coherence for her. “...well…yes…” I met her gaze, though my vision went double. No matter. I couldn’t complain about seeing twice the beautiful woman before me. “...two weddings this weekend…” I explained. She nodded then sat on the couch, holding her own mug. I hungrily memorized the sight of her. It had been too long, too many weeks. And neither pictures nor memories could quite hold a candle to the real sight of her. Her creamy skin adorned with a constellation of freckles, the softness of her--generous curves of chest and hips that felt even better than they looked, long shapely legs, and her beautiful face and piercing green eyes that seemed to light up for some unfathomable reason when she looked at me. Not that I would ever try to dissuade her from choosing me again. No, I would take my undeserved good fortune and treasure it until the end of time. Because…quite honestly, she was a goddess. A goddess that brought light, acceptance, happiness, healing and…love into my life for the first time in my life.

I suddenly realized that she was looking at me with an amused expression. “Goddess, huh?” her voice teased. I blinked at her. Did I say that aloud? I wracked my brain to come up with something witty to volley back at her. But my mind was simply too slow… I heard her laugh again and I felt my face heat just slightly. “If that is the case, then… Come. Here.” She pointed to the spot just before her. And though I wasn’t sure what game we were playing (or if I could keep up in my current state), I simply nodded and set down my mug before complying. “You’re a mess in the mornings, Pretty Boy,” she teased with obvious affection, and I watched as she undid and refastened my buttons that had somehow been mismatched.

“I know…” I was glad she was in a happy mood, even if it was at my expense. But the last thing I could do was complain as Scarlett’s slender hands led me onto the couch beside her. She guided my head to rest upon her, her arms circling around me. “...you are my entire world, Scarlett My Love…” I murmured before drifting off, feeling warm and loved and…safe… as only she had ever been able to do in my life.

Flea market Furby finds 💖

🖤 $45 Zebra Furby was dirty, but moved and talked

💗 $45 Baby Pink Baby Furby was dirty and didn't work/didn't have batteries

🇺🇸 $? Patriotic Furby was dirty and the box was VERY damaged.

🤍 $65 Leopard Furby was the cleanest and in box. I was able to get it for $60 just because I didn't have enough cash 😅

I took it home and put batteries in it. It moved, but couldn't talk. Then 5 mins later, it didn't work at all 😭 I totally overpaid for it and I knew I was. I was just happy to actually find one in person. Also, it looks like someone cut the butt tag off, which stinks.

MAYBE I'll go back and get the Zebra Furby? They were all over price, but I don't know where else to find them aside from online. I offered $100 for the 3 of them, but the lowest the vendor would go was $130 😭

SMB AU: The Tiger/Zebra Pop Idol Family

And here we have an another family from my Super Mario Bros. AU! My OC’s featured are Fang the Tiger, Karen the Zebra, and their son Claw! 🧡🤎❤️🖤🤍🩷💜 Also I have my updated headcanons for them, but not all characters… so here!

HEADCANONS:

Both Fang the Tiger and Karen the Zebra were taken to the orphanage during their preteen years during the African Wild Dog invasion at the Spirit Animal Kingdom. They both remained there for years after realizing that their parents have been murdered by the African Wild Dogs.

Fang and Karen slowly started getting to know each other and became friends.

Fang was the first to sing for Karen since he was meant to be a pop idol in the future. Karen sees how pure angelic his voice sounds, and she sings for him in return of favor. Karen’s vocalic voice sounded like a beautiful angel too.

Fang and Karen hid their secrets while being around other kids who are taken to the orphanage. Especially being around Sheila, they think of her as a freak. They have been targeting her to make her life miserable more.

Fang and Karen thought Sheila’s family abandoned her— unknowing that she was loved and cared for, and she happens to be the princess of the Spirit Animal Kingdom. On the day they bullied her even worse, Fang and Karen both feared of some creature who stood up for Sheila and they ran away from them.

Fang and Karen didn’t realize that the creature who protected Sheila was King Bowser of the Koopas. They didn’t know at all times…. Including the time they were unseen watching Sheila being cared for by Bowser. Fang and Karen soon believed that they went to far with all the bullying and makeup lies they put her through— especially hearing that Sheila was actually the princess of their kingdom and also loved by her royal family, despite the suffering she’s gone through: the death of her mother, and her separation from her father and family.

Fang and Karen soon started a new life together by thinking of applying for songwriting positions, and did so. The more hard they work during their songwriting on their albums and performances— they secretly got rich and bought an expensive mansion to live.

Fang and Karen went on their date and it was romantic! Fang proposes to Karen after his surprise to her— and a week after they got married, their lives are officially perfect!

Fang and Karen both wanted to meet with Sheila and apologize to her for the torment they have put her through, and they wanted to be friends with her some time, and especially to Bowser later.

After Sheila forgives them, Fang and Karen become best friends with her and Bowser.

Neon pink. I am not a big fan of pink unless it’s a mauve or dusty, but funny story about this shirt: my husband’s family was having a summer party themed as “dress for your decade” so he had an ‘80s outfit and I had this shirt as part of my ‘90s outfit tied at the front with a side ponytail, high-waisted long leopard print biker shorts, and platform multi-colored pastel Velcro strappy sandals. My husband wore a ripped up Guns N’ Roses tee with cut-off jorts, black nail polish, black Chuck Taylor Converse, and a bandana. Well, apparently he either silenced or removed himself from the group chat that had an update saying they canceled the dress-up theme. So we looked like complete weirdos. 😂

2.7) In the infamous Zick Zack music video, Richard is wearing a coat with zebra pattern (fitting nicely to his guitar in the video) and like with the chicken coat, goes without another outfit underneath (a satirical nod to the youth obsession in show business to show off his "pecks"):

I took this ask as an invitation to figuratively dive into Richard's coat closet, and tried to compile every coat he wore in the last 30 years.

And oh boy, this man surely loves a good coat. He's the one member of this band who consecutively wore a coat on almost every tour and really takes a liking in the dramaturgical effect of wearing long (often times dark in color) coats and later reveiling additional outfits underneath, especially in later years. It fits his somewhat dramatic stage presence and he started quite early with these kind of stage outfits!

I subdevided this overview in two sub-topics to give this post somewhat of a structure, because this will be long.

1.) Richard's coats on stage (organized by year and tour)

1.1) Firstly, the plain black coat from the Herzeleid tour which he wore in 1995/1996. It's from what I could find the first time he wore a coat on stage while playing for Rammstein.

1.2) Addtionally, he wore the shiny red and silver coat during the Herzeleid tour as well as partly on the Sehnsucht tour in 1997. Same as the black coat before, he forwent any additional outfit underneath.

1.3) Also on the Sehnsucht tour, Richard wore the somewhat futuristic (reminded me a little bit of Star Treck costumes) black and silver coat which is clearly visible in Live aus Berlin. It suited the whole style of this era quite nicely and fit into the vibe of Till's cyborg/futuristic jacket as well.

1.4) For his outfit during the Reise Reise tour in 2004/2005, Richard settled for a black military-style coat. The button rows seem to be reminiscent of french military uniforms from the 17th and 18th century (as well as the button lines and the embroidery on the collar of the underjacket) and his pants were designed in a similar style. The lining of the coat is bright red, a theme which would occur numerous times over the years.

1.5) During the LIFAD tour, Richard wore a grey-mottled coat made out of a somewhat leathery material, adorned with silver buttons and a red armband - again he incorporated a red element in this coat, just like with the one before. On a sidenote: He once mentioned that Michael Jackson was an inspiration for this armband because Richard liked the cool look of it - his leg-belts (visible in the right picture) also kind of resemble the harness Michael wore on stage and in some videos during his Bad era.

1.6) An absolute personal favourite of mine: The studded coat Richard chose for the 2013 part of the Made in Germany tour, oftentimes paired with the torn black and red top underneath. This one also got red lining, as well as a fine red line near the cuffs of the coat.

1.7) In 2016 for the Festival tour, Richard wore coat in a more cosy and snuggly style, which marked a break in the clean cut coat-aesthetic up to this point. It was more in the style of a cardigan with a zipper instead of buttons. The armband made a reappearance as the signature red element (mirrored by a red band on his pants), and red lines along the seams added this colourful accent.

1.8) For the 2019 tour leg of the Stadium tour, Richard mixed things up by wearing a two piece combo made out of a leathery material, with a studded cap on the right shoulder and red elements in form of the usual arm band and a red folding in the front. The lower part of this outfit was removable, so the upper part remained as a jacket.

1.9) In 2022, he wore an all black coat with a belt and flaps along the shoulders, as well as snap fasteners as buttons; it overall resembled the typical look of a trenchcoat and seemed less rigid then the previous ensemble.

1.10) A true fandom favourite appeared on the scene in 2022 when he presented the infamous chicken coat. This one was already known from the "Freeze my mind" music video (from 2021) from Richard's side project and other band Emigrate. Different than in the music video, where a vest completed the look, Richard again after years went on stage without any outfit under it. This coat was used by him also during this year's tour leg.

1.11) Another personal favourite of mine is the black coat with red lining which he wore during this year's tour. Affectionatly dubbed "the vampire coat", this coat appears to be quite clean cut and simple, but has a very nice and dramatic effect on him (choosing gifs this time to underline this sentiment).

2.) Richard's coats off stage

Here are some of the coats Richard wore off stage during band fotoshoots and outings. Not counting normal jackets or parcas here.

2.1) The fur-lined coat during the Rosenrot fotoshooting:

2.2) The reoccuring black coat with fluffy fur elements, worn by him while being presented with awards in 2005 in Berlin as well as during the Echo award show in 2009:

2.3) He wore another black coat which looked pretty similar to the one before but is still slightly different during a signing in Paris 2004:

2.4) And a brown/beige kind of trenchcoat was his style of choice for the Fashion rock night in 2009:

2.6) And lastly, the fancy embroidered coat Richard chose for promotion pictures for (I think) his first album with his band Emigrate:

Not sure if I was thouroughly enough and found every coat he ever wore, but I think the presented ones here really express his love for this piece of clothing in general 😊 I'm looking forward to either seeing a new coat on Richard next year or a return of his vampire coat 🦇 (Still hoping to see the studded coat someday again).

🤍 , 9th April .. the birthday of Ef Sharmila ,, and Ef Megha .. greetings and the loving wishes of happiness , peace , and safety .. 🕊️💮🌼 ✨ .. and a sad news of passing away .. Ef Vikas Mishra lost his younger brother on April the 4th after a severe battle with illness 😔 .. prayers 🙏🏻🕉️

passings of the near and dear is always a pain that never leaves us .. we pray for the strength to bear this loss Vikas .. 🙏🙏🙏

Back from work and the streets of Daryaganj and the authentic locales that bear witness of the theme of the film .. and the drive to and fro through Lutyens Deli or rather New Delhi among the greenest streets seen in recent times .. neat clean environs, the bushes and plants and flower beds all about on traffic islands .. the traffic paying attention to the signals and stopping respectfully behind zebra lines .. home of the high and mighty that run and rule over the country .. significant memories of the past and the houses we visited then .. the gardens in the finest upkeep and the streets and roads ably marked and painted .. such a joy to see the cleanliness and order .. seats of power all over the World reflect in such .. each power having their own creative instincts and inputs .. but altogether they be in order .. they must , for they are the welcome brands for the foreign dignitary who shall carry an impression .. 

past the midnight hour and the FT with wife to wish her birthday 9th April and to admire the modern technology that allows us the benefit of seeing and hearing in real time .. 

and then to the grind again .. 

... but before that a word of distress .. regarding the ☝🏽 this .. that the Ef with dedication and devotion make .. dedication and devotion , not be undone by one that photoshops the photoshop original, wipes away traces of the author, plants his or her name and claims originality .. this is wrong .. I know the names but for reasons of harmony shall refrain .. but this practice needs to stop .. 

off to work in what can best be described as having no bearing to any kind of traditional or non traditional wearing .. the salwar kameez for comfort of mobility .. the nike ‘s  for speed of movement  .. the bandana for the unkempt hair to be dressed later in the vanity .. the namaskaar to the staff of the Hotel who show the politeness of presence to their visitors .. and so there ..

.. into the drivers seat for the scene against ‘green’ and then into the night on the 3rd floor terrace , lifted by cherry picker crane to save time and climbing stress of three floors of steps .. at 80, and the medical history its physically an adventure so cancel, get the picker and deposit him to the top for the scene ..

its important at times to know what and where we do what we do, in our living earning history ..

pensive at times to think of the loss of opportunity in travel to meet dear ones soon .. but shall give the patience and all shall work out soon ..
