It's been a long two weeks with my Holter Monitor but it's finally off. Now you can see why it's so important to shave yourself off you have to wear one ... I ripped a pile of hair off when removing it. Ouch! There's sure hair there but damn 😵‍💫😵🥴😳 Now I wait for any results. It's more for the doctor than me at this point. A few people have reached out who have worn Holter Monitors or have had heart issues. I'm grateful for them trusting me enough to share. The stories of modern day miracles performed by our doctors are encouraging and reassuring. But there is something concerning, and part of the reason I've been sharing my journey .. so many people hide their health. Physical health, mental health, etc. There is a real fear of ostracization or worse .. penalties from employers. It's a sad comment on current society where people have to suffer in silence.
