It's so interesting how submissive House is to Wilson. In basically every scene where Wilson gives his 2 cents about a case, House without fail (for the most part) follows his opinion. Wilson gives him unsolicited advice and half the time he listens without saying anything, and the other half he argues but ends up listening to him anyway. House starts psychoanalysing Wilson and Wilson does it right back to him and House shuts the fuck up or gives a one line quip back at him (to have the last line) but knows deep down Wilson is right.

For a man of House's stature and how he interacts with Literally Everyone Else, the writers really hammer it into your soul that House only really listens to Wilson and no one else

helping each other remove armor after a long day serving your king, washing off the days sweat and dirt in front of the fireplace, just to finally tumble into the bed you share. you'll both have to be out early in the morning, but hes been working you up on purpose all day; being rougher than necessary during sparring, whispering dirty things in your ear while on guard, rubbing your thigh under the table at dinner. now youre here, holding down large, broad shoulders as you suck and lap at his chest, grinding hard, wet tdicks together. you both know he's stronger than you and could easily overpower you without even thinking too hard about it, but it only makes you harder to know he chooses not to. its not long before you're both finishing, shaking and desperate and dripping all over the sheets and the blankets and each other, groans echoing under high ceilings. you lay over him, exhausted and panting into each others mouths, rubbing gently at his hole as you both drift off

so tonight a group of people i didn’t even know before this 2 month trip held a going-away party for me. several of them spent all day cooking, and tonight we spent hours eating, drinking, and laughing. i did nothing in particular to deserve this; i have offered nothing to any of them except my company and my kindness and a bit of my time. i’ve been very alone for what feels like a very long while. but these last few days— all these beautiful, unexpected connections— have felt like the world giving me a big hug. i am frightened and hurt but love is everywhere, finds me over and over, doesn’t wait for me to become the version of myself i imagine as finally lovable. it meets me at my new friends’ table, with their old family recipes and red wine and stories and laughter.
