Last night i had the craziest dream, i dreamt about a Sonic x Shadow trailer for two dlc looks for classic Sonic and classic shadow (who apparently was in the game). The trailer started with them racing together in city escape with this weird half-way transformations (i also remember a part where they look at each other for a second and then sonic smiles at shadow)

Then the second ones appeared, where for some reason they had metal sonic heads (with shadow's having the color scheme of alpha grim sonic)

(trust me it looked even more cursed in 3d)

Then suddenly there were two actual metal sonics (they're in city escape btw) each one with one of the color schemes shown above and they seem to comunicate before running away from the camera. After they're gone, we can see that all the vehicles (and also a bus stop for some reason) around now are alive, they look like the ones in cars except also with eyes that look like metal sonic's. They all start moving towards the direction the metal sonic's ran to (even the bus stop is sliding towards them)

I am so proud of those shoes I’m gonna be totally honest here. also yes this is a gay fusion they are gay here garnet from SU was an inspiration because i like her concept its cool. (i dont watch the show but i do know shes technically two lesbians in a trench coat. or the culmination of their love given form or something) I took the “their relationship given form” kinda idea and ran with it.

eh, i made it for fun. im going to be honest i mostly just want to show off those badass shoes. I’m so proud of them.

since my internal headcanon plot for Exxie's sunhaven file is pretty much an altered version of my SaTBK au I HAD to make Ferris a file, too. Which finally made me brave enough to attempt to fandomless-ify him Ignore that he looks nothing like this in the game.

So far the BIGGEST change to Ferris specifically for this non-sonic fantasy au is that he's Fae (he hasn't clued in on this). In terms of DnD I've been thinking he'd be a Fae Elderitch knight? so far haven't done research on the class tho lmao

Do certain entities from horror games count as computer viruses to slammer? Like Monika from Dili dojo literature, or anything from IMSCARED

1: I hate the mental image of this, but YES if it's written in any sort of code Slammer can effect it, and best part about games at least in Slammer's case is they don't have their own virus protection so it's easy to slip into their code.

I think Slammer would have a Field day in IMSCARED due to how the game itself interacts with your pc and does strange things, It's one of few times where an actual person would see Slammer and get interacted with by them.

They are more then smart enough to get out of a game before it's deleted too, and thanks to the way their code works now even if you delete and reinstall a game the damage will stay the same, so a whole new copy is needed that's how powerful the virus can become.

It has been stated in the past but once Slammer makes copies of themself, the copies will find their own hosts inside different games, though 3D Games are alot harder so it's likely they'd stick with more simple games at first.

WHICH MEANS AND THIS IS THE MENTAL IMAGE I HATE, IT'S VERY POSSIBLE A COPY OF THE SLAMMER VIRUS COULD BECOME MONIKA AND SLAMMER MONIKA FRIGHTENS ME LMAO.

Slightly unrelated to the question, but anyone has permission to make a slammer variant of whatever game character they want as long as I get to see it, and technically it will be considered canon. Each copy of the virus will have it's own host, but no Slammer would ever take the same character as another Slammer has.

So there would only be ONE Slammer sonic and that's the prime/original slammer, much like any other character a copy of the virus has. There's only one host per character from each game it infects.

Can the slammer virus infect both digital and organic entities in a world?

2: yes and yes, if it's a video game no matter what the entity is, Slammer can infect it however if a character is digital/mechanical in nature Slammer could easily infect them almost instantly.

The reason why Slammer chose Sonic as their host, is because it wanted a challenge, whenever a copy of Slammer enters a game world it becomes like an actual world, so it will start out as a small semi robotic worm just a single one and then find itself a host.

Once it finds a way to get their desired host infected, it will lay eggs in their body and slowly slither it's way into the middle of their brain and control them, keeping the infected host both alive and still completely aware... an infected host is still there still able to feel everything that happens to it's body.

But is unable to stop it, they can see the world around them but have no control of their body trapped in their own minds as their body is used like a puppet.

Each version of Slammer will have a "True Form" a "Disguise" and a "Full power mode" once they reach full power mode and no character is left in the game, the Slammer copy will then leave the game and produce more copies of it self for the cycle to continue.

For your Evil Sonic AU, does Miles ever convince Maurice to join the good side? If yes then how was the integration process?

Honestly..

Miles tried his best. He really did, but Maurice's view on the world would never change and would deny anything Miles had to say. Even Robotnik tried to convince him since he's pretty much a softy in this AU, but Maurice would never join. He always saw the world as a cruel place ever since he was bullied for all of those years, so you could say that he's biased on his perspective of what the world truly is for him. Now, whenever Miles tried to convince Maurice, Maurice would just push him away, denying anything Miles had to say now that he's joined with Knuckles and the rest of the Resistance.
