least favorite character: i mean i guess henry. and not really in a “hes an abusive father throw him away” mentality in more of i think henry was under explored and could have used a lot more of it. cus i mean the relationship between henry and shawn we saw on the show was very much “shawn was being childish when he thought it was wrong henry locked him in the trunk of a car at 10 years old but really henry was just teaching him valuable life skills” and i would MUCH rather it have been acknowledged as an abusive relationship but that they can still grow and change. and obviously they weren’t gonna do that henry’s a cop and the show had to make sure everything the cops did was completely justified but i think it would have been a lot more interesting if they gave more credence into the emotional and physical abuse henry inflicted on shawn but them still being able to grow and heal

dirkjake is a 9/10, obviously. it rocks. they cant ever leave each other theyre destined. 1 point off for being so terribly developed in canon but can you really blame hussie i mean he probably is allergic to real actual demonstrations of romance in his writing. dirkjohn is a 2/10 they would hate each other i cannot see them bonding in any natural way. i think john would think dirk is such a freak and like a more annoying rose. and dirk hates how uncaring john is hes like what the hell? what do you mean you dont care? get up. fight me. you know? theyd have 1 conversation at dave striders birthday and john would come out of it like "huh. weird guy. what a loser lol" and dirk would be like "Fuck. So by the cat was nothing compared to mushroom henry i was meaning more toward the fact that the cow was killed as a punishment for something not worth or ok for it to be killed for at all and the fact that it belonged to tommy, wheareas the cat was killed more to annoy dream and belonged to tommy. it was killed to hurt dream, not to "annoy him". it doesn't matter who it belonged to, c!dream was attached to it and it died, which had an effect on him and also further proved his point about attachments being weakness and caring getting you hurt, and it's still very sad.

you say that it was not ok at all to kill mooshroom henry, but the cat's death wasn't ok either, so i really don't see your point.

again, i disagree it was "nothing compared to" either way. i never meant to compare them in the first place, i was simply talking about the cat and c!dream so i don't see why it is in any way necessary to drag c!tommy and other dead pets into this. /nm

also, it isn't true he didn't mourn it. he is a very reserved person who doesn't show his feelings much, that's true, but the cat death still changed the way he acted afterwards, as well as the attempts he made to prevent it. he didn't "shrug it off", he yelled about it because he was understandably upset.

You mentioned that propganda was used to make dream seem like a tyrant, could you specify a bjt? Cus im a little confused srry /gen. Because the most i can remember from the lmanburg era at least is him being called a b'tch or other similar insults. You also mentioned how trauma responses can be differet which is true! I agree! Do you have any ideas to what caused dream the trauma?

wilbur would continuously make him out to be some sort of oppressive, tyrannical force, in front of his troops - a prime example of this being the lyrics of the l'manberg anthem itself and the l'manberg declaration of independence.

i also said in my previous post what could've possibly caused it, but since the character intentionally hides his emotions from the public, it would be difficult to see how things really affected him - which is why the way his spiral went is the majority of the evidence that would imply it, however it does make sense within the story as well with what i mentioned last time.

I would like to note that for sapnap at least had reason to leave dream. Some examples off the top of my head are dream leading an angry fundy to sapnap's pets on purpose, resulting in some deaths, dream assisting tommy in burning down sapnap's effiel tower where he got engaged to karl, and dream giving tommy either mars or the other fish at the battle of the lake. Idk about george tho other then the whole mexican lmanburg/el rapids thing and decrowning him

c!sapnap was actually at fault for most of this, and it wasn't really ever betrayal on c!dream's part.

c!dream is a mediator and he wants to stop everyone's conflict - c!fundy was angry because of c!sapnap's actions, and hence it made more sense for c!dream to centre him on c!sapnap's animals instead of running around killing everyone's pets (at that time, all c!dream knew was c!sapnap did something really bad and c!fundy wanted beckerson / mars from him, which were also his and c!george's fish).

c!sapnap was an instigator, and in multiple conflicts during the time as well as before he'd align himself against c!dream. he isn't "loyal" per se, he causes chaos and the reason c!dream helped c!tommy was because, c!sapnap, again, killed his pet. the first l'manberg war and then the 16th are signs of the fact that c!dream and c!sapnap were willing to fight together in actual war, but these small conflicts where c!sapnap continuously picked fights weren't about personal loyalty, nor did they seem to affect their relationship at all.

c!george was never really hurt by c!dream either. the dethronement was him very obviously being a guilt-trippy drama queen, but, well, that's just the character. he had stolen the l'mantree while he was supposed to be the diplomatic figure of the greater smp, which is why c!dream was justified in - very politely, may i mention - taking the duties off of him (seeing as he was also trying to keep him safe and c!techno had already assassinated him once).

Im pretty sure i remember cc!sam stating that his character never canonically physically tortured dream during his subathon but take this with a grain of salt as i am looking for the clip currently. So to the best of my knowledge dream did not have a physical contact trigger during tommy's visit which! I rewatched the vod and dream actually was first to hit tommy and i can give you my full writing downs but 10/12 of the phy-

You mentioned tommy stealing dream's armor unprovoked. Do you have the vod or a general idea of the time so i can find it? Like before lmanburg after another event so and so because if you do not have it i can find it but any help is appreciated.

I wanna talk a little on why the Final Control Room was so messed up. For starters, with the way the room was designed. It was small, and had labeled, empty chests with each person's name on them as a mockery. The next reason is that its bascially a kill box.

It's fairly inescapble with the stairs being ones you have to jump up, slowing anyone who climbs them down. The final reason it is messed up is that it is shown to have caused every person who died in it trauma. With tommy there are several examples, the time he saw it with techno, the way he refuses to go near it, the exposure trauma, etc. Fundy also appears to have trauma, as when the Red Banquet executions began, it can be seen as him being afraid of dying last again.

It can Be thought as tubbo having trauma because he buries most of his issues and pretends to be ok. Moreover this event took at least one of each person's canon lives, making it the most canon lives lost EVER in a dream smp event. (This is not hate on any of the ccs btw i loved this scene and its one of my personal favorites). Plus the fact Eret's betrayal just literally happened, giving at least Tommy and Wilbur canonic trust issues.

i wouldn't call the chests mockery? it was a trap. people had traps on the smp before. it was a trap in the middle of war, supposed to end said war by killing them all at once rather than individually which would be a lot more bloody and difficult.

i agree c!tommy and other people might have post-war trauma, especially if they were young during the time, but i think that's because the final control room was "messed up", moreso because the war itself was. it all happened fairly instantly as well? i don't think c!fundy would be able to realize he was the last one standing within the two second before he wasn't.

it "can be thought" and it can be interpreted like that but besides c!tommy there isn't much evidence for them "all" being traumatized by the final control room. of course betrayal would spark trust issues, i understand that.

The probation was humiliating in my opinion because dream was Sending tommy anatgonizing messages through out the whole meeting, plus he had to write a review of his day every single day, which fundy mocked him for.

i mean, it was definitely a strike to his pride, but he was being extremely uncooperative so i don't really blame the other members of new l'manberg trying to teach him to listen for once? of course i know c!dream was riling him up, and that should definitely be considered. i don't think it would be as humiliating if c!tommy didn't make it, is what i'm saying.

for the tommy being toxic to fundy? At least for the examples you gave, to me personally they come acoross as either in a meta way being the cc's bantering or in canon being the characters having banter. If you can send the post with the clips so i can read the tone better that would be cool but if not i will try and find em.

no, these were all in canon. canon isn't only when c!tommy is being nice, it's also when he's being a jerk. /lh

the first one was him threatening c!fundy about kicking him out of l'manberg and undermining his self-worth, and the second one was him trying to get c!sapnap to vote for them via bullying c!fundy.

i found these from a transcript focusing on c!fundy's character, so i don't know exactly where the first one is from, but the second one i am pretty sure is from when the elections were starting with the whole cabinet battle deal and all of that.

there are other instances, and all of them are canon. his personality was never being nice or compassionate, so i'm not really surprised? he still cares about the people he cares about and is very brave, y'know. but this part of his personality is definitely a valid reason for people to dislike him.

Curious anon here one point you may wanna include in the redemption essay is that c!tubbo or c!tommy do not necessarily have to forgive him. What's important is that he recognizes what he did was wrong (exile, beating tommy to death, manipulating them both, etc) and does his best to make amends. Hope this helps! the repeated blowing up of l'manberg (in my mind that's largely a positive since i,, despise that country, but fair enough), revealed c!ranboo as a traitor (they seem to be friends so i also,, think that might've been planned between him and enderboo), sent ghostbur away (i don't think c!dream knew it was dangerous for him and wanted to actually hurt him, but idk), participated in fighting against c!sapnap when he killed people's pets (that's only negative against c!sapnap and didn't seem to hurt him much at all), and then the whole vault scene where he was allegedly planning to steal people's things (though saying he would & being stopped beforehand and doing it are two different things, frankly).

so i still agree with the other anon that a lot of the hurt he did "to the entire server" (he only negatively interacted with like,, a half of them) is exaggerated both by the characters and the fandom, but i guess that's a consequence of most people seeing him as a threat to everyone's happiness rather than a complex personality.

Also he was aware of the butcher army going to kill techno but only got involved because he saw an opportunity to get a favor. (As he knew in advance due to him telling techno to get a totem, watching from afar instead of interveing or manipulating tubbo out of it)

i don't understand this at all, i'm sorry. how do you know he only helped techno in order to get a favor? last i remember he was only doing it to protect and strengthen his alliance, and techno came up with the whole favor thing entirely on his own. you might've not watched techno's perspective or their prior interactions, idk, but this really is a misinterpretation in my eyes. /nm

Dan Watches: Star Wars: Episode I -The Phantom Menace

So.. I got the idea of writing my thoughts up as I go basically as they get to the Gungan city so.. i’ll try and remember my thoughts before that and then I’ll do it kinda live. Under the cut cus long. 

Alright.. So the opening crawl was very.. politics which to be honest as i’ve got older I actually kind of enjoy that side of Star Wars but it doesn’t really add anyhting to the actual film because I think everything thats in it could be picked up by just watching the film. 

I kinda like the battle droids.. weird soft spot for them. I like the big ship ones too and Droidekas i thought were the coolest shit ever when i was a kid and i stand by that. 

I’m not all that bothered by the racial stereotypes because like.. i’m not the races they’re sterotyping but i can see why it’d be problematic.

Jar Jar isn’t as annoying as everyone makes him out to be.. don’t get me wrong.. he’s annoying.. but he’s not cancer. 

Aesthetically the Gungan City is pretty cool, giant underwater bubble city.. i bet there’s cool fan art of it somewhere. 

Alright now we’re live.. The duck things the Gungans ride are weird. 

Do Gungans like JarJar eventually become the giant Green guy? .. I googled apparently they’re just two different races of Gungan despite looking like totally different Aliens.

It’s nice that all races are like “Life debt? Oh yeah thats a legit thing.”

Gungans speak like English or Common or.. i forget the Star Wars term.. Basic? is their second language.. but it isnt. 

Yooo Qui Gon just made JarJar go to sleep using the force.. Why is Force Sleep not a thing in more stuff... gotta keep an eye out for that now. 

Naboo is pretty.

Padme is so extra, she’s in her iconic red dress that’s already extra as fuck and then sees that she’s been captured and is like “Alright.. but first.. wardrobe change!” and then shows up in some black number. I’m not sure if at this point she’s actually Padme or if Padme is pretending to be one of her servants now but either way she had a costume change and nobody questions it so she must be having costume changes all the time. 

When Qui Gon force pushes two battle droids theres a really weird sound effect that sounds like it belongs in a mario game. 

Pretty sure Padme is the handmaid now and this new Queen should take the opportunity to be like “Yoo peace out bitches.” Then we get Keira Knightley’s adventures in Star Wars.

Also who was she before this swaparoo? Was she a handmaid and just suddenly got promoted to queen? Like she could be saying all sorts of shit. I know she gets revealed later on but think of how much she could do whilst Padme is away. 

The first words ever spoken to R2 in Star Wars, chronologically, (although inderectly) are “Hello Boyos”. Just sit with that. 

The first words spoken to him directly are “How rude.” which seems about right tbf with how sassy he is. 

Darth Maul is awesome. 

Keira Knightly or Sabe (I looked it up) is like “Yo actual queen, clean that droid!” i think she just wanted to feel more powerful than the actual queen there, little power trip.

For all those little things in the verse of 'a cold night' that are intriguing to you or others that dont quite fit into the story POV you're trying to shape - would you consider writing little extra pieces inside the universe? Absolutely no pressure either way im just genuinely curious because this whole universe is amazingly interesting and has so much depth beyond the main plot of the fic and even the included subplots

oh, absolutely! i am absolutely desperate to write some magnus pov as so much happens that alec simply doesn’t see … for example, catarina and dot have massive roles in magnus’ side of the story, but we will only see brief flashes of them (cat will appear in chapter 10 properly, but we won’t see her again til nearer the end aND IT’S A DARN SHAME). luke and magnus’ relationship is also really nuanced and steeped in history (as they were vigilante partners during the 80s when nightlock first started out), and obviously alec is completely unaware of this too due to his limited pov and unreliable narration. and of course, i just want so much to write about the little moments that will undoubtedly lead magnus to his realisations that he’s in love with both alec and sentinel. so, i would love to touch on all of that in some side pieces … although i do also have an idea for a sequel if i ever get that far, which i would probably write in magnus pov as it would delve into the reasons why nightlock was inactive as a vigilante in nyc between late 1980s and 1992 in the fic verse (because there’s a very real reason but it won’t get discussed in the main fic, even though it was briefly mentioned in an earlier chapter). 

there’s a lot worth saying about all the characters, even the minor ones tbqh. meliorn, for example, doesn’t ever appear in the fic, but he has a pretty cool role, providing military-grade soviet tech to isabelle and idris, and i do want to explore the post-cold war setting of the fic a bit more. raphael also turns up later, and his story is hinted at during his scenes, but not explained in depth (because, again, he’s central to magnus’ story rather than alec’s). aline and helen are two more who undoubtedly have a story worth telling … especially with jia running in the senate election against imogen herondale and aline being on idris’ super roster! 

the main characters with interesting backgrounds, beyond clary and luke as i’ve discussed today/yesterday, are definitely maia and izzy. maia as veil is obviously very closed-off and distrustful (she is the only character with a brain cell) but she’s also the most powerful of the supers in the fic, which is entirely deliberate. veil’s illusions are very difficult to break free of, and if she wanted to, she could cripple someone with her spells. i very much wanted to have maia be the character with the most dangerous power, even more so than nightlock and any of the bad guys. she’s a very fun character to write as she’s also very blasé about her superheroics, although her sense of justice is keen and very strict … but i love the idea of her just being a super in her jeans and leather jacket and just throwing on a mask last minute (cus i mean, she can just disguise her face with spells if she really wants!). alec will get to see some her vulnerabilities and earn her trust later on, however, so i won’t spoil too much about her!

as for isabelle, she’s got a really poignant background story too: her superpowers are vastly different to her brothers’, which means she’s not suited to field work (which was much to her chagrin when she was younger and jace and alec were out on the streets). her power is intuitive aptitude and indexing - so she can remember anything she’s ever seen or read, which is very useful is reading about things and immediately understanding and applying them - so life as their tech support and weapons master suits her, but she still has that craving about wanting to keep up with her brothers and fight at their side. izzy does have excellent hand-to-hand combat skills, of course, and we will definitely see her save her useless brothers in a later chapter …

The forging of the lock... idk the scene of aelin kinda flying across worlds gave me shivers, and even though I haven’t read acortar or whatever , it’s kinda made me want to read them now, it was so beautifully written

aelin- 10/10 character development, Sarah kinda broke her down and built her back up again, from a cocky arrogant queen (who I adored) to a kind, almost wise still cocky queen

Dorian and manon my little cuties honest to god, their scenes were awesome, manon found her humanity

Sartaq and neseryn was awesome as per usual, but I kinda wanted there to be more interaction between them and the other characters , but then again they were just their so we could get birds eye view of battle and also the dam which was freakin awesome like that was really cool , there was an impending threat that wasn’t maeve or erwan

Rowan didn’t really give aelin more time which kinda pissed me off like yeh , he was wary In a worrying way for the couple of chapters in the boat and caves but still.

It was fenrys that honestly just took my mind away, the communication whilst my main girly was getting tortured by the dickhead. That was really cool the way that was written, 11/10 maas for keeping that going throughout the book dammmn

Chaol and yrene didn’t have that many chapters tbf, and when we saw them it was kinda a couple of pages and that’s it each couple of chapters, like I would have liked to have seen more interaction with other characters

Chaols dad didn’t turn out to be as much of a massive dickkk whooooooooop but still I wanted to meet terrin and his mum. Like how cool would that have been if terrin used his diplomatic skills to make the wild men fight for them, like we could’ve had some more character development from chaol who would have faced the bad aspects of his past with the good ones

Sjm could definitely do another series idk she’s kinda set it up like she could write tonnes more on it , but I’m mmm guessing theirs gonna be some more storytelling aspects to the guide book next year than we thought

i woke up at 10 am today which was Big for me cus i have severe complications with sleep being autistic and having an adhd brain so it was nice to have a little more time in the morning where i got 7 and a half to 8 ish hrs of sleep. but i did just spend those past 2 hours reading/liking ppls reviews for Seed Of Chucky on Letterboxd for no reason and also blocking random ppl who were like, especially mean about it, and i still need to go brush my teeth so i can eat and start the day but. it made me Think. and i wanted to share my Thoughts before they immediately leave my head as they tend to do often

very much not surprising that a large amount of the ppl giving that movie scathing reviews have bios on their profiles that are something along the lines of 'just another cis white guy movie lover' or 'b-movie gorey horror fan' or 'weird movie obsession guy' and like, i think because i am autistic and i've struggled with agoraphobia for a decade and don't experience much socialization outside of the internet in general, especially these days when i have to stay inside my house almost 24/7 for safety, i just kind of assume that even when people are like. saying/writing really mean targeted thoughts about a movie or a show or something i tend to think 'oh, they're just playing up the general dislike of it for comedic effect like i do. they dont *really* have this much burning hate for this movie or its themes im sure'.

but i am wrong!! i am definitely wrong. seed of chucky is a super bonkers, very inappropriate goofy horror movie so i 100% understand that just because its a fav of mine doesnt mean it is to other people or that other people aren't inherently uncomfortable by it or just flat out didnt have fun watching it. thats fine its a movie idc. but seeing a bunch of self proclaimed Boring Cis People saying things like 'i dont know why they tried to do some weird message about gender', 'worst piece of shit i've ever seen', 'don mancini is a hack', 'why did they feel like they had to start some androgynous family drama plot with the [misgendering]'

it bothers me quite a bit actually lol!! i'll be fully honest!! yea its a silly horror movie and im an autistic person who sometimes takes things too seriously but i dont think im taking this too seriously In My Honest Opinion! it makes me feel like dog shit to see those same people praise other purposely trashy/comedic/ over dramatic/ gorey horror flicks that have cishet plots where its all women who are naked, women who are killed, women who are assaulted, over and over and over and the minute a gay man makes an lgbt themed trashy gorey horror movie with other lgbt people FOR other lgbt people its suddenly unnecessary and stupid and disgusting and hard to watch. why? why is seed of chucky disgusting and hard to watch but straight white men jacking off over the corpse of a brutalized woman character in a trashy horror flick from 1972 not disgusting to them, in their own words? i mean i know exactly why but at the very least i wish bigots would be honest and straight forward about how much they hate us and the media we make instead of pretending like theres a valid reason for it. its a silly dumb horror movie and it's also literally the only movie i have personally seen (not the only movie *ever*, just that i've seen before) where my existence as a real human being in the world is not only acknowledged but is actually understood on multiple levels by the person making the movie. chucky and tiffany are bi and also are literally dolls so obviously that isnt my lived life experience as a person with lesbian parents but the director don mancini is gay. lgbt people can see the hints and nods to us that he put in the previous movies. we understand the metaphors he made to try and include us when he wasn't allowed to be direct about it in the earlier movies. seed of chucky is legitimately pretty respectful about nonbinary people (and nonbinary kids!! you are never too young to be lgbt and again this is presented that way because a gay person wrote it!!! hello!!!) AND the whole plot basically revolves around the concept of donor dads aka sperm donors, specifically donor dads that are not anonymous. that's my story! that's literally my real actual life story. i, a real living nonbinary gay person, was born in 1997 to lesbian parents who could not biologically have a kid together and my donor father was not anonymous to anyone involved. not only have i never seen another movie even acknowledge that there are people born into the world like this but in my own personal life i have never met another person born via a donor dad who actually knew who their dad was and i cannot relate to 99% of the media, content or stories of other non anonymous donor born people because of that. nobody talks about it! when anyone does try to talk about it its immediately shut down as disgusting and immoral IF people we are trying to educate even decide that to acknowledge us as being real and existing in the first place.

I’m at a total loss here. This post may be a bit messy. I’m not a religious person AT ALL! I do believe in Gods but not a God if that makes any sense. I pray to no one, I worship no one, I believe in “nothing” because I’ve never seen, or felt the truth. My daughter Havein died about 10 years ago. She was 6 & 1/2 months old. SIDS took her from me like a thief in the night. No warning, just stole her life in the matter of minutes! I have battled with “God” (more specifically the Christian/Catholic God) over the years asking why? Asking what I done wrong? Asking why her and not me? Asking if I can trade places with her? Asking if I can sacrifice someone else to just bring her back? Well obviously I never got an answer to any of these questions.

I’ve spent YEARS researching “what happens to a baby’s soul when they die” only to get the same ole same ole...”all babies go to heaven, all babies are safe, all babies are at peace” but when I looked further into these religions specifically the Old Testament, it states that non baptized babies go to the “limbo” a middle place (from my understanding) and they’re not at peace, but they’re lonely... I also learned that in 2017 the pope changed that, saying that babies don’t go to the limbo and are automatically brought to God in the kingdom of heaven. Here’s a quick question...how in the hell can the pope change anything about a religion that was brought about WAY before him? How can he know that for sure? again this information is just what I’ve researched and came up with on my own, so some of the things like the limbo, I may not have a full understanding about so if you know anymore information about it PLEASE SHARE!

My third pregnancy was supposed to be my last. I was scheduled to get my tubes tied March 10th 2010 about 6 months after having my daughter c-section. It wasnt done at the time of her c section because it was an emergency c section and I almost died. Well on March 5th 2010 I woke up to the worst day of my life. My daughter was dead. March 10th came around and my mom talked me into going to this appointment and before a tubal they give you a pregnancy test. Boom I was pregnant. No surgery that day they just took blood work to confirm my pregnancy and sent me home. 2 weeks later I got a call confirming the pregnancy. A few months later I found out I was having another boy. I was still grieving the loss of my daughter and questioning why “God” would take a child from me but leave me with 2 plus give me another? It didn’t make sense, still don’t make sense. Maybe I’m cursed I’m not meant to raise girls. My sister has 2 daughters and my brother has one. They each have a son. Babies don’t die in our family. Mine was the first. Anyway I got a dog about 4 years ago her name was Lucy. She was my baby girl. I love/d her so much. She was a healthy dog. She got ran over on 9/29/20 I cried over her while petting her in the road as she took her last breath. That was the second worst day of my life. Idk why but feelings I felt the day I lost my daughter came back. My heart hurt so much. I started thinking of that curse again. Asking questions like is it my fault my dog died? Was I not supposed to get a female baby of any kind?

I’ve never performed a spell before not even little spells as I don’t fully understand magic and how things come back to you 3,5 or 10 fold. So I’ve never messed with it just admired it from afar. I have seen tons of supernatural movies where they bring people back from the dead. & learned it was necromancy. I looked into necromancy and kinda think the shit is real TO A POINT! I don’t think just anyone can do necromancy I believe it is a learned craft that takes years to master and even then how far can you really go with necromancy? I understand a bit more about necromancy than I understand about magic itself. I know that there is history rooted in the Bible about necromancy. Let me just say that I’m not trying to bring my daughter back from the dead (if I could I would and no one could change my mind) I had her cremated and brought her home if that matters here. If that’s the case, I’ll take it but I deeply feel that every mom would live her whole life NEEDING to know, begging to know. I’ve spoken to a medium but don’t know how I feel about it cus I didn’t FEEL anything from it. I didn’t FEEL her. Idk guys, maybe it’s me trying so hard or looking for something but I just need to know. I’ve thought about going to other more famous mediums but my money is always funny and I can’t justify paying so much money for an answer I’m not sure will be true or paying someone that I don’t know FOR SURE if they can reach my baby. I don’t doubt the powers they posses so please don’t take me not wanting to pay as being rude. I’d pay with everything I own and have access to if I knew the person was legit and could in some way prove to me they reached my baby and got a definite answer. I could looking into summoning? Here is the situation: My son is seven and severely autistic. He lives with his mom (we are divorced). As part of our agreement, I take care of his health insurance and medical bills, co-pays and things related to his medical care. I pay for insurance for him thru my employer, around $280 a month, just for him. However, although it is pretty good for office visits, it is really bad for hospital. Because he is autistic, he has to be knocked out for some procedures that he wouldn't normally be knocked out for. Recently he incurred a $9000 bill, which the insurance company wont pay because he already maxed out his hospital indemnity for the year. I feel that the time has come to provide him with some sort of hospital indemnity, but I can't find any that I can actually afford. While shopping for car insurance, I usually use a fake name/address with all my real information (DOB, driving record, etc) just so I don't get a bunch of annoying calls/emails from every company I get a quote from. The fake email address I always use got an email the other day, which basically said that when they ran a credit check they consumer reporting agency couldn't provide a full credit history (not surprising seeing as they were checking on a name that doesn't exist). the absolute worst part about my depression is that it literally just comes and goes whenever it wants. obviously theres things that help trigger it, a song a picture of my ex friends snapchats, any object that i can play connect the dots with back to a single thought that can disrupt my entire mental.

and it hit me tonight and it hit me hard and tonight I'm trying not to run away from it. I'm not going to go smoke cigarettes and listen to music until 5 am I'm trying to just type what is going on instead of like holding it into my head. or type something at least. the thing about it is that whenever it hits me, i always find a way to make it so much worse.... like i see just the right combination of words or objects to sink me or look at pictures of emma and even though i know its hurting me i continue to do it anyway....maybe its because in that moment I'm actually feeling something, she is making me feel something just like she use to in the past. i really valued that until i became too grey and numb and hopeless.

i used “ex” up there and  makes me feel really uneasy i haven't used it very much at all mainly because i have to explain myself to anyone here and I've only told a few people what is going on with me. That was good thought because i have a friend named hank who went through some shit too so he kind of connects with me but still not a person i would talk to about shit...i don't really have anyone for that so i don't really know... sometimes i type it all and erase it, sometimes i make songs, sometimes i say it out laid sometimes i just cry.

i started taking prozac 3 days ago this will be the fourth, so hopefully that'll help  me. Im still underweight as fuck but oddly I'm comfortable with it bc i like the way my shirts feel and clothes fit, unfortunately i need to gain like 20 pounds if i want to exist on this soccer team which is kinda mad. I was going to suggest leaving wake because i don't really even care to play soccer rn. and i realized a while back that all i needed was in ohio... like i had the best friends the girl of my dreams and i could've had a 1st year internship paying between 40-70k at some health company under my step dad... its kinda shitty because its something i wanted to tell everyone and i would always think about how disappointed my dad would be and how supportive my mom would be but something told me not do make moves with any of it. its like the universe knew i was going to go through some shit. like it knew i was gonna get low and the perfect image of life i had in my head up. like bitch u thought you'd plant roots,,,nahhhhhhtttt

i fucking hated listening to cole until like 2 weeks ago. it was so annoying listening to cole bc of hani playing it literally all the time. when things like that get annoying they because white noise to me. but recently i went through his 3 most recent projects and actually listened heavily to the words and that shit is crazy.

i also have been paying a lot of attention to jay z and beyonce. i guess jay z had an affair or some shit and ten he and “once” went back and forth on songs about it... but i read this quote by him where he was like “our relationship was built on top of lies, and i had to tear it down and build it back up again and it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.” thats the kind of shit that gives me hope in the world of relationships. I've accepted that its probably false hope but ill hold onto anything the keeps me going at this point...

my suicidal thoughts haven't been present the last few days but i never know if and when those will come back. to be truthful I've been stacking up on things in my camera roll that give me up for when I'm feeling low.

the light hearted feeling has subsided, i just realized it. i kinda of ignore all grammatical practices when i write freely. i just go with my own language because i feel like its more personal ya know. someone i know annotates her own letters that she use to write me and i always loved that shit because i have so many side thoughts when i write as well.

luke christophers album finally came out and what do you know 5 of the songs had already been released and some like a year ago so its barely anything knew but it still has new music and bangers so i do appreciate the legend himself. after seeing his hair blonde on the cover idk if I'm going to keep growing my hair black or re-dye it. maybe ill keep it blonde until i feel like I'm above 80% better or something  right now i feel about -7% (if i could annotate that line id tell you that i originally wrote -7 person instead of percent then i autocorrected person then backspaced it to a symbol) 

the last few days I've felt really weak though and I've been sleeping a lot like two days ago i got like 11 hours and yesterday i got like 10 and I've been taking naps during the day. but I've constantly felt like I've had low blood sugar or that I've been dehydrated or something. i can't even make a fist and squeeze that hard.

its crazy because when i type anything about myself ever i just start tearing up for no reason...happy thoughts sad thoughts dark thoughts i could be writing about my microwave and be tearing up. and i do it a lot with emma or my best friends or my ex and ex best friends idk what anyone is to me anymore. been too focussed on trying to survive, which i feel is the correct selfish thing to do for once.

its crazy that i will leave my phone in my room from 7:30 am to 7-8 at night and the only notification that ill get is “your phone hasn't been backed up in 57 weeks” or some shit like that. occasionally ill receive a random text from someone but its funny because sometimes on the inside ill be screaming like “PLEASE SOMEONE TALK TO ME” and then it happens and its like nah.. i thought i sent out an amber alert but really I'm sending out a batman bat symbol. i thought i needed anyone to talk to, but in reality i just need one singular person to talk to. that was my mistake, will always be my mistake but at least i recognize it now...just a little late there big guy.

having so much time to myself probably too much time to myself is really interesting...if you've ever thought that you've done real reflection, submerge yourself in complete loneliness and isolation and try again because its so much deeper. you think about everything. every individual relationship, every right every wrong multiple perspectives. you think about all of your problems and the root to your problems.  all of your mistakes why u caused these mistakes or what caused these mistakes. its actually really shitty because the bad will always stick out more than the good because the good is what is suppose to happen and the bad is the variable...variables get more attention than the constants i feel. deep down i don't think I'm a shitty human being.. even though i might think that a lot or hate myself...ik I'm only human and i can't be perfect and as much as id love for everyone to love me and me to not hurt anyone its more than likely unrealistic and it'll happen to me and already has happened to me and now i understand that and i will be more forgiving as i go on in life, the same forgiveness id want people to give me.

i use to think that everything had to work in reciprocality like for some reason i always thought everything should be equal all of the time..but i was extremely wrong, some people need more some people need less some people expect things and if they mean anything to you, the extra effort should hinder you or disrupt you...every human has a different way of looking at relationships and when those ways collide and don't add up it creates problem. I'm not saying people should give up in what they believe in but people should be less harsh about it... i know people who should be less harsh on me and i know people that i will be less harsh on and who i would be less harsh on if i could go back in time.

i tried to think about why I'm so afraid of butterflies and i can't really think of what happened along the way that got me here but i think the very root is the movie “butterfly effect” I'm also pretty sure they are remaking that movie into a 2018 version and ill probably go scare the fuck out of myself while seeing it.

usually id think something so symmetrical was beautiful seeing has my old tendencies make me love symmetrically and i do things in that way like when i touch my feet to surfaces and shit bc i feel all neat and organized but i don't like that every butterfly ever is symmetrical as fuck...like show why what the hell. and i want to watch a video on it but i don't want to go into shock or some shit.

and they have wings that flap which is what i hate about bugs in general.

to be fair though i do like butterflies that have bright blue or white wings cus i use to see those a lot as a kid when my backyard was a golf course. but my vision of a butterfly with like brown wings and black borders gahhhh fuck that....id weather let a centipede crawl on me from head to toe than a butterfly land on me to put in in perspective.
