saying that dany "burned a slave alive" is a statement that is factually true and yet incorrect not only because it takes away from the context of the situation but also the identity of who and what mirri was to dany, because... there's a whole group of people in asoiaf who commit atrocities against slaves because they're slaves and thus subhuman to them. daenerys burned mirri because she was the murderer of her child and that's it. because that's something mirri as much as admits to as well as goads dany into believing was the right thing because of the stallion prophecy. but when there actually are atrocities being committed against slaves and someone (dany) decides to act against the people responsible, suddenly it's an evil and dangerous and insane act. because it can't possibly be right that all the slavers were wrong. because it just so happens that a targaryen was on the other side of the equation. because it just so happens that THE targaryen was on the other side of the equation. you know, the one that this fandom loves to hate just because.

Thank you so so much. I simply didn't want to leave without saying something. We didn't want to leave without saying something because we've had such wonderful time here and we wanted to thank a few people. First of all, we want to thank VBW because we are so happy and so grateful that we got to be a part of this experience. Thank you to all the people who work here, in front of, behind, next to, beneath and above the stage, you are all great! We also want to thank the fantastic VBW orchestra. We don't see each other that much. I can see only a few faces in front of me, but I can't see you guys down here at all and I simply want to - we simply want to tell you that it was such a huge pleasure being carried by such a fantastic orchestra every night, thank you so so so much. Now, I hope I'm able to say this without getting emotional but look at this. These people are so fantastic. This is such a lovely cast, full of support, talent and so many unbelievably great moments. I have always loved - we have always loved playing this show with you guys. When you play in a show for a year these people become like your family because you work together so closely and that's what this feels like. We simply won't forget you, we'll stay in touch, thank you so much for the fantastic time and yeah... we love you! And last but certainly not least... you. It is simply unbelievable... The people who saw this show for the first time tonight probably experienced something very special but every show is incredibly special. The way you celebrated and supported us, the way you loved this show, it's all so fantastic and we have enjoyed it tremendously every single evening and we will never ever ever forget it, thank you so much! And now, something personal... It was my first time doing a show here in Vienna and I was very excited and curious to see what it would be like and I can only say: Thank you very much, it was an honor performing for you. Thank you!
