Many years ago, there were Tumblr blogs dedicated to uploading different kinds of music. One of them, collegerockyears, uploaded this mix which I’ve never found again on the internet until I came across an old hard drive where I had it downloaded, lol. It might be from around 2011. It’s crazy how we stopped downloading things and switched entirely to streaming platforms.

La sensación de querer regarme en palabras me ha atormentado durante un larguísimo tiempo.

No sé como volver a escribir y lo añoro enormemente.

¿Qué puedo hacer? Si aquellas últimas personas a quienes dediqué mis letras y mi alma en desborde de pasión, terminaron siendo devoradas por mis propios pensamientos.

Si aquellos textos que tanto añoré escribir y dediqué cada latido hasta que dejé ir para no consumirme más que las velas que me daban la luz para contemplarlos; fueron tan insignificantes como las estrellas que se esconden tras una atmósfera que refleja la luz que nosotros mismo producimos para ignorar la noche.

Añoro escribir, pero cada que acerco mi mano de manera torpe al papel que tantas noches de antaño acaricié... Las palabras solo me dejan.

Plasmo aquí mis lastimosos intentos de regresar a mi misma.

No me son suficiente.

¿Cómo volver a vivir dentro de mi cabeza después de experimentar el cálido y tortuoso placer de ser la musa dentro de la de alguien más?

Regresa a mi. Yo, la que vivo en tu cuero desamoblado y empolvado, te extraño.
