i had the same thing happen last year where my favorite was never what got the most notes lol but it just goes to show that so much depends on how active and large the fandom is and not the quality or creativity of the work. i also find it harder to pick favorites that are gifsets, because they tend to not have nearly as much go into them as gfx do. so i really only chose them if they do have a creative element (like the powerpuff and reductress sets), i really liked the cohesion/coloring/contents, and/or if i didn't really have other options for that month.

i actually hoped YOUNI-BIRTH was the titletrack because i have more to say about that lol. i like the pre-chorus but something about the chorus makes me like it a little bit less. they do have a very satisfying rap which i very much appreciate. instrumentals are nice but i think somehow the chorus sounds a little bland? which is weird because it’s a pretty full chorus, so maybe it’s just not what i hoped for the chorus.

EVERYBODY (feat. DJ Juice) review:

the entire song is pretty good, but the once again doesn’t satisfy me considering how the rest of the song sounds💔 also i hate the dance break (i think that is what it is) but i always hate dance breaks so that’s whatever. but besides it genuinely is a fine song, it’s funky and i like that
