ID: a screenshot from a fitness device that tracks heart beat. The results show that over the last six months heart rate has ranged from 40bpm to 180. Further analysis estimates the resting heart rate to range from 67-78bpm with a walking average of 104-131bpm. Work out is estimated to range between 66-180bpm with a sleep average of 40-152bpm.

I failed the shitty tilt table test—that was only performed once—by the skin of my teeth (diagnosis requires heart rate variability of 30 beats during a tilt table test, my heart rate went up by 29 🫠) but, y’know. Clearly I just need to exercise more, eat right, etc

Also that 153bpm during sleep is what a POTS episode/migraine attack looks like when I’m asleep. Fun times. Also that 180bpm from “working out” is what happens when I have to use the stairs to do laundry lmao.

I had a difficult challenge yesterday,you can hear my heart beating 130bpm-180bpm in 10 minutes,its feel so good

But it's not enough,i control my heart in 190-205bpm In the next 20 minutes

have some noise,because my heart is too fast~

today i was at the zoo, and was reminded of the fact that no matter how well kept the place is or how much the zoo emphasizes respect for the animals, the public is full of shrieking hooligans who feel entitled to harass animals for entertainment. i was also reminded that of all the things that make me angry on this earth, i can keep my patience for almost anything except disrespect towards animals.

that is, i scolded some people who were yelling and clapping to get the attention of some meerkats, and told off a mom to keep her kids under control and leave the peacocks tf alone. and i felt my heart rate spike up to 180bpm both times.

I tend to repeat songs when I need to really concentrate, and today it's Achilles Come Down, which at 180bpm lines perfectly with my clock. It's both comforting and ominous.

🎶Some Music Theory thoughts on Mizu5’s song “Bake no Hana”🎶:

1. The tempo is 180bpm and the beginning is meant to make you feel like you’re running from something. The music style is very similar to the way movie composers write chase scenes in serious films like Mission Impossible or horror movies.

2. The key for the first verse, I’m 99% sure, is C# Harmonic Minor. Any C# key is harsh to begin with but harmonic minor keys are a bit jarring. They follow a normal minor scale pattern until the 7th note which is lowered a half step. This makes the jump between the last 2 notes much larger and more unsteady.

This is C# Harmonic Minor, the one used for a majority of the song:

B becoming B# dramatically changes the way the song sounds and works musically.

3. Speaking of keys, It changes keys OFTEN which makes you feel uneasy and unbalanced. You can’t predict where the notes are leading because it doesn’t follow a typical scale pattern in the melody or a typical modulation pattern when it changes keys. Chords will usually all follow a pattern when moving to a different key which makes it predictable. That’s completely thrown out the window in this song.

Usually when a modulation happens you go to a complimentary key. For example, if a song is in C Major, a key it will probably modulate to is F Major or A Minor.

In this song, we modulate from C# Harmonic Minor to B Harmonic Minor (I THINK there’s only 3 notes in that part so it’s hard to tell) which is not a key C# Harmonic usually modulates to.

4. The rhythm is very syncopated, which means not on the beat. That also creates a sense of unease. To add to that, the “it’s off” part of the lyrics that is the most syncopated also has an uneasy note combination. The notes are minor 2nds. Think of the Jaws theme, that melody is all minor 2nds. (If you have a piano or piano app play any 2 notes next to each other. Usually it’ll be a black and a white key. If you choose to start on E or B it’s 2 white keys. And there you have it you just played Jaws)

I haven’t gone and done a FULL analysis of the song, this is just from what I’m hearing. I might do a full analysis of this if this gains enough traction.

Anyways hope y’all are doing ok because, at least for me, Mizu5 was more heartbreaking and intense than I thought it was gonna be 🥲

Corlanor (new heart med) is helping me a lot!!! At work yesterday my heart only got up to 99bpm (it used to be 160-180bpm) and I never got sick!!!!!

-Drum major !!!

-he was like an overbearing parent to Soda and Pony during band camp(constantly checking if they had enough water breaks, ate enough each meal, etc)

-played the baritone in concert band and during his freshman year in marching band

-amazing at marching not so much marching and playing at the same time

-he didnt have enough time to practice at home so he only played during band and so his playing was mediocre

-drum major from sophomore to senior year

-he didnt mind the uniforms, he liked the normal uniforms better than drum major uniforms though

-HATED dally during marching band season. only during marching band season though

-director(s) loved him because the band actually listened to him

-got really upset when he graduated but the entire band said they were gonna miss him + the rest of the seniors so that makes it a bit better

-Most hated section: Percussion(Dally annoys him during MB season)

Two-bit

-Piccolo player.

-He thinks it sounds like a dog whistle and likes annoying Dally with it(he gets hit on the head with drum sticks)

-good at playing, bad at marching

-he has overall poor coordination from drinking so often

-his coverdowns suck

-god forbid he's backwards marching

-directors got onto him a lot about it he just couldnt fix his marching, he just sucked

-love/hate relationship w/ his section

-flutes n piccs gotta lot of drama overall, he just tried to ignore it

-(he started most of it)

-he's showed up drunk to a football game and he nearly got kicked out

-^darry had to talk the director out of kicking him out of the band

-Clarinet!!

-Takes marching band VERY seriously

-good distraction for him

-out of the house a lot because of practice

-soda was his marching band brother basically

-stayed as close as possible to dally during warm-up blocks

-liked talking about his music and drill to pony whenever practice ended

-dally told him he did good after a show once and hes never forgotten it

-really quiet during practice

-like pony, fighting for his life trying to get air he doesnt have during practice

-usually ends up talking to pony in the lot after football games

-doesnt really like wearing the uniforms but he thinks they look fine

-type of person to cry at championships

-Most hated section: Trumpets(No hate to Pony, but theres too many.)

Dally

-Percussion - bass drum

-he used to be a snare but he broke 2 of them and the directors gave up

-really irresponsible when it comes to memorizing his music

-he remembers half of the show and just wings it for the rest

-comes up behind people and hits them in the head with drum sticks

-he doesnt even know why hes in band

-he complains about practice every day(who doesnt tbh)

-suffering at band camp

-pale bitch burned so badly its not even funny

-worst mischief during band camp and football games

-annoying the fuck out of darry during water breaks

-Sylvia is in colorguard so its really awkward whenever they see each other

-actually decent at marching

-he just doesnt take it seriously

-he has to tie his hair up to put on his hat and twobit makes fun of him for having a 'man bun'

-he touched the feathers of a plume with his hands once and darry yelled at him
