Jesus Christ Superstar is such a good musical why did I not watch it sooner??? Drew Sarich as Judas… wow.

The 73 movie is great! I think the most popular adaptation is the 2000 movie and they have wildly different aesthetics but they're both quite faithful to the intended storytelling. I have a google doc with quite a lot of links as well if you're interested in checking out more productions, but in short I would recommend the 2005 Amstetten production out of all the stage productions.

I've never watched or listened to Jesus Christ Superstar, but I want to for Reasons

is the 1973 movie a good adaptation or should I just try to find a recording of the stage production? or watch both idk?

So… I'm working on a funny (or hopefully entertaining) Jesus Christ Superstar video*, and for that I've been trying to transcribe the unique lyrics of this performance, but I'm struggling with it. So, if anyone has the lyrics or would like to help, it would've be greatly appreciated.
