From Peng Ming’s Death to See the Tip of the Iceberg of the CCP’s Oversea Agents/Intelligence System and of the Cyber Warfare

(This research is based on public information only)

The reason that Mr. Peng Ming, aka 彭明, the prominent Chinese Democracy activist, was targeted by the CCP to hunt him back to China” may be this: when he was in exile in California, the US, he established a committee to unite anti-communist forces abroad and to end the CCP’s ruling. On May 22, 2004, when he traveled to Myanmar, he was, according to his defense, kidnapped by Chinese agents and Burmese soldiers and then taken back to China until November 29, 2016, he died in prison. When he was arrested, he was apparently ambushed: there were 8 guns pointed at him.

Another clue to the likely Fox-Hunt operation is RFA’s report, “Peng was tricked into going to Myanmar by Chinese agents” and “he was lured by eight secret Chinese police to the border of Burma and Thailand where he was kidnapped” 2. For those who don’t understand why it must be the border of Thailand and Burma, Peng’s travel destination is Thailand but Burma is referred to as the CCP’s back-yard where the CCP can do pretty much everything they want just like in the CCP’s jurisdiction.

It’s been said that the CCP has been placing agents around the prominent Chinese democracy activists abroad to monitor, sabotage or compromise their activities and maintain the stability of the CCP’s power. When Peng Ming was ambushed, he was with his most-trusted assistant called “Chang Chun”, aka ”常春” or “曾长春”, and a mysterious female friend called Zhong Ping, aka 钟萍 4. While the arrest of Peng Ming made the headlines, the assistant Chang Chun disappeared from the public eye. As for the female friend Zhong Ping, she was released after a short detention.

One year after the death of Peng Ming, at the end of 2017, there were two Twitter accounts created， namely @qiboying and @xiaoyunduo123. It’s alleged that the two accounts are linked to the names called “齐伯英/Qi BoYing” or “罗康杰/Luo KangJie” but under the same person’s control. Who is it? In a message sent by @qiboying to @jiurou8964 and released by the latter says tha he, 齐伯英(@qiboying), was the one took Peng Meng out of the jail. Based on Peng Ming’s biography, it was referring Peng’s 1st arrest and release in 2000 when Chang Chun was his assistant. The message also attached a photo showing Peng Ming with a man believed to be Chang Chun, the same assistant disappeared from the scene when Peng Ming was ambushed and abducted.

In addition, the recent photos of Qi BoYing or Luo KangJie found on the Internet are very similar to Peng’s assistant Chang Chun, the “trusted-assistant” who vanished from the scene when Peng was ambushed. If it is Chang Chun, it makes sense that he back to the public only after Peng’s death. The above-mentioned article also mentioned Zeng Hong, aka 曾宏，identified as Chang Chun/Zeng ChangChun’s brother who has been approaching many prominent Chinese political dissidents in the US like Miles Guo, aka 郭文贵 and Tang BaiQiao, aka 唐柏桥. Co-incident?

As the military strategy book “Unrestricted Warfare” suggests, the CCP has already developed some novel approaches to wage a war against its opponents including cyber war that is not only to steal information but also to smear, attack, threaten, and eventually eliminate unwanted voices. The CCP’s notorious Fox Hunt program surely adopted some thing new. Meanwhile, due to the language barrier, the West can hardly detect and monitor the CCP’s agents’ activities on the Internet and they are going wild.

Further more, General Milley’s comment on #TalibanTakeover “there was noting that I or anyone else saw that indicated a collapse of this [Afghan] army and this [Afghan] government in 11 days” also shed light on a blind spot of the western intelligence system.

The West appears to trust only few prominent Chinese figures but forget two things: 1. If these figures/associations have already been prominent enough, they will likely be targeted by the CCP’s “United Front” weapon and coerced to co-operate somehow with the CCP; 2. If these figures became influential quickly, chances are, they may be on the top level of the CCP’s propaganda ranking system: respond to the CCP’s call in critical circumstances only and influence the public in a psychological implication way in favor of the CCP. As for the voices who refused to be coerced, the CCP will desperately suppress them by all possible means.

Speaking of the CCP’s “magic weapons”, the United Front/统一战线， the approach of which can be interpreted as BGY strategy: B for Blue meaning cyber attack, G for Gold meaning money bribery and Y for Yellow, meaning sexual seduction, the human-nature-mastering approach can put most of human beings under the CCP’s control, isn’t it?

It may explain why the Chinese Democracy movement has been achieved very little in decades. The CCP’s infiltration is deep and wide because as we see in the above-mentioned example, the CCP usually offers a dual-interest proposal, maintain the prominent figure’s image of “pro-democracy” and also serves the CCP’s fundamental goal: to maintain the CCP in power.

A recent cyber-attack came to my attention may reveal a tip of the CCP’s intelligence/agents network infrastructure abroad. One thing that some targets/victims of this attack have in common is that they have filed reports with the FBI regarding the CCP’s espionage issue that they discovered. Furthermore, most of people who’re involved in the team-work attack are somehow tied to the CCP. It’s interesting to note that some team-members are deliberately chosen located outside of the American jurisdiction like Japan, South Africa and Europe.

The attack goes after me after I discovered some posts on YouTube and openly sounded an alarm of the potential terrorist-like and anti-humanity attack. The posts are in Mandarin “澳洲是下一个放毒目标”（Australia is the next target to poison）,“台湾才刚刚开始”（What’s happening in Taiwan is just beginning) and “不跪下的就会被放毒”（Whoever not kowtows will be poisoned）.

2. 悠然（ @youran888001 ）and 秃驴（ @mochen19057143 ）: The two accounts are probably under one person’s control. Like 活阎王 @wEtA1NaL2YFm36g, these accounts also bear China’s military wolf characteristics, such as military slogan “作风优良，能打胜仗，召之即来，战之必胜”(Well disciplined, able to win battles, always on standby, and win the battle) and a troop number “83571″. Most of the followers have a flag of PRC in their profile which is believed to be an icon of the CCP’s warriors. By the way, the CCP has been abusing and weaponizing "#patriotism" to intimidate Chinese people. The #OneChina policy is NOT about #China but the CCP.

3. 十三妖（@0MPjgsI24hLEgTq）: This account introduced herself as a producer at the CCTV, the state-owned TV station of China and the CCP’s mouth piece. She said the reason she engaged in the attack is to clean the Chinese community and get ride of dirty language insulting, name calling. Turns out, her weapon is equally dirty or even more stinking language. Her "saying one thing and doing another” is also a good example of the CCP’s double-standard.

4. Demi Stiebel( @demis1111 and @house555888 ), Chinese-American, married to an American attorney. She likes bragging how rich she is and her private relationship with the Attorney General of Illinois. It is alleged that her husband introduced an investment-immigration project to China and that project is being called “investment scheme” in a legal document filed by the SEC.

Study shows that the marriage visa, political asylum program and particularly the investment-immigration program in the western countries are likely being exploited by the CCP to send abroad their agents and the assets of the establishment. Demi’s tweets demonstrated her relationship built in both America’s legal system and China’s police system. Like others in this attack team, her pro-CCP standing is also without doubt. Her reply to a suggestion that “你们四个成立个党支部吧/ you four set up a branch of the CCP” is “海外第五纵队/ oversea Troop No. 5″ which according to Google search is “generally referred to as an enemy spy who is hidden inside the opponent and has not been exposed”.

Further to the study mentioned above, Iris Brush revealed details of faking materials for political asylum via FaLunGong and Chinese Churches that gained trust from the west but have already deeply been infiltrated and controlled by the CCP.

What May Be the CCP’s Next Move?

Four(4) days before the attack, Demi left a message on a YouTube Chat room saying “我让他骂，我送他上路，大家拭目以待 /let him continue name-calling, I will send him to his way (to death), just watching.” The day after the attack, Demi openly celebrated it.

5. Iris Brush (Twitter accounts: @RealIrisBrush and @MLDMSS are suspended, current accounts: @jzygpzdd and @xiaoliubian ), Chinese American, born in a family of a high ranking PLA official. She dared Chinese political dissidents to go back to China, suggesting they will be arrested. From tweets that she liked, her pro-CCP standing is obvious. Above all, her stinking language openly used on YouTube and Twitter makes her and the team-work legend.

By November 27, 2021, Iris Brush( @lzydgs and @gcmwsj2020 ) became the “cyber-star” in Chinese #TwitterSpace, newly launched chat-room platform on #Twitter, with her "花子”（女流氓，female gangster, admitted by herself) behaviors that trend not only under the CCP regime but also in the Chinese Twitter Space. How so? Those who backed her up revealed their true face: Beijing General Bureau of the MSS of China!

The CCP is taking control of every new technology that can influence people. Although Iris Brush herself said that she has 6 twitter accounts suspended for violations, Twitter did not take any action regarding her even wild violation behaviors in Twitter Space. She brazenly announced that “No one can take me off from #Twitter! Dare you come to sue me, hahaha~~~”. Her violations include openly releasing all private messages without other party’s consent and threatening to eliminate targets (adults and children) in the US and in China! Note that only the MSS operation warriors dare to propagate with impunity their mafia capacity world-widely for political or even abusing their power for personal purposes. Connect these dots together, the CCP is openly admitting its gang and mafia nature, isn’t it?

On December 21, 2021, Iris Brush (under her new Twitter accounts: @GiantC2021, @cfcwjcfcwj and @kwtcdj ), a pro-CCP influencer on Twitter Space is running a space talking about how to defraud credit card companies in the US and mafia alike execution-style murder and unsolved disappearance cases in Los Angeles area which is well known as controlled by CCP-linked gangsters. What makes the intention of the narrative suspicious is that at the end of the defrauding story, the storyteller said the bank has a budge to cover the loss and it makes money always. It sounds like he was justifying the fraud crime. It’s interesting to note that both Iris and @xingqiqicunban who gave the stories are from Tianjing, engaged in many cyber activities in favor of the CCP. Those who read the Red Roulette know the fact that Tianjing gang is a faction of the CCP.

Further information shows that @xingqiqicunban is known as “Crazy Charlie”, 55 years old, likely involved in 2 gangs in #Los Angeles, carries always weapon and threatened to kill in 7 steps!

One of the pro-CCP warriors who supports Iris Brush and called himself/herself “Sniper/狙击手” @uslaoc posted tweets threatening an “accident-like” death to Wang Dinggang @lude_media and suggested that the death of some political dissidents against the CCP was not “accident”, proving the allegation that the CCP’s notorious oversea Fox-Hunting Operation may include assassination staged as “accident”. They are saying “it’s OK to against the CCP but don’t spread rumors”. Really? More important, it’s the CCP who determines whether you’re spreading rumors or not. More important, he teamed up with the above-mentioned people to attack political dissidents and defends for the CCP and its leaders.

You may ask why it is “prosecutor” in China? Well, he is “teaching” on Twitter the “CCP law”, saying the domestic violence is not a criminal offence. Any one with little legal common sense knows that it’s not true, no matter in the US or in China.

As you can see, in this team, there are law enforcement sources in both the US and China, American attorneys and China’s former “prosecutor” to handle legal issues, the PLA and CCP colored warriors to wage a CCP-style disinformation spreading, demonizing, and threatening warfare. The law enforcement sources that they have may privilege them to dig personal information for intimidation purpose. The problem is that the cyber attack team often covers multiple countries so that an investigation can hardly get the bottom. Welcome to the unrestricted warfare battlefield.

I don’t know the solution yet but exposing it must be the 1st step.
