単純な動きの犬の尻尾と違って、猫の尻尾は細かい骨がつながってできているので、滑らかというか柔軟というか、見ているとウネウネ動いて面白いのです。物言わぬ猫だけど、尻��を見れば割と素直に感情とご機嫌が出ている……ような？

うにょん。釣り針のような形になりました。ご機嫌は多分それほど悪くなさそう。

イライラしている時は、尻尾がパァン！パァン！と床に打ち付けられていてとても分かりやすいです。

跨越看不見的心牆

在職棒累積多年戰功的頂尖選手會碰到長時間的低潮，問題往往出在心理因素，如果是單一個案的心因影響，可能是個人因素造成，但如果出現群體障礙，那就跟環境造成的壓力脫離不了關係。

以強制換血中的職業球隊為例，如果以往身經百戰的老將們，開始出現群體無所適從的狀況，站上球場的表情不再擁有過往的自信，反而顯得緊繃，在輸球就被輿論批判、一被批評球隊就換人的模式下，資深選手不確定自己一個打席如果失敗會不會還有下一場，在棒球這種高失敗率的運動中，狀況好的打者都不保證能場場安打，「朝不保夕」的氛圍如果長期壟罩在選手心中，無論再優異的球員調整都難以到位，個人成績和球隊戰績自然都拉抬不起來。

在換血政策下獲得大量出賽的年輕球員也未必好過，當前輩被下放後，一批又一批的年輕球員被推上火線面對過去不需要他們扛起的輿論和戰績，成為下一輪惡性循環的開始，只要中生代好手碰到低潮被罵，網路批評就又希望球隊拉上二軍更年輕的高選秀順位新人來「試試手氣」，其結果就是揠苗助長，連職棒作息都還沒適應的年輕人，拉上一軍實戰後失去自信，其中不乏年方弱冠的首輪新秀，在換血聲浪下被強拉上一軍，結果低潮時遭到球迷批評，最後連上場守備都不知所措，後來甚至只想著不要守備，只打DH就好，這應當不是球隊換血想看到的成果。

心理因素影響表現的程度很巨大，尤其成就愈高的選手，愈有堅強的外在武裝，他們內心的恐懼與脆弱不能輕易展現，害怕家人擔心所以無人可訴說，在沒有適當的宣洩管道下，長期的心理負擔會影響到在球場上的表現，頂尖球星的大低潮大多都不是技術問題，而是心理壓力無法有效抒發的結果。

心理負擔會嚴重影響球場表現，如果一個環境無法讓人放心，人人覺得上場機會朝不保夕，比賽時臉上緊繃缺乏自信，打到慌亂茫然，上場前的思慮過多，擔心「這個打席被三振怎麼辦」，滿腦子想的都是不要雙殺、不要三振，帶著��慮站上打擊方框，擔心的事情就更可能發生。

心理諮商是近年各大職業聯盟和重要國際賽事中逐漸被重視的環節，理解他人心理、幫助抒發壓力、發掘內心問題是門專業學問，而且不是一般心理諮商師能夠快速勝任的任務。

發掘職業選手的問題並提供協助的輔導者，必須要對職業運動生態有著相當程度的理解，以職棒為例，要與職棒球員溝通問題提供協助前，心理諮商師要懂這個運動的本質，甚至細緻到知道不同球隊的母企業文化、球風及當前政策走向，才能在不同時空背景下，對不同選手的不同壓力來源提供專業協助。

心理諮商是深度專科，但運動心理諮商，則除了具備本質學能的深度外，更要對各運動分項及聯盟、球隊生態有著理解的廣度，因為解決問題的起點是同理心，要獲得球員發自內心的情感共鳴才能幫助他抒發情緒，要能引起共鳴，就需要先理解他當前陷入的困境，唯有充分理解，針對選手適性做客制化的心理輔導，方能立竿見影。

熱帯低気圧は過ぎ去ったとはいえ、雨が降ったり止んだりの本日。途中結構な勢いで雷も鳴ったのですが、雷が鳴ると慌てふためくのが我が家のケモノ達。

猫も犬も雷は大嫌いなのですが、猫はまだ、雷鳴が響き渡ると物陰には隠れるものの、「いや私は念の為に隠れているのでありまして、特に雷に怯えてはいないですけど？」 みたいな顔。

対する犬は、全身をブルブル震わせながら壁沿いに隠れ(隠れられてないけど)

「あぁぁぁぁかみなりぃぃぃいボクかみなり嫌いなんですぅぅぅぅあぁぁすごい音鳴ったぁぁぁこわいぃぃぃぃぃ助けてぇぇぇぇ」

みたいな感じで、全身で訴えかけてくるので何というかもう、かわいい奴だ。

対人間での犬と猫の甘え方ってもう全く違うんですが、常にどストレートな犬は怖がっているとどうしても捨て置けないですね。猫の方がしたたかに生きていけそうな気はしますが……。

画像の猫は雷の時とは全然関係ない時で、「我の腹をもっと撫でよ」状態になっている時です。生意気だなおまえ、と言いながらもまあモフるんですけども。
