I have a feeling that my spinal preparedness to carry a bulk of life energies is in place. The spine is carrying enough blessed energies upwards without breaking into an energy dissipating vibration.
The sensation that I felt during this session is the same as the sensation felt in the morning session before it. Energies rise up the spine with the beginning of meditation. These gathered and upward travelling energies are to reach the head. It is more energy than what used to be, back when the Kundalini journey began in 2020, March.
While going upwards, somewhere across the navel in the spinal area, I feel the energies. They feel like they expanded that spot in the spine as they rose. There is an immediate lightness felt in the body below the level of the spot. There is also a movement forward. There are hardly any wave like vibrations in the spine until the first big move. And the big move is not as sudden or strong as it used to be.
It is a blessing to have Kundalini spinal forces rising up with a degree of regularity. It is a seriously generous blessing for the spine to be better able to contain such power packed forces such as the blessed life energies.

I still don鈥檛 know how to begin describing the nightly sessions. The imagery is changing. And I can鈥檛 tell what the change is because I can鈥檛 remember the images. I don鈥檛 exactly have a bunch of images to recall from the meditations prior to this phase of my practice. I can鈥檛 recall anything from the present phase. However, there is imagery. This much I can sense.
Mental restlessness exists even at such great depths as the mid-deepish regions of intuition. Mental restlessness is the big enemy of meditational growth. And the manner of fighting it is to unhook one鈥檚 attention from such restlessness and hook on to feelings of pure Peace.
