This fascinated me because I can’t even tell what genre it really is. It was fun it was colourful it was creative it was cyberpunk and dsystopian and clearly aiming to be socially relevant and like, huh. Interesting one.
After finishing my exam in June, went on a week long trip. It was a much needed break. The flight was a bit long, but Hyderabadi Biryani and Jane Austen kept me entertained. Also, saw another plane while in air. It was majestic view but sadly, was unable to capture it.
Don’t remember if I ever clarified that I’d follow normal airing for this instead of checking out the 3 eps that released early - largely just so I had an easier time keeping up with the plot rather than waiting several weeks for episode 4 to come out and having forgotten everything lol. But anyway yeah so we’re watching this now. Partially because of Shaft, and partially because I have a lot of friends who like rwby. Not gonna lie, didn’t really make a strong or even particularly good impression outside of the action scenes and some of the backgrounds and colour choices. Perhaps dropped too many Proper Nouns and worldbuilding stuff before I can really even care? But I’ll keep watching for a bit anyway. If the non-action stuff picks up more or if there’s just way way way more action scenes then I think I’d be cool finishing it lmao. Oh btw the insert song was hype as fuck also. Yeah.
