Big Blue, for once in my life I felt close to you; when I was so overcome with emotion, when I was hurt and in need of protection, when I was tired and I couldn’t go home.

Let’s talk about it:

I made this blog to talk about the “Emotional Support Water Bottle” TM. Everyone has one, had one, will get one, you know how it goes. This isn’t my first water bottle and it won’t be my last! But let’s talk about how much joy this specific one does.

Dubbed Big Blue, this Owala water bottle has a cool built in straw (I swapped out on another orange Owala I had to match the Vampire Weekend sticker up top) that is as true to being The Water Bottle. 32oz, easy to carry, feels nice in the hands, it’s a great bottle! I bought the Bottle Boot to prevent it from scratching or getting ugly or dirty, and that’s it.

I’ve been a big Vampire Weekend fan ever since I can remember in middle school. Their latest album has recently come back into my life(heartbreak, sudden newfound appreciation of life, falling in love again) after going through a series of grueling memories first listening to it (uncle deaths, almost failing hygiene school, being alone in a new city). This Life really is remarkable as we’re all connected through one thing: water. 💦

Lately I’ve been waking up feeling re-energized! I’ve had some good coffee that’s been keeping me going for the last two weeks and it’s amazing. Joe coffee K Cups have slithered their way into each and every single one of my vesicles and veins and cells to the point where I don’t think I could ever buy another coffee brand ever again. Anyways it’s enough to keep me going for the next YEAR. Looking forward throughout my day is using this wonderful water bottle that keeps things cold (although I only ever drink room temperature distilled water in this) that doesn’t heat up! I love swinging this thing around too, there’s a nice heft to it, I just hate putting it in a bag because then it’s get too heavy.

It feels good to talk about this through typing(what exactly is bro talking about tho? 🤔), because although I speak it, sometimes I might not get my phrase correct. We digress… I wake up, thinking how cool it is to breathe fresh air, how nice it is to wake up and realize that we’re on this earth to find meaning, and as ableist as it is, I’m glad I’m right here, right now, going through what I’m going through. I had my heart broken and shattered this last month and it’s insane to think I’m able to see my body change and adapt.

This is the 32oz Owala water bottle, in Blue. This is my favorite water bottle so far, of all time, forever and ever.

me in june 2022 when the a/c was busted at World’s Worst Target and i kept having to do cart runs because we only had like 10 carts since people kept stealing them and i got so dehydrated i was genuinely worried i might pass away but i still opened tumblr.com and posted “Not my White Ass succumbing to Heat Exhaustion at Target 😂😂” or some shit like that before i asked them to let me go home

Idk if it got stolen or lost, but the tracking app SAYS my new tent got delivered on friday and it. It still isn't here 😭😭😭😭

I WAS SO EXCITED TO SEE IT AND TEST IT OUT!! And now I have to WAIT. REI said they'll send me a replacement but I wanted to use it to check my pack weight...

Admittedly, the reason I got a second part time job was to pay for school. But I’d be lying if I said the first thing I thought of after getting the job wasn’t “Now I can afford the Awesome Coffee Club” again. I have a fraction more disposable income and I WILL be using it on coffee I enjoy.
