It’s really blows my mind how ugly people in LA are. Sure they are all transplants but it’s actually jarring. I remember when I was younger going to Miami (apple // oranges yea I get it) and the people were gorgeous. Super model level. Now, all you have to be is skinny. Before you needed body and face. People have gotten uglier lol this is why I love going real life. We as a society have gotten so used to seeing filtered faces and bodies. Go outside and you’ll see who the good looking people are. And trust they aren’t on tik tok. The plastic surgery is so bad in real life. Everyone under the age of 25 has a turned up nose lol the older people are absolutely tiny. I don’t think I’ve yet to see a local woman over 40 taller than 5’4 and a size 00 unless she’s a model lol
Walking around as a box is a humbling experience lol because technically I’m not fat but my body doesn’t look “right.” It’s like I’m invisible but I’m seen lol walked a little over 2 miles. I think I pushed my body a little too much but that’s okay. Definitely get your surgeries in the winter. Nothing worse than sweating in your faja

So...it has almost been a year since my last post. Things have happened but none of them are about pregnancy!
After several rounds of Letrozole, I never ended up pregnant and I only had one period. So I had surgery in November to get rid of endometriosis and for an ovarian drilling. After that surgery I was put on Orilissa for 3 months to restart my body.
That was in February when I stopped it and since then I had to wait a few weeks after stopping that medication plus get blood work. Then an ice storm happened. BUT now I have been able to try another round of Letrozole which caused a period. I had to restart it. I tracked my cycle with ovulation test strips. ...and guess what...
Tumblr media
I FINALLY CAUGHT A LH SURGE. Y’all I cried and cried. This was the first time I’ve ever seen my body surge. I don’t know if I ovulated but I’m just forever grateful and happy that my body is “working” more.
The changes I did for this cycle was myo & d-chiro inositol, vitamin d, and prenatal vitamins!! Now I am in my two week wait. I’m officially 4DPO. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 praying that this is it!
P.s. My ovaries no longer look like a “string of pearls” associated with PCOS. It may be due to the surgery and/or supplements!

🤰 Early pregnancy signs at 4 DPO may appear subtle, but they can be a good indication that conception has occurred. At this stage, the fertilized egg has just implanted itself into the uterine lining, and the body is starting to produce pregnancy hormones. 👶 One of the earliest signs of pregnancy is implantation bleeding, which occurs when the fertilized egg burrows into the uterine lining. This can cause light spotting or pinkish discharge. Other early signs include mild cramping, breast tenderness, and fatigue. 👩‍⚕️ It's important to note that not all women experience early pregnancy symptoms, and some may not notice any changes until several weeks into their pregnancy. If you suspect you may be pregnant, it's best to take a home pregnancy test or consult with your healthcare provider.1. Understanding Early Pregnancy Signs at 4 DPOAt 4 DPO, you may start experiencing early pregnancy signs. These signs may vary from woman to woman. Some of the common signs include: - Slight cramping - Spotting - Breast tenderness - Fatigue - Mood swings It's important to note that these signs may also be caused by other factors. Therefore, it's best to wait until you miss your period to take a pregnancy test. 🤞 If you're trying to conceive, tracking your ovulation cycle can help you identify when you're most fertile. This can increase your chances of getting pregnant. 🤰 It's also important to maintain a healthy lifestyle during early pregnancy. This includes eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding alcohol and smoking. 💪 If you suspect you may be pregnant, it's important to schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider. They can confirm your pregnancy and provide you with the necessary care and support. ❤️2. Hormonal Changes and Their Impact on Early PregnancyDuring early pregnancy, hormonal changes occur that can affect a woman's body and emotions. Some of these changes include: Increased progesterone: This hormone helps prepare the uterus for pregnancy and can cause fatigue and constipation. Increased estrogen: This hormone can cause breast tenderness and mood swings. Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG): This hormone is produced by the placenta and can cause nausea and vomiting. These hormonal changes can also impact a woman's skin, causing acne or darkening of the skin. It's important to take care of yourself during this time and talk to your healthcare provider about any concerns. Additionally, hormonal changes can affect fetal development. For example, low levels of progesterone can increase the risk of miscarriage. It's important to attend all prenatal appointments and follow your healthcare provider's recommendations for a healthy pregnancy. Overall, hormonal changes during early pregnancy can be challenging, but they are a natural part of the process. Remember to take care of yourself and seek support from loved ones if needed. 🤰🏻💕3. I woke up to excruciating cramps in my lower belly and lower back. On the insides of my thighs and in my hips. It literally feels like someone is stabbing my insides.

Overall I’m feeling pretty good, I’ve been having some slight discomfort in my lower abdomen all week, my boobs are starting to get sore (which is pretty normal) and the trigger is still showing up on test but is giving very faint lines. Really just hoping we made a baby or two this cycle.

Cycle 43 4dpo
Sorry I disappeared, that last cycle was brutal!!! I've never felt so horrible. I needed a break to recharge. I didn't do any temping this cycle, just took one opk on CD13 which was of course positive so I ovulated on day 14 again...
We're going on a holiday on Sunday, so that will be a nice relaxing time, I just hope it stops raining for a bit. It's pretending to be autumn here, Sunday night is supposed to go down to 7 C and I'm thinking of taking my geraniums back inside... In July.... 😓

My LH is finally dropping! Here's my chart from this cycle:
Tumblr media
Been so moody and tired for the last 2 days. Could just be the Clomid. I can't seem to handle the stress from this week very easily, which is totally a Clomid symptom of mine from last time I was on it.
But the falling asleep at 8:30 thing is wild. I can't remember if I was this tired this early when I was pregnant last time but I'm super hopeful.
I'm only 4dpo so it's super early to symptom spot but here I am.
Had cramping last night in my uterus and a pinching in my right ovary the day before.
Come on, healthy October baby!!

I'm 4dpo and I'm really not feeling confident. I've sadly been eating like a pig and hardly exercising so I just feel like I've ruined this cycle and I'm feeling a bit down about it.
I really want us to concieve, I really do, so I need to tell myself that the choices I make affect my health, my body, and my mind. "Think about the foods that will give you energy, that will make your body a happy and healthy place to conceive and carry a child. Remind yourself how great it feels to exercise and how you mentally feel during and after".
I didnt even know how many days it had been since ovulation. Hopefully I can continue not to think about it and instead spend the time working on changing my thoughts. It might help for the next cycle instead.

CD21 - 4dpO - 3dpICI-D Woke up with heavy feeling breasts. Not tender or sore in any way. They just felt big and heavy. They still feel that way now. Much calmer day at work today. I hope tomorrow will calm too. It looks like I'll be in team 2 (the palliative care team) Monday and Tuesday. That's ok, it's just a bit of an inconvenience when I've been in team 1 (neuro rehab) Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I know it’s dumb to start testing too early cuz it just sets you up for disappointment and I know that I should just wait til the weekend but when I get up in the mornings I literally can’t stop myself lmao. I’m like “well I have to pee anyways, might as well” and then I end up fucking bummed out!! I’m 11dpo now but I’ve been testing every day since 4dpo because I’m a psycho. I’m supposed to get my period Monday or Tuesday so I need to just chill the fuck out and stop testing til at least Saturday or Sunday but I know I won’tttt 😂
