hello!!! back with an update on my buddie/911 journey... i'm on season 4 now and i'm obsessed. you were SO right that the gifs and youtubes don't do buddie justice. especially in seasons 2 and 3 there was a buddie moment like EVERY EPISODE! like when maddie makes buck bring snacks since he's coming over to eddie's for a party and buck's like "i'm not really a guest though"?! stuff that i haven't even seen gifed. because there are too many moments to gif them all!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

also can we talk about how it's been insinuated THREE times (so far that i've seen) that buck is into men and his responses have been 1. thank you 2. to smile and laugh 3. to get overwhelmed and flustered?!?! (i.e. santa elf comment, maddie talking about josh, tk flirting with him) if we can't have buddie canon s7 then i would loooove more bi buck moments in s7 🙏

oh! but also i had a question. do you or any of your followers have the pic of oliver and ryan standing in front of a truck on set but wearing their regular clothes? ryan's wearing a shirt with the mexican flag or something and oliver's wearing dark red + shorts... that pic stucks in my mind (oliver looks soooo good there) but i already lost it somehow! 💙

this little community i’ve somehow gathered on tumblr. it’s nice to be able to go crazy over the same things with people i’d have never have met otherwise and i truly appreciate so many of you 💕

all the fireflies that come out this time of year blinking around in my backyard 

sports. somehow. inexplicably. the me from a year ago would be shocked but oh my god the narratives the relationships, it’s a giant soap opera and they’re all wearing tights!! 

watching my nieces play with my dog and noticing they’re all about the same intelligence level (the 5 year old has surpassed my dog now actually)

you and some other people posting about buddie inspired me to check it out… i love the fic and yt clips/montages of buddie moments but am not sure what to watch of the show since there’s so many seasons. did you watch specific seasons or anything? (also are there any super heteronormative seasons to avoid? i will mostly be watching for the gay 👀)

I've watched the whole thing, a few times since July. it took over every space in my brain that wasn't rwrb related. if it's not alex and henry, it's buck and eddie. (keeping it in the family, eddie and alex are cousin, i will not be swayed from this)

if you're watching for the gay, season one is moot. there's no eddie there. It's a fine season, buck's a slut. it's fine.

Season 2/3 have some of the best buddie buildup, I'm fondest of season of the season 2 moments, buuuuuuuut the whole thing is kind of hetero-normative as (spoilers) Eddie is married to Christopher's mother. and Buck has this on-again-off-again thing with fiery redheaded news reporter Taylor Kelly.

I do recommend watching the whole thing, it puts everything in context and somehow makes Buddie even more insane than just how people talk about it here.
