notes: EXTREMELY disappointed in myself bc i had a goal set which was to eat under 1000 calories per day. but I am starting to become better at resisting urges, I just didn't know how many calories were in these meals!! ughhh!!!!

I should eat more, but it's almost midnight and I don't particularly want to. The restriction isn't entirely on purpose, we just got home really late and I meant to have some toast with my veggie plate but it was a loooot of veggies and I was full.
