I was sooo excited about this new scale… until this morning. There’s no fucking way I gained 49lbs of muscle in 3 days. Body fat % dropped 20% in 3 days. BONE mass increased 3.2lbs in 3 days???? ALL while it’s saying my weight didn’t change. Now I’m thinking all the stats are probably completely wrong as well…

For comparison, my normal scale said I lost 2.4lbs in that sale 3 days… I’m surely dehydrated.. but the new scale says I’m very hydrated 😅

Edit:

Morning binged (10am) on over 1000cal (an entire 9cup bowl of pasta salad) in about 4 minutes flat. I literally couldn’t stop even though I was screaming at myself to stop. Barely breathing or chewing between forkfulls. I actually scared myself pretty badly. Been beating myself up all day for it. I don’t want to talk about it…

I’m so fucking stupid sometimes.

Tomorrow will be better.

Moka pot trouble shooting?

Moka pot trouble shooting? I have a 9cup Alessi moka pot, using around 50g of grinds, preheating the water.I’m having trouble getting a consistent flow during the whole brew— I can only get like 30 seconds of dark, syrupy consistent flow (maybe 3-4oz, less than half of what I would expect for 9cups) and then it starts spurting and getting very bubbly. If I turn down the heat at that moment I lose all flow. Wondering what I should do? Grind finer, bring to first drops slower/faster? Hi Gem!💕 I was wondering if you could help me understand the possible “negative” scenarios that one of the most positive tarot cards could give you? For example I asked “what are they hiding from me (if anything)”, but it’s a general question so the answer would apply not just for my case. the cards coming out were 9cups, 4wands, 5pentacles, & 10 pentacles.. all positive cards. Hi! Just because you're asking what someone is hiding doesn't necessarily mean that it's a negative thing!

With these being the cards you got, I would interpret this as this person has a very very strong desire for companionship, marriage and a happily ever after. They have a dream of building a legacy and of how they want to spend the rest of their life. But they have fears that this is an unattainable goal for them, and worry that life won't turn out that way for them. They want this so badly that they feel terrible every second that they're without it, and would have the tendency to idolize partners that they're in relationships with cuz they want a future so desperately with anyone. It makes them feel bad about themselves, and that they're not good enough to be able to have people who would want to stay with them. On the outside, this person may not even seem very emotional, but all of this is bubbling under the surface and kept hidden, and may explain why their behavior can come off as strange when it comes to people they're with.

All of the cards drawn were positive EXCEPT for the five of pentacles, which is one of the worst cards in the deck and has to do with strong feelings of lack, and so it gives it away that they feel a sense of lack and depression when they DON'T have these positive things in their life. The Nine of Cups has to do with getting everything you want, the Four of Cups has to do with marriage, and the Ten of Pentacles has to do with legacy. So they have a dream of building a legacy and future with someone, and they want it all, and feel like they're lacking without it.
