Chugging a 1/2 gallon of milk has been my favorite pastime on top of a big stuffing, it’s perfect for bloating and fills out and settles so nicely, also feels so heavy and amazing😵‍💫🥛

Hello! Can you please give some information about a defiant patient? For example if a patient has refused to eat, refuses and IV, refuses, refuses, yet needs help without exception, what can/does a hospital do?
So.
There are a couple scenarios your character might fit into.
Scenario 1: if your character is an adult and has the mental capacity and legal competency to make their own decisions, they are allowed to refuse whatever they want.
If the patient is refusing everything, the nurse and then the doctor will talk with them and explain the risks if they continue to refuse. They may be offered alternatives or a second opinion, and they have the right to ask for one. If the patient continues to refuse, they may be offered the option to leave against medical advice. If they refuse this, but continue to refuse all care, they may be discharged against their will.
Scenario 2: if your character does not have the legal competency (say, a minor or someone who is severely intellectually disabled and has a guardian), they can be forced into care.
In this situation, someone else (a parent or guardian) has made the decision for the person to receive care, and the hospital staff are carrying out those wishes. Hopefully the patient goes along with it, but if they don't, it is ultimately up to the decision maker, and the patient can be forced to receive that care.
Scenario 3: If your character has legal competency (they are an adult and make their own decisions in day-to-day life), but, say, they lack capacity temporarily (for example, they have taken a substance that impairs their ability to make decisions, or they are unconscious or severely confused due to an illness or injury), consent is typically implied (i.e. the understanding is that if this person were in their right mind, they would want a medical professional to figure out what was wrong with them and treat them). In this case, they may be forced into care.
An example of this is a head injury, in which many people are combative and may refuse care. However, the refusals are due to the disease process, and a doctor can assess whether they have intact decision-making or not. If they determine that the person's decision-making capacity is not intact, they can force them into care. If the person's decision making is still intact, forcing them into care could constitute assault, battery, or false imprisonment, depending on what was done (see scenario 1).

[Heard a sermon from a creaky pulpit. With no one in the nave. I paid a visit to the synagogue. And I left there feeling blame. No one could tell me what to do. No one had the capacity to answer me.]

Birth and Origins: Mikasa Ackerman, a paragon of resilience and fortitude, was born into a tumultuous milieu characterized by existential peril and societal upheaval. Her early life was irrevocably altered by a harrowing incident that culminated in the tragic demise of her parents, an event that catalyzed her psychological metamorphosis and instilled within her an indomitable will to survive.
Psychological Profile: Mikasa exhibits a multifaceted psychological disposition, oscillating between profound loyalty and an acute sense of isolation. Her attachment to Eren Yeager, the object of her unwavering devotion, serves as both a source of strength and vulnerability. This dichotomy manifests in her propensity for hyper-vigilance, as she grapples with the specter of loss that haunts her psyche. Her experiences have engendered a stoic exterior, often concealing the tumultuous emotions that lie beneath.
Personality Traits: Mikasa's personality is characterized by an amalgamation of tenacity, pragmatism, and an unwavering moral compass. She embodies the archetype of the stoic warrior, exhibiting exceptional prowess in combat and strategic acumen. Her demeanor, often perceived as aloof, belies a profound empathy and an intrinsic desire to protect those she cherishes. This protective instinct is juxtaposed with an underlying struggle to reconcile her own identity amidst the chaos of her surroundings.
Intellectual Capacity: Mikasa's intellectual faculties are marked by acute situational awareness and tactical ingenuity. Her ability to analyze complex scenarios and devise effective strategies in the heat of battle underscores her cognitive prowess. Furthermore, her capacity for emotional intelligence allows her to navigate the intricate dynamics of interpersonal relationships, albeit often through a lens of guardedness.

hello chat.
[this is not a mouthwashing lore ramble. this is me not being in the fandom anymore.]
i got into mouthwash on saturday, and it honestly terrified me. i explored it because i was interested in what a friend was into, and torchered characters are my thing. i watched a playthrough so i didn’t spoil it for myself like an analysis would, but the atmosphere was layered on thick and a bit too bleak for me. i took space from the game, and that’s when the hyperfixation started. i came back and explored a lot of youtube and tumblr’s offer on the fandom. i had a large amount of unobstructed fun since i hadn’t had a hyperfixation i could stim to in years. but that’s when the themes came back to me—and amplified. it triggered me more than i thought. nonetheless, i drew fanart and told people around me about it. i reblogged it a bunch on tumblr too, and released snippets of my fanart.
i don’t blame anyone. not the fandom or that friend. ya’ll love this fandom and i love that for you so much <33. it’s just not for me 🤷. i’m not gonna dig around in the fandom anymore. it’s been confusing balancing my inner voice with a strange hyperfixation that arose, and especially so since i’ve missed hyperfixating on something new. oh well. best wishes to ya’ll!
i probably don’t have to make an announcement like this just to set a boundary, but i guess it’s an explanation for all the deleted reblogs and fanart in case ya’ll were worried. i dunno. getting my feelings into words helps a lot. it didn’t need to be public though so i’ll keep that in mind for next time. i’m still #figuringmyselfout 😎
