#its a 500 sheet pack of kokuyo paper in a4 size #im so excited bc its basically a huge stack of fountain pen friendly paper at the same price of any old printer paper pack #ALSO. IM SICK OF LETTER PAPER THIS IS AN A4 HOUSEHOLD FROM NOW ON. theyre so similar it doesnt MATTER #i like stitching up little books now and then and it always bugs me that the paper i have on hand doesnt fold up to a5 or a6 size #now i can make little journals that actually fit in a hobonichi sleeve or something!!! and are nice to write in!!!#my old handmade books did not take fountain pen well so they got relegated to The Shelf #stationery

btw i am still thinking about zine copies, but idk why trying to figure out mini zines has been a bit of a hassle 😟 it could just be my printer but idk!

#i think my problem is that i keep trying to make it a full A4 sheet so i'd be printing 8 zines at once #but my printer has big borders which r ugly 💔 i will an alternative layout but i just wanted to get the most out of printing paper.. 😔#even if i don't end up selling physical copies i want to make sure that the scans print fine!!!!

i freaking love my new printer 🥺

#it's actually a poor and cheap printer..it says it cant do anything thicker than 105gsm if its a4/a5.#but it says 4x6 photo prints are fine even tho thats like 250gsm???#i just wanna make bigger prints.... i dont get it..sniffle. but i actually do like the tiny photo prints. i want the matte kind #i will get the orufrey zine im assembling printed! i think! 😳#also i dont understand ink so im scared to keep using my printer. i use so much black.... 🤦

so i have arrived at - as the youth may call it - stupid asf situation. you see my printer thought they were being cool (they were <3) and sent me dupes if the small 5 x 7 graphics. which is cool except now i have nine copies of the same graphic amongst other slightly silly things, so i might run in stock leftover sales in the next month or two

#realistically i wont run any preorder things while i live abroad but i promised to penpal with my baby sister so i will be sending intl mail #anyway and i was always planning on taking some of my graphics with me for decoration purposes so might as well maybe #its just... incredibly funny how do i have nine copies of the ice does not forgive george. what will i ever do with nine copies lol #(* i dont want to open shop while i love abroad most likely cause i dont know a printer there BUT if leftovers go fine ill see lol #btw this only applies to 5x7 ones. not-a4 ones i got the amount i ordered aka the ones people wanted + personal use/archival ones #yes store was always just an excuse to buy myself more graphics. i just couldnt justify it to myself. thats why the price was so low lol #its basically production price + rounding up to account for shipping supplies lmao. and even then realistically i couldve gone lower #i just wasnt sure how many people would want any and i wanted to cover my bases haha #i do know artists who table at cons from where i will be living so mayhaps if there is interest i will hit them up to see if theyre willing #to share trade secrets. they probably will some merch manus are kept secret (enamel pins in particular) but prints are dime a dozen lol #erika.txt

ive been really obsessed with one sheet 8 page minizines recently. there really is nothing like downloading a pdf and printing it out to get a little cut and fold craft project and Right After u get to read a little booklet........magnificent invention

#my familys printer is a little fucked up and has really bad margin cutoffs #(its supposed to be like a normal 1cm margin all around but in practice always forces like 3/4s of an inch to a full inch 😔)#(probably something to do with software or drivers or something) but i dont even mind im just having fun printing out things #i wish more people would put up pdfs for at home minizine printing its so fun #my favourites ive found so far are little games and rpgs #and also i love a good classic informational or personal essay interspersed with images #a few table based generators ive found have also been fun too #a digital zine is fine but i looooove printing things out on a4 paper on my familys fucked up b&w only printer LOL #its fun to hold a little booklet in ur hands and read it!!! its very fun

#🍲.txt #i bound a notebook from a4 printer paper sheets to use as a bullet journal bc i figured if it's some cheap piece of garbage i made #i wouldn't feel bad about actually using it #i really recommend sea lemon's videos on bookbinding on youtube she gives really clear easy to follow instructions #and if you don't care about it being super polished you need like a stack of printer paper some plain sewing thread and #a simple sewing needle #a curved bookbinding needle is easier to use and your stitching will be tighter but a straight needle isn't bad either #i dont have a metal ruler and my box cutting knife has seen better days (but it has seen worse days too so ✌️) so i never neaten the edges #but that's also something you can do (don't use a plastic or wooden ruler tho youll end up scratching it at best and you might literally #cut through it if you're not careful)#🍲.jpg

They get over a thousand requests for connection a day, but their email inbox is regularly sitting at 300-500 eSims. With the bombardment of Rafah and continual internet blackouts, the need for more eSims is particularly urgent.

Even if you have already sent an eSim or donated to an eSim donation drive, there is more you can do. The team is calling for people to campaign in their communities to help spread the word about eSims and encourage donations.

You can help by printing out posters and putting them up in local businesses, on telephone poles and notice boards, or wherever people are likely to see them.
