So I have this funny little idea for a Lawlight minific where L has an MP3 player from god-knows-what year and Light is constantly telling him to just replace it already and L refuses because sometimes his autism means he wants to listen to music but not answer texts or calls and he finally challenges Light to try it and Light goes like "FINE I WILL"

and L fills this whole damn MP3 player with their favorite songs and the ones that make him think of Light

and when Light gets it he stares at the thing in his hand and then looks back at L before tearing up because he cannot comprehend just how much his boyfriend/husband loves him, it's boundless and somehow this means so much to him, this tiny forty dollar piece of tech is something L spent hours on because he wanted to make it perfect

and they're so in love.

(I think about this a lot)
