Was it his place to tell Forde of Innes's feelings? Innes obviously felt deeply about having shared it with him. Forde wasn't the type to gossip, but some part of Ephraim felt as if he shouldn't divulge the information. As far as matters of the country, it might ruin Innes's reputation in some way if people knew.

Ultimately, that Innes had feelings for him felt like it didn't matter, since they weren't feelings he returned. This was about something all together different yet linked with a threadbare connection by what the Frelian prince had said.

Ephraim shook his head. "I can only tell you if you allow me to speak to you not as your king right now. I do not need a subject or a knight, I need a friend."

The very idea of it went against how he'd been raised, but it was as he had said to Lyon all those years ago: emperors need not be friendless. Perhaps he should try to take his own words to heart more.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't care about the Dick and Wally friendship to the same extent that I care about some of Dick's other friendships. Like idk I definitely don't hate them or anything, but I don't ever really think about them unless they're thrown in my face. I'm just kinda lukewarm about them, and I blame this entirely on TNTT.

this is gonna dip into kinks territory a little bit but it's my post i can answer these however i want so let's go asldkjasd

Kai's not super into bdsm exactly but a lot of his fantasies/kinks/preferences definitely dip into that territory; he likes being dominated, told what to do/bossed around, have specifically his hands restrained, being marked (biting & scratching mostly, hickeys). he also likes sort of opposites in sex - so like rough sex + praise, or soft sex + degradation. he definitely still enjoys going fully in one direction, but the balance of mixing nice + mean in different ways is a turn on for him

i think he's definitely tried everything that he wants to try in bed before, but not necessarily with a partner - he's had one very serious relationship that was a bit more on the vanilla side when he was younger, before he'd really gotten into kink. since then he's had short relationships here and there, one night stands, fwb, etc. that he's gotten to try things out with, but they've never been someone he's in love with. so that's probably his biggest fantasy really, just getting to have sex the way he knows he likes with someone he actually loves. which is so sappy but there it is

praise — do they like being praised? is there anything specific they like being praised for? do they like praising their partner(s)?

YES Kai definitely likes being praised, with a few specifics. condescending praise that sort of dips into degradation with tone/intent is gonna get the biggest reaction and get to him the most. like a well-timed sarcastic "aww you're doing so good" or "you're trying so hard" (bonus points for little pet names) will absolutely wreck him. "regular" like, genuine praise tends to just make him swoon but it's not really a turn on (obviously context changes this cause if someone whispers genuine praise in his ear mid-sex that's still Hot, but for the most part it doesn't affect him the way condescending praise does)

praise for something he's doing is his favourite, and among that oral is the top. praise for how he looks is still gonna get to him a fair amount especially depending on who it's coming from and how/when it's said, but not as much.

Kai tends to get kind of ... hazy during sex. or like good sex at least asdkjah he is extremely vocal though and if he has something he wants to say he will say it (as long as he wasn't told to be quiet) it just might be a little incoherent depending how out of it he is. unless he's told/asked otherwise (or he notices something else gets the best reaction) then his default will definitely be to praise his partner

sexting — do they like sexting their partner(s)? do they ever send nudes? do they like receiving nudes? do they find sexting more or less difficult/fun than curating sexual experiences in real life? are they any different while sexting than they are during real life sexual experiences?

Kai has a love-hate relationship with sexting - he genuinely likes it, but also he is an incredibly tactile person, so if he's not in a position where he can just go to his partner in person to actually have sex once he starts to get frustrated (which he absolutely will, sometimes very quickly depending on the day and his mood/where he is) then he sours on it a little. at the same time though sometimes the frustration is the point because he also very much likes being teased, so his partner purposefully sexting him when he can't go to them (whether as a "punishment", edging before they do meet up again, etc.) is very much a Thing

oh Kai definitely sends nudes. when he's in an actual relationship he gets excessive about it too - he's definitely taken polaroids of himself before (the setup was very elaborate) and either literally mailed those to his partner or taken a "sneak peak" photo of the polaroid on his phone to send his partner before giving it to them in person. he's into photography so some of them literally go into boudoir territory asdkh he has A Lot of fun with nudes, for sure. definitely likes receiving them as well, but also will very enthusiastically offer to take pictures of his partner too

i don't think he's all that different sexting than having sex in real life. probably the biggest difference is that he's maybe a little more coherent, since he has to be present of mind enough to type. like he's not gonna drop into subspace through sexting (probably aksjdha)

i dont go as hard as others do into the horror aspect (aesthetically i prefer cute/creepy with a dash of 90s anime/toon lmao) but i wouldnt say my art is 100% wholesome comparatively either (youll see some fangy/blood spattered clowns around probably, but again nothing too hardcore)

i grew up w pretty, rainbow colored anime girls alongside btas joker and harley quinn + krusty the clown and sideshow bob if that tells you anything LMAO
