Alright so in new muscular developments, despite not having intentionally worked on them whatsofuckingever I can now flex my calves and they're like, kinda huge. I'm assuming I already had a lot of muscle mass there from some weird way that I walked and squats and lunges have just added a little better control of it??? But still, weird, not entirely unwelcome but like. why can't it just be forearms or something sexy 😔😔😔

Took me a full day to realize I was actually having a PEM episode because it was so mild I did not clock it. I've been trying out different forms of physical activity the past month, all quite sensibly paced. Yesterday evening however the 'slow flow' yoga class kinda fucked me 'cause it was less slow than I expected and spending longer than 30 seconds at a time in downward dog will fuck up my hypermobile shoulders for 2 days. After class I felt that I overdid it but it was in no way the heavy pain and fatigue that overpowers everything that I used to get. I'm happy for that but I'm not yet accustomed to this so I'm not quite familiar with what my body needs in such cases. I did take half the day off because I'm having A Week but still I did not really realize that the brain fog and scattered feelings were in fact also due to the PEM. Funnily enough a bike ride made my blood pump just enough to feel better, while in the past that would have been the absolute worst idea.

I worked on my mod and accidentally got archvile to fight the custom monster (no spoilers absolutely, maybe except for monster abilities spoiler...)

archvile: finally a worthy opponent. he finished the guy in two minutes btw and then he (of course) resurrected him and they proceeded with bullying me together
