At the door to Danny's home was a small box. Inside were a few flowers that were found around the realm, and some greenery to make it decorative.

There were also a variety of little snacks and candies, too.

It admittedly took longer than it should have for Danny to realize something was at his doorstep. In his tiring haze of baking and cleaning and baking some more, Valentine's day was less of a time of love and relaxation and turning more into a chore... But once his cat practically dragged him outside to show him the box, his attitude changed.

A... Gift? For as much effort as he was putting out into this he didn't really expect much in return. Reading the note put a smile on his face as he gathered up the box and walked back inside with his cat, going to enjoy some chocolates and snacks as he went on with his "work" with a bit of a better mindset.
