  The pale boy wheezed as he chuckled. “I met guys with whole forests up their butts! Dude, they were so stiff I could’ve mistaken every single one of them for a statue!” For her, it was teachers. For him? It was the cops when he once went ‘‘missing’‘ for more than a few hours. Every single one of them was boring, bland, and couldn’t take a joke if their lives depended on it.

  “Jokes aside... gotta say, the feeling’s mutual. Meeting you has been one of the few good things that’s happened to me, like... ever.” Kouki leaned back into the bench, draping his arms over the back of it as he got comfortable. Hopefully they’d be here for a while. “I know maybe four people that actually like me or at least tolerate me. That’s including you. Two of them being the old ladies running the orphanage I live in, and the other one being another girl I know.”

"It's okay, little buddy. Hypnosis isn't scary. Al had hypnotized me before and I'm alright!" Owen happily said to Noah. "I think you should let Al help you conquer your fear. I'll be right beside you, so nothing embarrassing will happen to you, I promise."

Noah hesitated, looking at Alejandro with a mixture of fear and suspicion. The other contestants, sensing the tension, nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, man. We'll all be here with you. You're not going to be alone." Tyler said.

Finally, Noah relented, feeling the pressure of his peers. "Alright, fine. But you better keep your word."

Alejandro grinned, his white teeth gleaming in the dim light. "Of course, Noah. You have my word."

Alejandro began to swing his necklace back and forth in front of Noah's face, the hypnotic movement calming his nerves. "Look at the pendant, Noah. Watch it go back and forth, back and forth. You're feeling more relaxed already, aren't you?"

Noah's eyes followed the pendant, mesmerized despite his best efforts to resist. "Yeah… it's… calming…" he muttered.

Alejandro smiled, his voice steady and soothing. "That's right, Noah. You're feeling very calm and relaxed right now. Your fears are beginning to fade away. You're starting to trust me. When I count to three and snap my fingers, you're going to fall asleep. One… Two... Three."

As Alejandro snapped his fingers, Noah's body relaxed completely, and his breathing deepened as he slipped into a deep sleep. Noah had a peaceful smile on his sleeping face. The other contestants watched with bated breath.

"Sleep well, mi amgio... He's going to need his rest now," whispered Alejandro. "But don't worry, I'll make sure that he's safe."

Most of the contestants nodded and walked out of the room.

Owen however hesitated. "... But I promised Noah that I would be right beside him when he wakes up."

"And you are a wonderful friend for doing that, but if you say or do something that wakes Noah up, it might reverse my work." Alejandro lies, looking at Owen with false patience.

Owen nervously looks at the sleeping Noah, then he sighs. "Okay then... If you say so, Al... I trust you."

Why does Owen feel like he's making a mistake?

As Owen left, Alejandro remained behind, standing over Noah. The Hypnotist whispered softly in Noah's ear, his voice like silk, "You're going to be so useful to me, Noah. You're going to help me achieve great things. You understand that, don't you?"

Noah's eyes still remained closed, but then he nodded slightly.

"Good boy. Now, let's put some more ambition in your mind, shall we?" 😈

Happy by Square Heads

Uma quinta feira de novembro. Outono. Chove em Lyon ha 20 dias sem parar, faz frio e quase não entra luz dentro do meu apartamento.

E esse é um texto sobre felicidade.

Mais do que isso, esse é um texto sobre uma pessoa que aprendeu à se desfazer da culpa de ser feliz. De uma pessoa que aprendeu que por mais que nem todos os pontos da sua vida estejam alinhados nesse momento preciso, voce ainda pode ser feliz.

E isso meu amigo, é revolucionario !

Por que por mais que sejamos merecedores da felicidade, é muito dificil assumirmos isso, é muito dificil olhar para um problema e dizer "nossa realmente QUE merda, mas olha, ainda consigo ser feliz mesmo vivendo essa merda toda".

Alguns meses atras eu vivi a pior coisa que ja tinha me acontecido. Fui traida por uma socia e "expulsa" do meu proprio projeto, saindo com o rabo entre as pernas e no começo de uma briga judicial e psicologica que me colocaram na cama durantes varias semanas. Chorei muito, tive insonia e de manha nao conseguia sair da cama. Nao saia mais de casa, não tinha mais vontade de fazer nada.

Deixei meu namorado preocupado, minha mãe preocupada, deixei todos os meus amgios proximos preocupados. E minha terapeuta disse que se eu não mudasse eu iria acabar em uma depressão e que seria muito mais dificil sair disso do que mudar naquele momento.

Mas como mudar? Eu não tinha nem forças para andar na rua sem chorar. E a cada dia que passava era mais uma facada nas costas e eu estava certa de que não iria aguentar viver tudo aquilo. Foi MUITO dificil.

Mas eu levantei da cama, eu sai com meus amigos, eu arrumei outro trabalho, eu escrevi, eu chorei muito, eu vivi o meu luto em todas as suas fases. A tristeza, a raiva, a vingança.

E hoje eu cheguei na melhor fase, o meu luto se tranformou em historia, se transformou em um capitulo passado da minha vida.

E simplesmente por que eu me permiti isso. Eu permiti não viver para sempre nesse sentimento. Eu superei a culpa e a autosabotagem.

Eu entendi que dentro da minha vida em qualquer batalha que seja, apenas eu perco. Então eu abaixei as armas, não quero mais lutar.

Quero ouvir Happy by Square Heads no ultimo volume e ser feliz de verdade.

A vida continua. Ainda bem.

Tony felt like his brain was pulsing and just begging to break out past his skull. His eyes were dry and lids heavy craving to even blink because the few second his eyes stayed closed when doing so was enough of a rest for his poor blood shot eyes. Scratching at his chin as he finally needed to lean back in his chair. Leaning back over the back of it paying enough mind to make sure and ground his heels so he didn't tip back to far. Reaching to rub at the side of his head a moment letting his eyes close for longer than a blink. It slightly burned but it soon soothed over as he took a moment to rest. Hoping to massage his brain back into place.

"Jarvis run another diagnostic test okay?" When the artificial dry tone of Jarvis started to speak up ready to point out the results had been the same Tony was quick to snap in and interrupt "Yeah, I don't care i said do it again didn't I? I've been looking at this for as long as you been run the damn test now run the fucking text." Moving to sit up now he waits for it to start left to stare at the screen clearly not pulling it up he sighed and rolled his eyes. "Why did I make an AI with a attitude" he simply mutter under his breath as he drags his hand over his face. Before drop it to clap against his free hand deep breath taken in to better watch what he says next as he moves to speak.

"Javis, pal, amgio, buddy old pal? Please run it again?" when he sees the screen pop up he drops his head into his hands mumbling to himself about Jarvis being the one between them that seems to need some rest. When the doors to his lab seem to slide open. It goes ignored.

He's not all to sure how many from the team came to do a 'check in' on him lately but he also didn't care. Until he had this mattered sorted he was pretty much refusing to budge from his lab. If anything was wrong with any security of the tower well then Tony needed to fix it. Running through his mind of who he had dealt with so far he can easily wager a guess that they saved the best for last. Steve. The one of few people on the planet who seemed able to speak any sense into Tony.

"Blue wonder if the next words outta ya mouth have anything to do with taking a break save it." Moving to turn his chair so he can at least look at Steve right now. "I have heard it from everyone else, so don't go thinking it'll be any different just cause you flash those gorgeous blues my way. I've had much more flashed my way and ignored it just as easy." he simply groans after as he leans back to give his head some rest. The soft fabric against his head was nice "Steve you of all people should at least understand my side here." He tries to reason with them a little bit. "I make these security systems myself, why? Because I got kicked in the ass way to many times. So I gotta handle the stuff I trust only myself to do, so when those fall apart I got to find the problem!"

Tony clearly stresses on here. "I can't just sit around and be all well it was a one time thing won't happen again! I dine thar and guess what happened?" He pauses as if waiting for Steve to answer him. "Things went to hell! So no I can't rest and no I won't rest not till I get this so don't you start in on me too Steve." He really didn't mean to snap so much part of it clearly triedness wearing on him as caffeine was turly the only thing he was running on. Well, and his determination. And maybe a bit of hos ego was at stake as well. Not fully there was more going on in his head that he wasn't willing to nudge and express on why this security breech had rattled the man of iron so deeply.

"Thank you!" Tony exclaims before dropping his head to the surface of the table. It did actually help a lot to hear as he rubbed at his tried eyes. "But not enough if someone got around my systems. Sure it was just the tower but I use these same systems everywhere. This was the best place to had thar issue at least in the towers there's always an Avagener or mini Avagener near to handle it." He gose on to express "it is the easiest system to get through because that's my fail safe. I don't have fail safes else where if they break through here..they can break through anywhere else."

Tony sighs a moment, "I'm the best uh blue wonder?" He asks back of course he only really noted it because of what Steve said as he moves to sit up looking more closely at the current loading bar Jarvis had running as the 100th diagnostic was currently going. "Got it!" He suddenly moves to stand up now. "Jarvis cut the diagnostic were heading down stairs." Moving to pat Steve's shoulder a moment "I owe you dinner on me clearly wear something nice. Love to flunt the arm candy around a bit" Tonynthrows out before taking off only really him and maybe Javris with a cule as to where he was running to now. But hey he seemed to have an answer meaning sleep would be soon.

VOLEY: Hubo actividad sólo para la primera y segunda

  Durante el sábado y domingo se diputaron encuentros correspondientes a la fecha 38 y 39 de la primera división damas y caballeros y a la segunda en ambas ramas con 9 encuentros en total durante el fin de semana en instalaciones del Bariloche Vóley Club. En la primera división, Amgios Andes de San Martín de los Andes sorprendió a Lider Market y le ganó por 3 sets a 2 con parciales 24/26, 25/23,…
