The Double Standard Against Nicole

They mentioned something interesting at the reunion, and it showed the double standard Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton has against Nicole Martin.

At the infamous Mamacita brunch, Alexia and Marysol threw a huge fit because Nicole had invited Ana Quincoces and stormed out of the brunch.

They accused Nicole of setting them up, when it was Adriana de Moura who had invited Ana – who actually had intentions of causing some trouble.

But Marysol was the most offended one, as she claimed that Ana wanted her dead.

And they didn’t even care that Adriana had admitted that Ana was her guest. Adriana, whom they already have very little patience (or respect) for!

That speaks volume to what they truly think about Nicole. Nothing could sway them from the idea that this was Nicole’s masterplan of deceit.

What was really interesting was what happened after the cameras were down.

Nicole and Marysol had been drinking and partying together, but when the cameras were back up, Marysol all of a sudden didn’t want to invite Nicole to her events.

That’s two-faced.

In season 4 Marysol said that she trusted Nicole the least in the group. In season 5 she spread rumours about Nicole sleeping around at her workplace.

Now they blamed her of setting them up with Ana.

It seems like the ones who is scheming against their castmates are Alexia and Marysol, and not Nicole.

The fact that Marysol acted like everything was fine one minute and disinvite her as a punishment the next is very two-faced and fake.

Maybe they’re just very paranoid when it comes to Nicole?

Adriana claimed that Alexia is jealous of Nicole for having the beauty, the money, and the lifestyle that she secretly is longing for.

That was more a shady comment. I don’t think there’s a real competition about who’s the real Cuban Barbie in this group.

But what exactly is their issue with Nicole?

As Nicole said at the reunion, Alexia has a hardon for her that she needs to figure out. It seems like Alexia always wants to punish Nicole for something ridiculous.

Ana Quincoces joined The Real Housewives of Miami at the beginning of season two. She was on the season alongside Lea Black, Adriana De Moura, Marysol Patton, Lisa Hochstein, Joanna Krupa, and Karent Sierra. However, Ana did not last long on the show. She didn't return for the third season. Now that Peacock will start filming season four (the show's been off the air for eight years), maybe Ana will make her return to reality television.

Anna's two daughters and her soon-to-be-ex-husband Robert were also featured on The Real Housewives of Miami. Anna and Robert worked together at their law firm Rodriguez & Quincoces. Besides being a partner at her and Robert's law firm, she is also a celebrity chef and cookbook author. While she was a one-season wonder, Ana was still an interesting figure on RHOM (just like businesswoman Cristy Rice).

Ana was born on November 10, 1965, to Cuban parents. On BravoTV, Ana is described as a "straight-shooting Cuban dynamo who tells it like it is." Not only is she a part of a successful law firm and a celebrity chef and author, but she was also named Miami's "Hottest Chef" by Eater Magazine in 2011. A few years later, the mother of two was featured on The Next Food Network Star in 2016. She went on to write several cookbooks. She also creates Latin-inspired sauces and marinades online, through her Skinny Latina company. A four-pack of sauces costs between $28 and $32. She has a thriving professional life and a great family life. Ana welcomed two beautiful daughters with her ex-husband while they were married. The former couple shares Kati and Beba, who are now 30 and 29.

She left RHOM after only one season (Larsa Pippen has reportedly been asked to revive her role on the show). Ana went on to have a busy professional and personal life. Almost two years after the show, she became engaged to her longtime love, Miami attorney Marcos Jimenez. While it's not clear if he is the man she was dating during the show, the timeline seems to fit. However, it is unclear whether they're still together. Ana has not shared any photos with him on social media in the past few years, so it is likely they called off the engagement. Ana did not get to walk down the aisle, but at least her daughter did. Her eldest daughter Kati got married in March, in a beautiful outdoor ceremony that was held just outside of Miami. Her ex-husband Robert was in attendance, and so was their youngest daughter, Beba.

Ana has been quite successful since leaving the show in 2012. Besides her achievements in law and as a chef, she has become a successful businesswoman. Now that Peacock will be rebooting the fourth season of The Real Housewives of Miami (casting rumors are flying), maybe Ana will make a return to our TV screens. Fans are keeping their fingers crossed.

Pressed, Bothered and Insecure

Since when have Marysol Patton hosted a party for this group of women? It seemed like she planned a party just so she could exclude Nicole Martin.

That is so childish and mean.

Marysol and Alexia Nepola have a microscopical tolerance when it comes to Nicole, and they’re blowing the Ana Quincoces invitation out of proportions.

And why is Marysol inviting Adriana de Moura after she contacted her ex-boyfriend? I thought that was unforgivable.

But not as unforgivable as inviting Ana, apparently.

Even after Julia Lemigova made Adriana admit that she was the one who invited Ana, Alexia and Marysol were still convinced that Nicole was behind it.

And they chose to blame Nicole because they’re tired of being mad at Adriana?!

What kind of an excuse is that? It doesn’t make any sense!

They seem so overly bothered by Nicole. Is it because of her lifestyle and her potential of becoming the star of the show? Because Nicole has got it all.

They’re trying to control her.

But is there something else underneath this argument? It looks to me like Todd Nepola is trying to punish Alexia for something.

It would’ve driven me mad if my man went on a vacation and left me alone to find a new apartment. I would’ve been absolutely furious with him.

Who does that?!

And then Lisa Hochstein entered Marysol’s party with an attitude. She has arrived the last couple of events guns blazing for the other women.

The women meant well with their intervention, but it failed miserably, and they should be a little more apologetic about it.

I understand that Lisa wants to give Alexia a taste of her own medicine by calling herself the star and what not, but it can easily be misunderstood.

She might end up pushing more buttons than just Alexia’s.

And poor Guerdy Abraira!

She had gotten a call from her doctors on her way to the event, and they had told her that they needed to do another surgery on her.

She was at her breaking point with all the toxicity and negativity around her.
