#the student of prague #conrad veidt #artwork #blood tw #a brief pause from my regularly scheduled gwyndea posting because i have been wanting to draw something inspired by this film ever since i #saw it months ago and i am currently in the middle of another detailed linework piece (of gwyn and dea. obviously) so i thought it would #make for a nice change of pace :D ive asked for the dvd for my birthday both so i can show my parents and because it was such a pain to #watch the first time (my german isnt good enough to read the intertitles yet so i had to keep switching between the original and a video #with english subs any time there was text on the screen)#it’s so good though it was absolutely worth it. i still need to watch the 1913 version i have been so slow at getting around to it
